    My name is Clyde Dcruz and i had given my porting request from airtel postpaid no to Jio postpaid connection on August 2nd 2018 at jio store at chakala andheri east and i had payed the security deposit around 349 which got rejected because 90 days was not completed. Thereafter i again gave a porting request from a different agent after completion of 90 days and again i payed rs 349 which got approved and i am using the number.

    So now the amount which i payed earlier which got rejected, till now i dint received it.
    They told me that it will be refunded within 45 days...so i waited for 45 days then after they told me to write a email at [protected]@jio.com, so they told me that it will be refunded within 60 days by cheque...so i waited for 80 days till now i dint receive it in my account.

    So today i visited the same Jio store where i had a word with the manager Anil and now again he is saying that it will take more 60 days for the amount to be refunded.

    I am so frustrated with these people as they just giving false promise and not valuing the customers i almost waited for 80 days, which is too long and by the way no where on the jio website it is mentioned that the refunds policy takes 60 days.

    They are just fooling and cheating the customers which is shame on Reliance.

      I have several shares and debentures purchased by my family in 1994. I noticed that this company is now merged with reliance industries. Please let me know the procedure to update the certificates and would also like to know the current financial status.
      Among my family members, my father is no more. Please let me know the procedure to transfer his certificates to survivor. Lot ot dividend would have gone unclaimed. Please also share the procedure to claim the dividends

      I have reliance retail for more than 1 year Now the company people are not allowing me to draw my pf amount as company has trust account they are behaving like we are begging in front of them it is not the way to behave ... government should convert these trust accounts to normal accounts

        I got a call and msg from ril hr team thru times jobs to fill online form giving
        All details.
        The person sent me a link to fill the form by making payment of rs. 20/ for
        Which i agreed and told i will pay thru internet banking
        But to my surprise in that form only visa debit card it accepting
        By giving full details of card like account name, number, date of expiry
        Cvv number and debit card pin

        Is it not cheating to take my money from my account and to give false
        Promise of giving jobs

        Take immediate action against these people who wants to cheat people by saying they will give jobs

          I purchased wd hard disk on address: wazirpura rd, opposite to wazirpura, sanjay place, civil lines, agra, uttar pradesh 282002, & date was 4-jun-2016, time-20.57.28. Now i am trying to claim a warranty in wd support they are saying like this — (Our records indicate the build date of your drive was 18-sep-2014 and your purchase date was 4-jun-2016. Due to the large gap in time, additional verification (E. G., written confirmation from your place of purchase that the product was sold to you as new) is needed to validate your warranty service request.).

          I purchased 4-jun-2016 so warranty should start from this time only.
          I cant expert like this from reliance store. Kindly do the needful.

              I brought air conditioners from the reliance retail limited store at ghatkopar mumbai.. And whatever the sales person committed is not followed.. As per his commitment installation will be free of cost but he is now asking money for all the materials, 24 hour time gaurantee was given but it was not followed, even instruments were not brought..                 I bought an hp ink cartriage 678 costs rs 685, from reliance retail sandhya towers purulia road, ps lalpur, ranchi, jharkhand.
                When i put it in my printer it showed error damaged product message.
                I visited the customer care but they didn't do anything just recorded my complaint and told me that cartiage is fine your printer might have fault bt my old cartriage is still working and whenever i put my this new purchased cartriage it again shows error message. So this implies that the cartriage is defective. I want action to be taken, i want my refund.

                  The billing system is a total fraud, they don’t display the billing amount to customer and when checked the discount displayed on the shelves is not the same as credited to the bill. On confrontation regarding the issue the manager ‘parnav’ misbehaves and throws abuses at the customer for catching this bluff. Absolutely disappointing experience... Complete lack of honesty and transparency but an attitude full of arrogance of the staff.

                  A complaint was given for repairs of convention micro wave oven model no GMX 20 CA5 MLZ and the representative came and took the oven saying that he has to check and send it for repairs and till date almost 90 days have passed and no information about the product.

                    I have purchased whirlpool 7.2kg fully aut tl ul72hs washing machine from reliance digital store mumbai borivali west. From the day one im having issues with product.

                    In last month i. E. August 2018, i have raised the complaint about washing machine not working. Complaint no is [protected] & [protected]. Two times reliance resq engineer is coming and repairing the washing machine and its working on temporary basis.

                    Today also my washing machine not working and i have registered the complaint at resq complaint no is [protected]

                    Im really fed up with such product and reliance digital service, reliance technician team and they are unable to find solution for this issue.

                    "please think 1000 times before you purchase any product from reliance digital and dont pay extra for resq service."

                    I too would say never buy a product from reliance didgital worse service and worse sales person who dont have knowledge of products and customer have to suffer we are facing problems from last 1 month but the realince dont care they do admit its sales person fault but they cant help. As they made their sale let the customer suffer.

                      Of late, I find inferior quality of fruits are being kept for sale at your shop at Sai Brundavan Mansion at Malkajgiri, especially, Water Melon. Today I purchased 1 No. weighing 4.595 Kgs @ Rs.25/- per kg vide Bill No.72 dated 23.09.2018, which was of very poor quality. Moreover, almost all the watermelons on display were of tender in nature. A photo of the interior section of the fruit is enclosed for your reference. It is hoped that you give more attention on fruits as Reliance was found to be the last resort for the same.

