Sir,
I purchsed a mobile (Samsung j2) at a coost of rs.8051/- from reliance retail limited, chhattisgarh city centre on 19 sept. 2016. (Cash memo service no.[protected], cin no.-u01100mh1999plc120563). Further, i was provided with a reliance jio sim free of cost. Despite my repeated visit to the shop, the customer attendent has not enabled the required application, net service inthe mobile. Also, the jio sim is not yet activated as on date (Almost close to one month). The service is highly hopeless (Sorry! Only attend during purchase and do not bother to respond subsequently). Hope your intervention will provide me the service. Thank you.

    I had visited the reliance digital express mini store in dahisar, mumbai for about 3 times and every time i was asked to come later as the jio sim's used to get finish very early. Once i stood in line from morning 9:00 am and the store started issuing sim cards from 12:00 noon. I waited for 4 hours. When my turn came at about 12:45 pm i submitted my passport copy for identity (Id) proof and address proof, but the counter person refused to accept it and said registration is only possible through aadhar card. If this is the case then why the company while generating coupon code is not mentioning that sim's will be issued against aadhar card only and why it is mentioned that any id and address proof along with one photograph is needed while registration. I have lost 15 hours in total and that too all in vain as finally i was refused for a sim card. Do time of people have no value?

      I have purchased a JIOFI 4G Dongle JDR810 on 25.09.2016 with an understanding that unlimited 4G data will be available till 31.12.2016. Sim was provided alongwith Dongle and same was activated on the same day. First day usage was satisfactory and I was getting about 1 mbps download steed. But after a day the speed throttled to 10 kbps which is worst part of the story. I feel cheated since there is absolutely no response from Customer care.

        I have purchased a LYF Flame 8 handset with Jio preview offer for 90 days unlimited 4g access on 15th of august, 2016 and my Jio number is activated on 24th august and it showed that I was eligible for Jio preview offer with unlimited 4g access for 90 days which was supposed to end on 24th November, 2016. Suddenly on 5th September my plan was migrated to Jio welcome offer with 4gb data capping per day. It is totally unacceptable and I feel cheated. My sole purpose of purchasing the LYF Flame 8 handset is to avail Jio preview offer o[censored]nlimited 4g access for 90 days. On 5th September, 2016 they have opened their network for all and cancelled my previously promised Jio preview offer for 90 days unlimited 4g. I have only able to use unlimited jio preview offer for 12 days. The quality of the LYF handset is very poor and it does not worth the amount (Rs.- 4199/-) without the Jio preview offer. I have tried to contact Jio customer care several times, but there is no response from their end. This is simply a case of false practice and I want my money back as compensation, i.e. Rs-4199/-.

          This is to bring to kind notice that the Jio Play android app allows you to see the tv channels provided by Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited

          But there is no access with same credentials on https://jioplay.in/jio/#/login?origReq=%2Fhome%2Flive and http://jioplay.jioconnect.com/jio/#/home/live.

          This web browser was working using Jio Play Video Plugin till end of July 2016. But last 2 months it shows error message that Invalid username or password. Please try again with your valid username and password.

          It is not possible to have android phone always to access jio play tv using the app. Please fix this issue by providing access with same credentials on the mentioned website

            I want to your reliance jio sim i have already apply for jio sim in v3s mall nirman vihar but he saying that again and again that my server down so please come to after two days but two weeks spend the day but i didnot get the jio sim so i request you please solve this problem and v3s mall jio distributor behaviour is very bad he abused to customer so i request you please change your distributor and solve this problem immediately.

              One retailer make a charges of rs. 300 and sim activation wiithout id proof i have a proof and i[censored] visiit their shop as a customer then u will get the all information. If this sim is free why they are charges, and say sim activate within 3 days and sim not activated ... they cheated to person with the name of reliance jio.

              Kindly take proper action for this . Because this is the bad thing and take a necessary action to this action as soon as possible.

              I ll give u retailer here is not option for attach file other wise i ll give u their card . i want to give u shop name number and adress...

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I have purchased Reliance LYF Wind 6 mobile with Jio Sim on 31 Aug 16 at a rate of Rs. 5500 from Reliance X-Press Store at Colaba, Mumbai. I submitted documents with form on 31 Aug 16. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 days. Till now my sim has not been activated. Reliance Jio toll free no.[protected] AND [protected] usually remains busy all the time and no body picks up the phone. My alternate no. is [protected]. MY JIO NO. IS [protected]. The store in colaba doesnot even pick up my no.The number of Reliance store personnel of Colaba is [protected].No message has yet been received by me on my alternate no. In this regard a complain was file by me to custormer care no. SR0000019ESG wherein I was told that the complain will be attended within 30 mins. But no call has been received till now. Please help to activate the Sim. I am totally sad with the issue and please help me out. I may be forced to go to CONSUMER FORUM for redriesal of my grievance.

                  We did not bring to your notice unusual delay in delivery and intallation of this product for the simple reason that there could be some genuine problem with the vendor.

