Last time date 08/11/2016 government anaunce 500&1000 rupee note ban this time bhiloda reliance petrol pump operator is load his black money in trans card and all his other black money convrted in white i have a proof ...so pls sir take a corrective action..i m against his activities so hi is dismiss to my job ..Reliance operator is big builder and allways forces employee to converted his black money black to white hi is use two card to convert black to white his card no is-542277 &his partners son name chauhan viratkumar b.card no is 544792 all detail i'm not fill that time so pls take a correct action.

    Missing of my car diesel cap
    My name is vishal batra from bhilai chattisgarh on 28 feb, i had faced very bad and horrible experience on reliance perol pump, RUPPY VENTURES, kumhari distt durg.
    I went to the pump to fill in diesel in my car and I asked the filler to fill in the diesel and he filled and after 4 days when i again went to other petrol pump to fill diesel i see there is no cap in my fuel tank, i immediately contact the reliance petrol pump manager and i explain him everything and they are accepting their fault and they are saying they have seen a fuel tank cap in their office so they have assure me with in 2 or 3 days they will will find and give me my car fuel tank cap but till date i have not got my fuel tank cap.

    So please need your attention on the incident and take disciplinery action against the filler or the dealer.

      Dear Sir,

      I would like to draw your attention towards the 10F series debentures which were allotted to me in the year 1985 and for the same I also got the interest @ 10% from 17-June-85 to June-92. To bring some light on the overall matter, in the year 1992 company had offered debenture holders to convert them to shares who opted to hold the debentures. Post that I had submitted all the forms related to it for the allotment of appropriate shares.
      Unfortunately, since then I have not heard back from the company. Since then I have written multiple times to the company but no responses have been provided. I am not sure what went wrong because the initial response was quite good but no response since the request for conversion to shares. After writing multiple times, I still have hopes because I was among the initial small entity customer and investor who had full faith in the companies growth.

      Now in 2017, I would like to again request you to please look into this matter and kindly resolve it as early as possible. Such a reputed and world known entity has not responded even once since then. It shows that small investors did not have any importance in your company wheres Late Shri Dhirubhai Ambani always used to talk about common man's interests.

      As a genuine and early customer request you to kindly look into the matter. Please suggest the procedure for getting the redemption proceeds of 'F' series debentures which I had purchased. I am attaching the related documents for the same.

        Same days back I bought Red chief formal Ankle shoes from reliance foot print. Next day I found that shoes size is small for my foot then I go back to exchange but bigger size was not available in any reliance foot print chains.
        Right now I'm regrating by investing money in shoes. Now already half month is passed. Looking for good solution on this.

          Sir big fan reliance products but, iam very disappointed,
          Today i am filling petrol on reliance pump, Anantapur, andhrapradesh, at NH44 . i gave them 10 rupees coin but they are refusing to take this. they are totally refuse to take of coin. and also do misbehavior with me. they threw my coin far away. its totally insulting suituation. how they can refuse to take 10 rupees coin. they were saying that you have to do. i am very disappoint with their behavior. kindly Improve this type service and take action

              Dear All,
              I sent my brother Vikash to purchase Mushroom from Reliance fresh Sector-23, Gurgaon.

              Where they sold him one day before expired stocks as well as very poor quality .
              When i reached there to gates my money back Mr Surender Store manager was told me that we are here for only displayed these product your brother has responsible to chosen wrong product we cant pay back and do whatever you want to do, We dont have fear for our jobs.

              Now i am going to shared it on social media so public has known that what kind of customer service and product quality has provided by Reliance fresh.

              Also waiting for positive response from your side .
              Consumer farm has been my last options to gates my consumers wrights.

                  I selected said items bill raised, they rejected to accept cheque, i agreed
                  I submitted demand draft on 28 dec 2016 of rs 182061, still they said can't deliver goods against dd, i requested dd is like cash there is no possibility of returning or bounce, still they took time to deliver 7 days, somehow i took delivery on 4 jan 2017
                  Since then no one responding for installation
                  I called mr rajesh and so many staff at [protected], [protected], [protected]and[protected]
                  Always i got reply wait, don't open, we will call you
                  What to do with materials sir
                  Please help

                    I have purchased Geyser make Crompton, on dated 01.01.2017.
                    While opening the packing to install geyser. i found that piece is defected from back side. Its insulation is badly damaged.
                    I called the customer care no given on invoice.
                    After 48 hrs i get no response of my com[plaint.

                    This is good on your part specially from a reputed concern like Reliance.
                    Please look into it and arrange replacement of defected piece.

                        I purchased Hitachi ref. WB480 GB on[protected] from reliance digital of Madanapalle, chittoor Dist. 517325, A.P.the shop asked me to submit the bill on[protected] after noon for home delivery. So I went to the shop and showed the bill they entered the details and told me it will be brought to my home very shortly. I waited for 3 hours and again called the shop number to know why they did not bring the fridge? they asked me to bring the bill again to the shop as they want to note some more details, I refused to do so. Already I paid the complete amount Rs.58070 and they marked the stamp also on the bill. How many times should i go to the shop ? for their negligence.                               Looting customers with offers & coupon. i had gift voucher coupon of relience footstep of 750 for which we required to do 1500 rs shopping. We selected 2 pair of footwear each worth of 799 & 499 total 1498. Only for difference of 2 rs they have not given us benifit of coupons & asked us to shop more. Relience is looting customers, for 2 rs they have rejected offer. That is reason for all products they have kept pricing in such way that we have to buy more than 1500 in order to Avial this offer.
                              Looting to end customer Relience . They even don't have any customer service in their retail store

                                Dear Sir,

                                Yesterday (20-Nov-2016) I went to Reliance Trends shop in Royal Meenakshi Mall, B.G Road, Bangalore, There was a festive offer which was applicable for amount 3499/- purchase any item and 4999/-, then they will give respectively 1000/- coupon and 2000/- . I purchased item of 5200/-. In this case I was applicable for 2000/- coupon. There was no display in store what is the validity of coupon (It was only 3 days from 20-Nov-2016), I asked to Store manager why did you not mentioned validity on display where you have mentioned these offers. He was very rude and he said you should ask validity of coupon, this is not my job. He didn't listen and said this my store. I am the manager of this shop.

                                My Concern:

                                1) Why they were still offering old festive offer without provide full details and validity every plats where they mentioned their offer. Even I asked to someone in store he also don't know about the full details of this offers.
                                2) Why they have not mentioned 1000/- or 2000/- coupon will be applicable only for next shopping amount more than 2000/-.

                                The staff of the tank store is pathetic zero knowledge of products the attitude is as if they the owner n not staff they are cheats kindly take action or close the store, as the store will shut soon if attitude of staff remains the same you just paying your staff to do nothing I suggest you to shut the store or get new staff

                                  It is very unfortunate that we are troubling from last three month of harassments due to billing of reliance communication in himachal pradesh. We have corporates connection but from last three month they didn't generated wave off bills or complete bill. Unfortunate no one care for it even head of reliance mr ajay. They barred our incoming also. Please where i have to go. We don't have incoming not outgoing. When they given memodrium for new connection they are liable for gave us service without interruption's. We already paid 8500. I don't know where to go.

                                    On 22nd we complaint about non installation of water purifier surprisingly still 3.30pm on 25.10.2016 there is no response from neither your side nor from your store. What is this? Simply one call is came from your side regarding the working of instrument on 23rd. On 24th we approached your store located at bhimavaram for installation. Even though there is no response. I think you are unfit to do service and there is no control on your staff. If the problem not solved in a couple of days we are willing to refund the purchased item.
