My self Ankit Mishra I orderd A Hisense A.C. 1.5 Ton of 29990 rs with order no. RDF31227394 which is orderd in 18/4/22 from Reliancedigital.in from my friend\'s credit card.I canceled it on 19/04/22 on doorstep and refund initiated from @Reliancedigital.in side on date of 27/04/22 and today is 10/05/22 so now 22 days Complited but till date i didn\'t get any refund to my friends credit card account . and last date of payment of credit card bill is near so on next day they will charge amount of 29990+ 30% +GST = 42000 rs something amount.

So my question is that sir ! who will pay 12000 rs extra penalty? Reliancedigital.in is not ready to pay 12000 rs extra charged by credit card bank. Or I (Customer) have to bear it ? Refund is delayed from reliancedigital.in side today is 22nd day from my cancelation and i still not get my refund till date so its not my fault .

They give me a refrence no and told me that rechek the statement and from bank by transfer id so, i go to bank and bank executive replies me that its fake no. And told me that you have to pay penalty of 12000+ rs if refund is not done, and also told me to tell reliancedigital.in executive to share references id no with mail with them then they will take action within 15 days. I informed to reliancedigital.in customer service that bank is denied and told me to share references no id with mail with them .

But till date they mailed me with different orders Cancelled detail they replied without reading the mail i have all proffs against them. I have all call records against then.

I am trying from 22 days for refund but till date not received. I called to reliancedigital.in customer service daily from 19/4/22 to till date 4 time some days 5 time after that not get any resolution.

Please solve my problem you are last hope for this otherwise bank will charge penalty of 12000 rs + against me. Thank you From the date of 19/04/22 i tried so many times to reliancedigital.in customer care but till date I didn\'t get any resolution. I called daily 3-4 times to your customer service but not getting proper solution. I read your all T&C policy regarding refund and return and i also consult with consultants regarding this problem they also told me that its not my fault, problem is from your side. I have all recorings of calls from your customer executive and also your mails. I am really tired and irritated by the reply of your executive they are not solving my problems. As per them \" aap log ki jaise 20 call aate hai sab ko ham yahi jawab dete hai\". I really tired by calling to your customer executive they will repeat same script on my question. Please help me to get out of this.

I have attached some documents regarding this order and i think after 22 days from my Cancelation you will pay attention on my refund. Friends do not buy anything on prepaid amounts on Reliancedigital.in I am bearing 12000+ rs as penalty from credit card service due to delay on refund from reliancedigital.in. Or buy it if you are capable to pay penalty.

The company has issued the dividend of 2020-21 on 24.06.2021 vide cheque number 581734 of Rs. 1624. Due to misplace of cheque I forget to deposit it in my account within the period. So please reissue the Cheque of dividend[protected] at the earliest. (scan copy of cheque is attached).

I'm Holding Share certificate of Reliance Polypropylene Limited (RPPL) and Reliance Polyethylene Limited (RPEL). The Above Companies were merged with Reliance Industries Limited in January 1995 for 30 Shares for 100 RPPL Shares and 25 Shares for 100 RPEL Shares. The share certificate of the RIL after merger is not received by me till date. I have raised compliant with M/s Kfintech, but their response is absurd. We even went to their office...

I subscribed to Reliance shares in 1996. I am alloted 72 shares and in the name of my wife 72. It was all in physical form.i got them demated in Motilal Oswal in 2012.As I was not much aware of shares I ignored them after getting it demated.I still hold them.But I never got Bonus shares since then.pl do justice to me

As i was not much aware of stocks and shares i just ignored as the amount was small.Later i had physical certificates in the name of my wife and me.zTotal shares 72 each i.e, clubbed together 144., , But I did not receive any bonus shares so far.kindly guide me

I have ordered the products from reliance jiomart but due to order decline problem my payment has got deducted but order has not got booked and I have enquired with HDFC bank they have clearly mentioned the transaction I'd of merchant and asked to wait for 4 working days .I have also raised a.comolaint in myjiomart section of jiomart online they have closed my issue without resolving it and now my payment from bank has got deducted and I didn't receive my refund back.

WHY customer care start ???

Have sent all the documents required for duplication of physical shares having folio no.[protected] and unclaimed shares and dividends vide letter speed post no. EF[protected] on 14.01.2022. In this respect I had also reminded through mail on 23.02.2022. But they have not send any reply or communication about it. Till date I have not received/got credited shares to my demat a/c nor received unclaimed dividends.

I am in receipt of letter from Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd., about the Reliance post de-merger companies. Now I have been in touch with K-fintech . I have forwarded the mails to Mr. Praveen but there was no response from him inspite of several reminders. Kindly address my issue at the earliest.

I have ordered the clothes from jio mart app vide their order no[protected]a. When i received the product it was having a magnetic pin attached to clothes. I have requested them to replace or remove the magnetic pin vide complaint no[protected] dated 20 Jan-22. Jio executive lifted the material and the was not delivered to date. I have a complaint about this many times and even called their call centers also but received no response. They people are not returning my cloth or the money. Told them many times about complaining in consumer forums but still, they are not listening or working on the problem

i would like to kindly in form you that, i was investing in reliance industries's debentures and warrrants in 1993.i was trying to contact with reliance customer care but i am not getting any response from those side i have these documents
1--.2 debenture certs.(TOCD) of rpl each of qty--100
dates 1st cert==02/12/1993, , , , , 2nd cert==30/07/1998

what to do with the debentures i do not understand. are these things ceased or can yet anything be done or are they have been converted to ril shares. my client is unable to tell me anything.--he says he has already paid part payments whose stickers are affixed on the debenture cert. dated 02/12/1993.---sticker dates are 16/02/1994--(Rs. 5/-), , , , 15/06/1995--(Rs. 5/-), , , , 11/09/1996--(Rs. 10/-)
my client provided an address for mailing from where he was transferred in course of time but he never changed the mailing address with the registrar.----is anything missing due to that?? which he is unaware of??--plz help.
I want to take your help in this matter so that i can easily get my money.

My father and I held 5 partly paid up shares of RIL which now are Fully paid up after the final call. These shares were held jointly in a demat account of my father and I. After my fathers demise last year, I had to close the old demat account and hence transfer all shares from Old Demat to a new Demat. This entire process of transferring for other company shares was completed however RIL shares are still in pending status. I have been following up with Reliance Investor at Kfintech by emails since more than a month, had provided them PAN, Old CML, New CML quite a few times however there has been no action/response. I request you to kindly look into this as My Fully paid up shares are still in pending status in my old demat account and thus my old demat account is in suspended status. Request your help to close this issue asap.

Earlier also complaint booked, but of no use.
No product no refund
As per jio mart mail reply, refund will reach within 7 days. But it is 11th day till refund not received.

Rk enterprises (a reliance industries gas station) located on pipli karnal road (nh-44) in haryana had pathetic services. No staff was available to attend to the customers. There was no toilet facility, no wind shield cleaning facility or air / nitrogen facility for tyres or puncture / minor repair facility available at the gas station. These are the mandatory requirements at any gas station on the highways.

I am holding 100 shares or Raymond Synthetics (New name Recron synthetics) which merged with IPCL in year 2003. Subsequently IPCL got merged with Reliance Industries. What is process to get shares of Transfaree company i.e Reliance Industries.