                  At the time of sale we were showered with bundles of promises about the customer service and support, but despite of our several phone calls to the vendors, none has visited us for demo and remote setting so far, although more than a fortnight is gone ever since, and thus we have not been able to exploit full use of this product for no fault o[censored]s.

                    Sir. I purchased one intex mobile from ur shop, reliance reatail limited, reliance digital shop no g-01 02 7 03 opp to surya vihar, junwani, bhilai, chatish gadh, o 04/02/2016.
                    On time of purchase ur person clearly told that against any issue of mobile he will take care with the help of intex.
                    The mobile failed and i submitted it to ur shop on 14 th july 2016 in evening and got the assurance that they would sbmit it to intex service centre in very nex t day. After that i followed with ur persons no of times but never get satisfactory reply.
                    Then today i followed with intex customer care and got surprised hearing that reliannce person had submitted the mobile to intex service centre on 25 th of july and all ur persons is simply playing with me from last two weeks.

                    Myself is old customer of reliance and never faced this type of negligence in past.

                    So pl take suitable action.

                      I purchased a lyf phone with a jio sim on 23rd july and the bloody sim has yet not been activated and tried several time at digital express to get it activated but noooo response from there... Tried callingat the toll free number but noooo response.. What the hell is this...
                      Activate is as sooon as possible otherwise i am filing a case in consumer court with all the valid documents with me...

                          I bought shirt from your aminabad showroom, it is defective because thread of the shirt are over reaping because of its weaving, so, it deemed to be a faulty material, which is impractcal to use. Being a faulty material its not acceptable so, do advtce your dealer to change my shirt as early as possible and being a premier brand its also advised to you to call off sales of same material on sake of goodwill of reliance indrustries

                            I bought new 4g connection which they have launched for which i had to buy their hand set costed 13000 because their simcard was not functional in any other hand set. And the connection cost was free with it. But i am not able to use it as there is no network at my workplace and my home about which i confirmed before buying and they confirmed that there won't be any such problem. Moreover my shop is in the main market and my home is in the heart of the town where there is no such problems with other service providers. Also on complaining they kept my phone for 2days after which i didn't get any result and i ve returned my phone again. But they have refused to refund my money. Kindly help

                                  I am R.Subha.I have bought AC on 15.05.2016 from Reliance retail limited AnnaNagar east branch.We had a delay in installation from the retailer. The installation was finally done on 31.05.2016 after so many complaints. The AC is not working after installation.I have complained regarding the problem but no response from the concerned authorities. Do take measures by replacing the AC.

                                    We came across water inlet problem in the Reliance ReConnect (RHWTG) washing machine on 06.05.2016 & we have placed our complaint on the Reliance Digital customer care number ([protected]) on the same day. The next day itself, the service engineer attended the complaint & informed that the fault is due to the mother board & they need to replace the same. He also checked with the local stores for the parts & informed us that the same was available. He then visited (after so many follow up calls with the customer care) after 1 week or 10 days with the parts. But the same was faulty & informed that he will come back with the working spare parts. We have been continuously calling the customer care & the local service center at Kilpauk, Chennai (Ph.:[protected]. At last on 25.05.2016 evening, we got the feedback from the local service center that the spare parts are available & as the stores is closed during Sundays, the engineer will visit us on Monday (27.05.2016) with the parts. On 27.05.2016, we waited till 4 pm. But no one turned up. We again called the local service centre (as we always get a reply from customer care that they will get in touch with the service centre & come back to us within an hour. Hence we prefer to call the service centre directly) who informed that the spare parts are available. But no engineer & they will attend definitely on Tuesday (28.05.2016). We again waited & we called the local service centre, the engineer. But no response. At last we again contacted the customer care on 31.05.2016 to know that they need 2 spare parts (not sure of the parts - i think it is mother board & a PCB) to rectify the problem. But only one was available & they will attend to the problem the next day (01.06.2016) without fail. There are elderly persons at home & it had become very difficult for them to wash clothes by themselves. Almost since 25 days the clothes are not washed properly & there is a lot of discomfort in the family with the stinking clothes. I have totally frustrated & stressed with the way I get replies from the customer care & local service centre staffs. I am attaching the bill dated 29.03.2015. The corporate companies take the middle class Indians granted. We have bought the washing machine with our hard earned money & we can't allow this any more!!

                                      मैने एक lyf smart phone खरीदा इसके साथ एक jio 4g sim और 90 दिन तक unlimited data offer मे देने का वादा किया. Lyf के तरफ से एक मेल आया। मेल मे offer code को reliance store मे बताना था और मैने ऐसा ही किया लेकिन वे इनकार कर गये। मैंने customer care से बात भी किया वे भी इससे इनकार कर गये। lyf के सभी प्रमोटर शहर के सभी दुकानों पर यही झूठा प्रचार करके अपना समान बेच रहे है। मै ठगा सा महसूस कर रहा हूँ । अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि आप इन पर उचित कारवाई करे
