I bought a pair of chappals ( sandals ) at your reliance mart at arakkere gate, bannergatta road,bangalore for Rs. 599. on september 29th 2010. With in 3 days a strap buckle gaveway due to poor quality material . I approached the mart who took the chapples and did the repair after showing the proof for purchase. Again with in a day o[censored]se the strap broke at the other end . ( poor quality ) The socalled managers told me that it is due to misuse by customer directly insulting me. Is this the way to treat customer that to a serior citizen? Again today I approached the manager who refused to do proper recoarse. He was challenging me that I can approach anybody ril 's custemer care or even consumer grievence cell. It is not the money but the material quality and service from RIL is the concern . Some people present there also raised similar concerns. I expect RIL to do the replacement as a global co. From [protected]

Yesterday, Saturday 7th August 2010, I went to the Reliance Footprint outlet at Shop No 9 & 10, Old 132, New 151, Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600010 at around 11.00 AM. They had displayed and put lot of promotional posters o[censored]pto 60% disccount. I looked at the Asics Shoes space and asked them what % disccount. The Salesman by name Ravi K informed me that all asics shoes are only 15% discount. I still liked the shoes and spent time till 11.45 AM and finally selected a shoes. When i asked him to bill, he went to the cash counter and came back to me saying Sorry Sir, the 15% discount was there only till day before yesterday (6th August 2010). I was quite disappointed with the answer and told him to bring the Manager. He again called one more senior salesman I guess, by name Thiruganasundaram and he also abruptly told me that sorry its our fault of informing you about the discount, since Ravi is new he did not know that the discount was over yesterday. I said i cant accept this, i have spent 45 minutes here, so i want to speak to the Manager. Finally, they brought their Department Manger by name Ganesh J who not only said abruptly that the discount was there only till 6th august and we cant extend the discount, but he was also too rude speaking to me. I however bought the shoes without the discount since it was for a gift and i had no more time, since i was rushing.

This is the worst ever service i have ever had and I want Reliance authorities to take action against inexperienced sales men and the Department Manager Ganesh J. I want justice, I want the 15% discount to be refunded to me as promised to me since i have spent nealy 1 hour of my time at the shop.

ITS A WORST PRODUCT I EVER USED IN MY LIFE...
Unfortunately i also purchase one spectacles from Vision Express, Malleshwaram bangalore, Paid Rs. 3750, worthless for me.
Suffering since 7 months. not at all comfortable. Not getting any help from them...

Whenever i go and complain they will simply adjust the frame. Its not at all comfortable...I wasted my 3750 rupees ...
Guarantee and all they will talk for advertisement...But its just to make fool to others..

Reliance Vision express Spectacle is the worst product and i am 100% agree with that... Its just a help from my side, to the people who are going to purchase spectacles...at least they can save their money...

I received a torn physical form of divided warrent from Karvycomputeshare pvt ltd for Reliance Inds. D/w No.05329362 cheque no. 365231 for Rs336/- along with the covering letter instructing me to send a letter to Karvy Computeshare Pvt .Ltd to send me the Torn D/W writing Cancelled on that & request karvy people to nsend the credit thro' Ecs. Sir,
I had received RIL divident cheque(# 358811 dated 24 november 2009, amount-Rs 1858/- ) which was past the validity date. I sent the cheque back alongwith a application to Karvy and requested a fresh cheque to be issued at my home address because my account did not had ECS facility at that time. I was promised when i contacted customer care that the fresh cheque will reach in 7 days at my home. on further contact customer care told me that my cheque has been dispatched on 23 march 2010 but i ve not received the cheque till today. Now i ve also activated my ECS facility. In view of the above it is requested that needful to be done and the amount be tranctioned either by mailing cheque or crediting it directly in my account.