                        I bought a refrigerator from reliance store, logix mall, noida. I shortlisted white fridge amongst 2 colors, white and silver. I paid the money after some scheme etc they told.

                        I was surprised to see the delivery of 'silver fridge' after return from my 2 day tour wherein i close on the white option.

                        I am not using the fridge as was told by the call centre where i escalated the issue but since then there is no response/action.

                          Product purchased: samsung - 8.0 kg, front load, washing machine

                          non delivery of washing machine (Samsung - 8.0 kg, front load) - booked on 12/08/2018, though delivery assured within 4 days (I. E., 16/08/2018 - thursday) from chennai yard - product - not delivered

                          when contacted show room in person on 17/08/2018, was assured delivery within 24/08/2018 and are arranging delivery from kerala

                          when contacted show room, the staff assured to deliver product within end of august 2018.

                          received phone call from show room, stating that the product would be delivered in the first week of september 2018

                          product was not delivered as assured

                          when contacted the show room in person on 15/09/2018, were informed that delivery would be arranged by 20/09/2018 positively

                          product not delivered yet, waiting @ home since 9.30am, but in vain

                          i am completely disappointed and fed up with the service rendered by the company

                          the company having received the amount in full, on assuring to deliver the product within 4days, now that 40days have lapsed, but product has not been delivered, which amounts to unfair trade practise, with malafide intention to deceive customers.

                          i hereby call upon the company to cancel the invoice, as i fear that the product will not be in good shape, as it would arrive from kerala, which had been under floods.

                          since the machine was not delivered in time, being a aged person, unable to wash clothes for my family members, and was forced to wash clothes on payments to laundry and i was constrained to wait for a long time.

                          hence i hereby call upon the company to cancel the invoice under reference, refund the amount rs.26, 900/- collected from me along with interest @ 15% from 12/08/2018 till date of settlement, and rs.1, 00, 000/- for the mental agony caused by the company in non delivery of products in time.

                            The channels of it, the quality of their content, their actors, & partner app voot, are constantly showing vulgar contents along with sunny (Ex x-star) hosting mtv show
                            Voot shows like sinskari, badman are also morally very bad for our generation where there are already many crimes..
                            As this year you have captured operational control of the media house, i want to get some good standard content available there.. So that i can invest whole-heartedly & morally.!! 🙂🙂

                                On 5th august 2018, i purchased two geysers from reliance digitals retail outlet at avani riverside mall, howrah, west bengal. While one geyser was bajaj wh shakti, the other was bajaj iwh maj 3l. I also paid installation charges of rs 600/- @ rs 300/- per geyser. But, unfortunately, till date, my geysers haven't been installed. I personally visited their shop to complain, but till date, the issue hasn' been resolved.

                                  On 15th august, 2018 i have purchased product reconnect electra home speaker from reliance digital (Indrapuram, ghaziabad) & delivered on 16th august 2018. Delivery boy told executive arrived to check but he was not arrived after two days of delivery. So we open it by our self. After checking it we found that fm and pan drive port are not working & also not connect to tv. After complaining three times executive reached to our place dated[protected]. Our complaint no is [protected] dated 25th august 2018. And remind it time again. After checking executive also said that it is not working. When we requested for replace that product so they denied & told me that we can’t replace, we can only repaired it.

                                        Address: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452018

                                        I have purchased led tv from reliance digital store ti indore ref. Pos [protected] dt[protected] delivered at my residence on 14th aug at 07:06 pm. Then, we received a message from samsung service order [protected], as installation is scheduled on 16th aug by mr. Meharwan (Mob-[protected]).
                                        But surprisingly on 15th aug at 11:30 am, mr. Ankit ([protected]) visited my residence stating that he is from reliance rescue team and wanted to install tv, after opening the unit he fixed the legs and placed the tv on the showcase table and started activating tv, but when i asked him for complete wall mounting, he replied that he is not having wall bracket and samsung technician will bring that and fix it later.
                                        Then after we informed mr. Suraj ([protected]) and visited personally to reliance digital for reporting and also purchase of samsung refrigerator pos [protected] dt 15th aug 18.
                                        Next day on 16th aug samsung engineer mr. Meharban visited at 11:00 am and that time tv was on and working. Then he started fixing tv on wall. After fixing when he started the tv, to our surprise it was damaged from right down corner and screen started to get black.. When we asked him the reason he said it might be damaged during transportation. I got upset that within 24 hours of their activity entire damage took place and immediately reported matter to mr. Rahul deshmukh ([protected]), mr. Neeraj ([protected]) also sent all below attached pictures to concern people and further escalated matter to mr. Rizwan khan ([protected])..
                                        After continuous follow up and telecon it was assured by mr. Rahul and mr. Rizwan that they will do the needful by replacing with new tv.
                                        Since yesterday, i have been chasing them and made more than a hundred calls but failed to get any appropriate actions & response from reliance digital and samsung as well which was great disappointment for us within post sales service as they are blaming each other and was not addressing the issue properly.
                                        It has caused serious complications to me & my family as there was loss of work since last two days and also my wife has undergone severe depression due to non-compliance after hearing all the conversations, as it a huge investment for us.
                                        I am a pro - samsung customer requesting you to take immediate actions at the earliest to replace the unit in next two days, failing which i have no option left other than going for legal actions.
