I have registered Reliance sales executives (ASM / CSO / SE) scamming to the area distributors as given below issues:
* Since August 2022 till not received Distributor Agreements from RIL
* Not providing proper documents from RIL
* Without Distributor knowledge Change Commission ratio
* Distributor has changed without proper documents
* Involving purchasing item (Snactac, Expelz, scrabz, Homeone, One home, Joyland, Good Lift & Etc., ) and Change PO

And, Major issues, if CSO doesn't like Distributor and give trouble and no sales until distributor give up. since 5 months CSO using ASM to change distributor in Kaniyakumari distributor

i am Distributor of Nagercoil and Kaniyakumari since August on the last month. without my knowledge CSO took Kaniyakumari area from us.
No proper communication.
CSO changed distributor on every month to make a primary to achieve his sales target. (don't care about Distributor stock)

Don't care about Distributor by CSO & ASM.

Now, i have Stock value of 3.5 lakhs - no care about us. some of item (Snactac / Disney) has been expired, i claimed and report to the ASM and CSO but no reply yet since 2 month. also, no sales support from RIL (CSO / ASM / SE)

Also, ASM & CSO playing with Distributor to heavy loss, so this should be rectified soon or change ASM & CSO on kaniyakumari area's.

kindly bring this issue to RIL Top management to rectify the issues.

Madam/Sir,

I am a customer of your valued company. Today I went to Reliance Store, Beltola, Guwahati for shopping of my daily needs. At the time of billing one of your billing person whose Name as per her ID card is Mompia Tamuli (QS2296964) behaved me very badly. I have chosen a rice product to purchase where price was mentioned as Rs. 400.00 but at the time of billing it shows Rs. 469.00 that's why that billing girl told me that you could not buy this product and she ordered me to take back to the orginal place from where I bring it to her. Then I argued with her that this your fault then why should I placed it to its original place asked some of your staff to do so. Then at the time of payment she asked me to put my card password in POS terminal. Because of the distance I asked her to use contactless feature of the machine then again she refused to do so and she shouted at me as 'stupid'. Then I make a complain to her senior regarding this than again she started arguing with me.

If your staff behaves like this with your customer than why should we go to your store. I request you to kindly teach some manners to your staff so that they will behave politely with your customers.

This company called Reliance are scam they people scammed me few months ago I have not option than to report to Mohammed sajid 12 54 @ gmail .com he was so good and I gave him the necessary information he needed after few weeks I got my money back .

Reliance industries are rippers and don’t trust them with your funds because I was a victim and I was scammed of 3lakhs three months ago. My friend referred me to tra derstechrec overy.com who took my case and they where friendly I gave them all the information they needed within a two weeks I got my funds back from reliance industries

Reliance Industries — Kfintech harassment
I have filed my IEPF Claim SRN Generated is T94696580

After filling IEPF Claim I have send All my Documents Related to IEPF Claim to Kfintech through registered courier

I received email from kfintech for Acknowledgment of Documents Received for IEPF Claim

I am continuously sending them Email Regarding Verification Report status but no response...

I have total 160 shares . my 80 shares ahs been transfferd to IEPF. I filled IEPF 5 Form 8 month ago and submiited docs but till now I have not received any responces from IEPF AND RELIANCE. I am waiting since 6 months.

After filling IEPF Claim I have send All my Documents Related to IEPF Claim on 11/07/2022 to Kfintech through registered courier

On 21/07/2022 I received email from kfintech for Acknowledgment of Documents Received for IEPF Claim

From 27/07/2022 to 04/08/2022 I am continuously sending them Email Regarding Verification Report status but no response from Nodal officer Appointed by the Reliance and Kfintech.

They have not filled my Verification Report till date and nor they are replying me on my email and nor they are telling me status of my Documents. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

My self Ankit Mishra I orderd A Hisense A.C. 1.5 Ton of 29990 rs with order no. RDF31227394 which is orderd in 18/4/22 from Reliancedigital.in from my friend\'s credit card.I canceled it on 19/04/22 on doorstep and refund initiated from @Reliancedigital.in side on date of 27/04/22 and today is 10/05/22 so now 22 days Complited but till date i didn\'t get any refund to my friends credit card account . and last date of payment of credit card bill is near so on next day they will charge amount of 29990+ 30% +GST = 42000 rs something amount.

So my question is that sir ! who will pay 12000 rs extra penalty? Reliancedigital.in is not ready to pay 12000 rs extra charged by credit card bank. Or I (Customer) have to bear it ? Refund is delayed from reliancedigital.in side today is 22nd day from my cancelation and i still not get my refund till date so its not my fault .

They give me a refrence no and told me that rechek the statement and from bank by transfer id so, i go to bank and bank executive replies me that its fake no. And told me that you have to pay penalty of 12000+ rs if refund is not done, and also told me to tell reliancedigital.in executive to share references id no with mail with them then they will take action within 15 days. I informed to reliancedigital.in customer service that bank is denied and told me to share references no id with mail with them .

But till date they mailed me with different orders Cancelled detail they replied without reading the mail i have all proffs against them. I have all call records against then.

I am trying from 22 days for refund but till date not received. I called to reliancedigital.in customer service daily from 19/4/22 to till date 4 time some days 5 time after that not get any resolution.

Please solve my problem you are last hope for this otherwise bank will charge penalty of 12000 rs + against me. Thank you From the date of 19/04/22 i tried so many times to reliancedigital.in customer care but till date I didn\'t get any resolution. I called daily 3-4 times to your customer service but not getting proper solution. I read your all T&C policy regarding refund and return and i also consult with consultants regarding this problem they also told me that its not my fault, problem is from your side. I have all recorings of calls from your customer executive and also your mails. I am really tired and irritated by the reply of your executive they are not solving my problems. As per them \" aap log ki jaise 20 call aate hai sab ko ham yahi jawab dete hai\". I really tired by calling to your customer executive they will repeat same script on my question. Please help me to get out of this.

I have attached some documents regarding this order and i think after 22 days from my Cancelation you will pay attention on my refund. Friends do not buy anything on prepaid amounts on Reliancedigital.in I am bearing 12000+ rs as penalty from credit card service due to delay on refund from reliancedigital.in. Or buy it if you are capable to pay penalty.
