On 5th august 2018, i purchased two geysers from reliance digitals retail outlet at avani riverside mall, howrah, west bengal. While one geyser was bajaj wh shakti, the other was bajaj iwh maj 3l. I also paid installation charges of rs 600/- @ rs 300/- per geyser. But, unfortunately, till date, my geysers haven't been installed. I personally visited their shop to complain, but till date, the issue hasn' been resolved.

    Sir,
    On 15th august, 2018 i have purchased product reconnect electra home speaker from reliance digital (Indrapuram, ghaziabad) & delivered on 16th august 2018. Delivery boy told executive arrived to check but he was not arrived after two days of delivery. So we open it by our self. After checking it we found that fm and pan drive port are not working & also not connect to tv. After complaining three times executive reached to our place dated[protected]. Our complaint no is [protected] dated 25th august 2018. And remind it time again. After checking executive also said that it is not working. When we requested for replace that product so they denied & told me that we can’t replace, we can only repaired it.
    Kindly help me in this matter now i want to refund from the store.

        I have purchased led tv from reliance digital store ti indore ref. Pos [protected] dt[protected] delivered at my residence on 14th aug at 07:06 pm. Then, we received a message from samsung service order [protected], as installation is scheduled on 16th aug by mr. Meharwan (Mob-[protected]).
        But surprisingly on 15th aug at 11:30 am, mr. Ankit ([protected]) visited my residence stating that he is from reliance rescue team and wanted to install tv, after opening the unit he fixed the legs and placed the tv on the showcase table and started activating tv, but when i asked him for complete wall mounting, he replied that he is not having wall bracket and samsung technician will bring that and fix it later.
        Then after we informed mr. Suraj ([protected]) and visited personally to reliance digital for reporting and also purchase of samsung refrigerator pos [protected] dt 15th aug 18.
        Next day on 16th aug samsung engineer mr. Meharban visited at 11:00 am and that time tv was on and working. Then he started fixing tv on wall. After fixing when he started the tv, to our surprise it was damaged from right down corner and screen started to get black.. When we asked him the reason he said it might be damaged during transportation. I got upset that within 24 hours of their activity entire damage took place and immediately reported matter to mr. Rahul deshmukh ([protected]), mr. Neeraj ([protected]) also sent all below attached pictures to concern people and further escalated matter to mr. Rizwan khan ([protected])..
        After continuous follow up and telecon it was assured by mr. Rahul and mr. Rizwan that they will do the needful by replacing with new tv.
        Since yesterday, i have been chasing them and made more than a hundred calls but failed to get any appropriate actions & response from reliance digital and samsung as well which was great disappointment for us within post sales service as they are blaming each other and was not addressing the issue properly.
        It has caused serious complications to me & my family as there was loss of work since last two days and also my wife has undergone severe depression due to non-compliance after hearing all the conversations, as it a huge investment for us.
        I am a pro - samsung customer requesting you to take immediate actions at the earliest to replace the unit in next two days, failing which i have no option left other than going for legal actions.

            Mr. Pradeep kumar’s o[censored]r store intentionally misbehaved me and my family 4 times. I forgive him for 3 times but it is intolerable this time. He served boiled corns in your store and make my son stand for no reason for at least 40min, even there was no coustomer. He always tries to serve young girls. His intentions are not good pl. Look into the matter as early as possible
            He works in reliance smart, mbd neopolies, ludhiana.
            I made written complaint in the store as well

                I have purchased a 43 inch smart tv from reliance retail store (Santacruz mumbai) in the month of oct 2016 expecting it's service to be of good quality. Following are my observations on overall service including that of reliance retail.
                1) i had a buyback option with my old tv. I was told someone will visit my house for my old tv inspection and take it with payback amount. - in reality no one contacted nor any visited my place.
                2) i was told the panasonic technician will visit and explain me the smart features. I had received a call but no one visited.
                3) within the 2nd year of operation the tv screen has gone blank and upon complaining i get a rude shock when i was told that the panel has gone faulty. The replacement costing almost 75 % of the original cost.

                My tv was out of warranty (Just 20 months old) i have no option but to move on with other options.

                However in benefit of others who may read this review, panasonic requires a improvement in their product quality and post sales services. Do not get blinded by brand or big claims.

                  This is praveen... We went to buy a television as we had seen that's an offer for rs.13990... But when we went inside, they mentioned that the offer was over before one day and they charged rs.14990... If offer had been completed, they need to mention outside the shop... We then got a led television named reconnect releg 3206n... They have billed and it was mentioned that there was a coupon in a bill... Initially they have given a gift box and suddenly they get the box again from us saying that the offer has been completed... Is this way to behave with the customer... We are very unsatisfied with ur service... U have lost a customer...

                      redemption of tradable warrant issued by reliance petroleum limited.

