I visited nagpur empress city mall
I selected said items bill raised, they rejected to accept cheque, i agreed
I submitted demand draft on 28 dec 2016 of rs 182061, still they said can't deliver goods against dd, i requested dd is like cash there is no possibility of returning or bounce, still they took time to deliver 7 days, somehow i took delivery on 4 jan 2017
Since then no one responding for installation
I called mr rajesh and so many staff at [protected], [protected], [protected]and[protected]
Always i got reply wait, don't open, we will call you
What to do with materials sir
Please help

I purchased Hitachi ref. WB480 GB on[protected] from reliance digital of Madanapalle, chittoor Dist. 517325, A.P.the shop asked me to submit the bill on[protected] after noon for home delivery. So I went to the shop and showed the bill they entered the details and told me it will be brought to my home very shortly. I waited for 3 hours and again called the shop number to know why they did not bring the fridge? they asked me to bring the bill again to the shop as they want to note some more details, I refused to do so. Already I paid the complete amount Rs.58070 and they marked the stamp also on the bill. How many times should i go to the shop ? for their negligence. They didnot mind to intimate me why the delivery was delayed. I lost faith on their services. Take necessary action. D. Udayabhaskar

Dear sir, The new era is started to promote cashless transaction, The Reliance petrol pump at Birsa Munda Chawk Ranchi, Jharkhand refuse to provide this facilities despite having swipe machine & I was in 'Q'. We have limited fund to fuelled my car..and in ATM there is 'NO CASH'

We selected 2 pair of footwear each worth of 799 & 499 total 1498. Only for difference of 2 rs they have not given us benifit of coupons & asked us to shop more. Relience is looting customers, for 2 rs they have rejected offer. That is reason for all products they have kept pricing in such way that we have to buy more than 1500 in order to Avial this offer.
Looting to end customer Relience . They even don't have any customer service in their retail store

Dear Sir,

Yesterday (20-Nov-2016) I went to Reliance Trends shop in Royal Meenakshi Mall, B.G Road, Bangalore, There was a festive offer which was applicable for amount 3499/- purchase any item and 4999/-, then they will give respectively 1000/- coupon and 2000/- . I purchased item of 5200/-. In this case I was applicable for 2000/- coupon. There was no display in store what is the validity of coupon (It was only 3 days from 20-Nov-2016), I asked to Store manager why did you not mentioned validity on display where you have mentioned these offers. He was very rude and he said you should ask validity of coupon, this is not my job. He didn't listen and said this my store. I am the manager of this shop.

My Concern:

1) Why they were still offering old festive offer without provide full details and validity every plats where they mentioned their offer. Even I asked to someone in store he also don't know about the full details of this offers.
2) Why they have not mentioned 1000/- or 2000/- coupon will be applicable only for next shopping amount more than 2000/-.

The staff of the tank store is pathetic zero knowledge of products the attitude is as if they the owner n not staff they are cheats kindly take action or close the store, as the store will shut soon if attitude of staff remains the same you just paying your staff to do nothing I suggest you to shut the store or get new staff

It is very unfortunate that we are troubling from last three month of harassments due to billing of reliance communication in himachal pradesh. We have corporates connection but from last three month they didn't generated wave off bills or complete bill. Unfortunate no one care for it even head of reliance mr ajay. They barred our incoming also. Please where i have to go. We don't have incoming not outgoing. When they given memodrium for new connection they are liable for gave us service without interruption's. We already paid 8500. I don't know where to go.

My reliance Jio sim - [protected] has been activated but no call or data services are being provided by the company, their customer care is also not picking call after being on line for more than 10 minutes. It has been 4 days after I have brought the sim.

Further, i was provided with a reliance jio sim free of cost. Despite my repeated visit to the shop, the customer attendent has not enabled the required application, net service inthe mobile. Also, the jio sim is not yet activated as on date (Almost close to one month). The service is highly hopeless (Sorry! Only attend during purchase and do not bother to respond subsequently). Hope your intervention will provide me the service. Thank you.

I had visited the reliance digital express mini store in dahisar, mumbai for about 3 times and every time i was asked to come later as the jio sim's used to get finish very early. Once i stood in line from morning 9:00 am and the store started issuing sim cards from 12:00 noon. I waited for 4 hours. When my turn came at about 12:45 pm i submitted my passport copy for identity (Id) proof and address proof, but the counter person refused to accept it and said registration is only possible through aadhar card. If this is the case then why the company while generating coupon code is not mentioning that sim's will be issued against aadhar card only and why it is mentioned that any id and address proof along with one photograph is needed while registration. I have lost 15 hours in total and that too all in vain as finally i was refused for a sim card. Do time of people have no value?

I have purchased a JIOFI 4G Dongle JDR810 on 25.09.2016 with an understanding that unlimited 4G data will be available till 31.12.2016. Sim was provided alongwith Dongle and same was activated on the same day. First day usage was satisfactory and I was getting about 1 mbps download steed. But after a day the speed throttled to 10 kbps which is worst part of the story. I feel cheated since there is absolutely no response from Customer care.

I have purchased a LYF Flame 8 handset with Jio preview offer for 90 days unlimited 4g access on 15th of august, 2016 and my Jio number is activated on 24th august and it showed that I was eligible for Jio preview offer with unlimited 4g access for 90 days which was supposed to end on 24th November, 2016. Suddenly on 5th September my plan was migrated to Jio welcome offer with 4gb data capping per day. It is totally unacceptable and I feel cheated. My sole purpose of purchasing the LYF Flame 8 handset is to avail Jio preview offer o[censored]nlimited 4g access for 90 days. On 5th September, 2016 they have opened their network for all and cancelled my previously promised Jio preview offer for 90 days unlimited 4g. I have only able to use unlimited jio preview offer for 12 days. The quality of the LYF handset is very poor and it does not worth the amount (Rs.- 4199/-) without the Jio preview offer. I have tried to contact Jio customer care several times, but there is no response from their end. This is simply a case of false practice and I want my money back as compensation, i.e. Rs-4199/-.

This web browser was working using Jio Play Video Plugin till end of July 2016. But last 2 months it shows error message that Invalid username or password. Please try again with your valid username and password.

It is not possible to have android phone always to access jio play tv using the app. Please fix this issue by providing access with same credentials on the mentioned website

I have purchased Reliance LYF Wind 6 mobile with Jio Sim on 31 Aug 16 at a rate of Rs. 5500 from Reliance X-Press Store at Colaba, Mumbai. I submitted documents with form on 31 Aug 16. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 days. Till now my sim has not been activated. The store in colaba doesnot even pick up my no.The number of Reliance store personnel of Colaba is [protected].No message has yet been received by me on my alternate no. In this regard a complain was file by me to custormer care no. SR0000019ESG wherein I was told that the complain will be attended within 30 mins. But no call has been received till now. Please help to activate the Sim. I am totally sad with the issue and please help me out. I may be forced to go to CONSUMER FORUM for redriesal of my grievance.