I had submitted trf of my PF accumulated in Reliance Retail trust to my new PF with RPFC-Delhi
Reliance Retail trfd this to RPFC-Delhi, but the trfd amt is short by approx 2200/-, as Reliance Retail has not considered
the Interest for March.2009, as they carried forward the opening balance from Feb.2009 but instead of paying interest from
March.2009, they hv paid intt from April.2009, resulting in short pymt of around Rs 2200/-
I hv been making representation to Mr Naresh Nagda, Mr Santosh Gosavi & Mr Ganesh More, & last such communication was
made on 6th May,2010 on their official e-mail ID's. Mostly they reply but they r not correcting their mistake
So pls do the needful and trf the dhort pymt to RPFC-Delhi & confirm

M/S Reliance Industries Ltd had declared bonus shares some times in Oct/ Nov 2009.I am the holder of 10 shares of reliance industries ltd under folio no[protected] since 1998 and should have recieved the bonu shares .When I did not cecieve the bonus shares I wrote to M/S Karvy computer shares ltd on 25th December 2009 for sending me the bonus shares including the request for change of address if that was still not done. I got a reply from them vide their letter dated 11th Jan.2010 that my change of address has been done and undelivered corporate benefits will be separately sent.When I did not recieve any letter or bonus shares, dividend warrant etc, I again made a request on 8th March 2010 for sending me the shares and other documents if any at the earliest.But no reply has been recieved so far.My efforts to contact them on phone have also failed.Therefore I request to kindly help me and rquest them to do the needful.

I had lodged a complaint at consumercomplaints.in on 14.02.2010, wherein I requested that my PF from Reliance Retail Ltd,Mumbai to be trfd to my New PF A/c in Delhi with my new employer.
I had furnished the details of my Reliance Account & New A/c, the same r furnished hereunder again
My EPF A/c with Reliance Retail was MH/BAN/0048270/000/0001640
My EPF A/c with new emploer is DL/CPM/0022831/000/0000681
My Employee code in Reliance Retail was P10015423
In refernce to above complaint, I was informed by Relaince that credit lying in my PF a/c in their Trust is transferred to Delhi RPF office through Cheque No. 202109 drawn on HDFC Bank, Fort,Mumbai & dated 16th February,2010 for Rs 301847/-.The interest was given to me till January,2010
I personally visited RPF Office in Delhi ( Wazirpur Area ), wherein I personally checked that the above cheque was shown as receipt in RPF records on 10th March,2010 vide their Diary entry number 4103.
If RPF is to be believed then it simply implies that even though the Reliance made the cheque but they didn't despatch it in time resulting in such a dealy
I was informed by the officials at RPF, Delhi office that they ( RPF ) wd be giving me the interest from March,2010 onward only, since they recd the Cheque on 10th March.2010 only.
My point here is that why I shd loose the interest on Rs 301847/- for the Month of February,2010, as it is a delay on the part of Reliance.
The interest amount for one month ( at present PF interest rate of 8.50% p.a. ) is Rs. 2140/- & I expect it to be made good by the defaulter on delay
Even though I hv written it to the concerned officers in Reliance, but I didn't get the reply so far
So request u to pls make good my loss of Rs 2140/-

I had submitted all the requisite doc for tansfer of my EPF Balance in Reliance to my new A/c in Delhi, through my present Employer Greenply Industries Ltd.
These doc were submitted at Delhi RPF office at Wazirpur Industrial Area , Delhi on 4th November,2009
The Delhi RPF Office forwarded all the doc , after duly verifying doc alongwith the signatures etc., to RPF Office at Bandra-East,Mumbai,Maharashtra vide their
claim ID no. DLCPM[protected] & Member ID DL/CPM/0022831/000/0000681/7239 on 10th December,2009

After two months i.e. on 12th Feb.2010, when I personally visited the RPF Office in Delhi to enquire about the status then I was informed that so far no communication is recd from Mumbai RPF Office.

Pls note that it is already two months old & trf is yet to be done by u.
Wd u pls let me know the details if the trf is already effected and intimated from ur side to Delhi-RPF, so that I cd take it up with Delhi RPF &
If it is not trfd so far, then pls inform me that how much time does it take & how much more time it wd take