                      Sir, i had triple option convertible debuntures of reliance petroleum limited issued during 1997.
                      Rpl was merged with reliance limited.

                      During 1998, the option was given by the rpl to convert the tradeable warrant to equity shaes of reliance indutries. Now i want either to convert my warrants into equity shares of reliance limited or redeem my tradeable warrants issued by rpl.

                      I bought a whirlpool 6.2 kg fully automatic washing machine (Model no.-tl sw dc62 wne) on 18/05/2018, since installation it has problem in water cencer. I made complain to customer care on 14.07.2018 and his technician visit on 16.07.2018, he found the problem in water censor and advise it will be replaced soon as soon as we got the parts.
                      Now, story started…after 3 days i started call to technician but he did not respond properly, his attitude and response was very frustrated. Now, i start calling to customer care of reliance digital continuously, but inspite of several calling till date 28/07/2018 my problem is as it is.
                      My request to all, kindly do not purchase product from reliance digital and reliance retail. Reliance has no service centre and its technician is road chap.

                      Today on 30.07.2018, reliance digital technician visited my home and
                      thrice times since 16.07.2018 investigatin the problem. As i have
                      earlier told you that your technician and service providing team is
                      "WORTHLESS."

                      Reliance Digital have provided me defective and sub standard and
                      manufacturing defect goods which are beyond the technician to make the
                      default good.

                      I warn you that inefficient technician again and again try to repair
                      the washing machine which deteriorate the useful function day by day.

                      I again request you to replace the washing machine with new one.
                      Because i have not used newly washing machine for 10 days.

                      "PLEASE REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE WASHING MACHINE."

                          I have booked for the Reliance big TV connection on 1st March 2018 and waiting for the connection for last 142 days. If they are not able to provide I am asking for the refund but no response. My booking ID is 12504795. Please get me the connection or give me refund.

                          Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. And now got message setup box installation will be in june 2018. I was make my order on 1st march 2018. Now, i want my refund of 500/- back. But nobody giving me right information about this.
                          I called on[protected] for refund on 29th June. They told me they have no information about refunding and installation date.

                          Now, i have purchased other setup box from market. So, i need...

                            We are having FIVE reliance jio connections in the name of Notional Chemical & dyes co. D-43/22, Sadanand Bazar, Ramapura, Varanasi - 221001 and we deposited advance of Rs.4500 on[protected] vide NEFT No.CR-N[protected] through HDFC Bank Ltd., Rathyatra Crossing Branch, Varanasi on account of Jio Phone supply. The order was booked through your employee Mr. Puneet Mishra.

                            After waiting for 6 months and frantic pursuatation through your employee Mr. Puneet Mishra no phone was delivered as a result we have to purchase Jio phone from the market at high price. Your employee Mr. Puneet Mishra told us that you have to buy 10 telephone sets instead of 3 set for which we have given deposit a condition which was never told to us at the time of booking and depositing money. In fact he started black mailing us that your money will not be refunded unless you buy 10 sets which was not required by us.

                            We have requested many times since last more than 6 months to refund the money back to us but all the time he was giving evasive reply.

                              God morning sir,
                              I and my colleague workers have worked for in reliance petrol bunk as a contract labour in some your vendor named mvp constuructions, and isr constructions for reliance canopy work in andhrapradesh state in various locatiobs (Anathapur, done, kurnool, tadipatri, sir kalahari, kassia, tekkali, vijayawada). We worked in these sites as a labour for two months but the vendor did not given any payment to me and my colleague workers. Still the vendors are not giving payment and they are threatening us. We have the work permits where we are worked in sites. Please look on to this and kindly look on to this.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have received a mail for jobs in reliance group. When he call back on this [protected], he said, he is calling from reliance hr.
                                  But when he open a link for submit a job application. They demanding a pan card and other id and after submission of id, they will demanding a rs. 20 demanding debit card number, debit pin, cvv number, card number etc.

                                  Please confirm, is it your company advertisement or not

                                    Reliance market in pallavaram are selling cheap quality product, within 3 days of sale we are unable to exchange the product. But there is name board available 14 days of exchange. Front desk people in the shop are very rude. There is no branch manager or head of in-charge to meet.

                                    Dear consumers - please avoid reliance product. Not quality and no proper customer service.

                                    Reliance Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    We had Jio phone no +[protected].Last 10 days. the phone is not working.

                                    Now they are telling it will take minimum 120 days to rectify the issue.

                                    Since in my area full range was there I had purchased Jio phone.Now I cannot use it for 1w0 days.
                                    I cannot insert another sim also.Now my 1500 Rs is wasted by Jio.
