I did not deposit final call money as it was not successful due to technical issue. So please advise me how to pay.

Dear sir,

i would like to kindly in form you that, i was investing in reliance industries's debentures and warrrants in 1993.i was trying to contact with reliance customer care but i am not getting any response from those side i have these documents
1--.2 debenture certs.(TOCD) of rpl each of qty--100
dates 1st cert==02/12/1993, , , , , 2nd cert==30/07/1998

2--2 certs.---of tradeable warrants of rpl of qty-100 each--dated 27/05/1997

3- 1 share certificate of rpl qty -100 dated -1995

all bearing same folio number.

my question is---what to do with the warrants?--i do not understand. what to do with the debentures i do not understand. are these things ceased or can yet anything be done or are they have been converted to ril shares. my client is unable to tell me anything.--he says he has already paid part payments whose stickers are affixed on the debenture cert. dated 02/12/1993.---sticker dates are 16/02/1994--(Rs. 5/-), , , , 15/06/1995--(Rs. 5/-), , , , 11/09/1996--(Rs. 10/-)
why no response is coming from reliance customer services?--plz help.
I want to take your help in this matter so that i can easily get my money.

Have sent all the documents required for duplication of physical against lost shares . But they haven't send any reply or communication about it .

I try placed order on 13th May. My money debited, but order is not successful.& months are over, no proper update from them. The amount is 8600. Daily I made calls and send mails to get about my complaint status. But no proper update and without any resolution, they closed the complaint. They told me you will get call from super wiser but believe me within 7 months I didn't receive single call from them. When I call customer care they ask me all the details from the starting, no one follow the previous update of the complaint. Bank side confirm me the transaction i made was successful from my end.Ajio team told me transaction not showing in their end sometimes and sometimes refund already initiated from their end. But no update on refund transaction ID. They are delaying time, like just wait 2 more business days your issue will resolve.
Please check and initiate my refund.I provided all the proofs for a proof of not receiving money.But no one from AJIO team bother to check and solve my issue.

My complaint of 1st November 2021 is pending till date.

Tax at source was deducted on dividend paid during fy 20-21. These shares were in physical format at the time of payment of dividend. Subsequently, these were dematerialised after all documents were submitted to Karvy/Kfintech.
However, TDS is not appearing in 26AS . Since December 2020, I have sent number of mails to Karvy/Kfintech requesting them to update TDS in 26AS. However, in vain.
I have clearly mentioned that the above long pending issue needs to be closed immediately, for filing Tax Return for ay 21-22.
Though, evidence of TDS on dividend was enclosed with several reminders to Karvy/Kfintech, their latest response (we have not deducted tax on dividend) is very annoying and disgusting. Earlier, they had agreed to issue Form 16 on 28th September and this issue is also pending.

He wants to know how many shares he is entitled to get now against these 27 considering splits / bonus etc? He wants to dematerialize these 27 shares and he wants to update new address / phone number + get the new share certificate from RIL

can you please let us know what is the right mail id and contact number where we can send mail and get details and also what is contact number?

Transfer should have been done from SMSL To Reliance Retail in year when Retail PF trust started. Genuinely it was a miss from HR Team

I respect the Organization and I cherish all moments of my service. Pls help me to withdraw all PF amount.

I have left the company with a month notice and paying all recovery amount.

I had sent earlier a request letter enclosing all the documents/information and required as per guideline and procedure of the company for issue of duplicate share certificate of RIL regarding Folio no.[protected] on[protected] through speed post with reference no. EF[protected]IN which has been received in your hyderabad office on[protected]. But i have not received duplicate share certificates nor any information as yet. I had also mailed to the company email id - [protected]@karvy.com and venu.[protected]@kfintech.com, but again there is no responses from company side. So please look into the case and send duplicate share certificates as early as possible. I also request to send information/message through my email id- abhi.[protected]@rediffmail.com

Refund initiated (Rs. 1384) - 16/09/2021

I contacted my bank but there is no such refund is received in my account so i mailed the ajio customer care n they hv given me a refund reference number - [protected], i contact my bank to trace this number but bank says this number is fake, there is no such refund initiation towards this numbers

Since past 1 month i m trying to get a solution in this matter, raised multiple complaints but no resolution provided

Plz refund in form of ajio wallet, as i didnt received refund in my bank account

With this m attaching my bank statement in which clearly no refund received in given duration of time n previous complaint numbers which i generated tickets which closed without resolution

Card payment not accepted at this outlet. Only cash is accepted.
A consecutive practice found here that only cash payment is activated in the system. A permanent board is at display saying card payment is not active.

We purchase whirlpool top load washing machine at reliance digital, tirupati, a.P. On 13-feb-2021 and they collect extra warranty amount and service amount at the time of purchasing and they said we provide any type service problem at your door step. Last month 13.09.2021 machine was problem cause of power problem. We complaint against the problem to reliance customer care cener but they told upload your complaint on our service oriented app resq. We raised complaint in resq mobile app, after two days technician contacted me and checked the machine, he said power problem cause to rat bited wires so not apply the free service for you apply for only paid service.
Technician named suresh babu collected rs. 1000/- for wiring kit and extra rs.800/- for rat mesh.
But still they are not provide service even not attend the call,
if lift the phone, simply negligibly says we will coming to tomorrow but not happen still.,
same thing running past 23 days
still they are not provide any service.
Is totally time, money, effort waste

I am share holder of RIL 72 shares folio no[protected] in which 36 shares are transfer to I.E.P.F. and 36 shares are misplaced by me . I had apply for both IEPF and duplicate shares certificate in JAN 2019 completed all formalities . I revived 36 shares which are transfer to IEPF but till now dint revived duplicate shares certificate .
Many times requested by mail but every time but no response of mail once a while they reply but every time they demand different documents. All documents they demanding already given by me in JAN-FEB 2019. Recently I got mail in which they demand for signature update affidavit again. This affidavit was already send by me, if not send by me I cant revived my IEPF shares in my account.
Kfintec provide phone no. also but every time they do not pic the call .

I lost my orginal share certificate copy, how can i get duplicate share certificate.

Last week I applied for demat but the share certificates are too old so we have to convert new share certificates. Can you provide a process for what documents are required for converting new certificates.
