I. Dr B.K.GHOSH a retired PSU officer staying at Sushant Golf City ANSAL API Lucknow had purchased a PANASONIC AC Model XU18XKYF from RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED Lucknow on 11.04.2021 (Copy attached).
After installation on 29th June 2021 the remote of the AC was not functioning and we had tried to make a complaint...

We have raised a written request with karvy financials (SPOC listed as Investor Relations on Reliance Industries website), however haven't heard back yet. Would much appreciate if someone can review and revert to the request in the email

It's more than 40 days after reliance first call money got deducted, still I haven't received my shares in my demat account, At Least provide some direct no. of the person who is looking after the issue so that I can directly understand the issue from him, as karvy customer service guys don't have access to the systems (Always down) or some other issue, its really frustrating that after amount got deducted it took...

My share certificate is misplaced.My folio no.[protected]/[protected]RPL debentures 100 was subsequently converted as shares..I have only a debenture certificate. Please verify and advise me....

I have not credited 23 Reliance partly paid shares in my DP account no.[protected]. I have paid second call money Rs.314.25 per share through Kotak Mahindra bank.
