    My 90 RIL physical shares bought in 1994 have been dematerialised in Demat account with MASTER TRUST having its client ID: DH1633 & DP Client ID [protected].

    But Sir, I haven't received any Bonus shares issued in Electronic Form till date.

    May I request you to ask you esteemed official to transfer 90 bonus shares as early as possible.
    For your information Dividend Received for year 2021-22 as given in attachment.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am Sunil Joshi previously working with RIL from 2014 to 2017. I had previously applied online for PF transfer from RIL to Suzlon. However status is showing settle to Suzlon but amount credited is zero. I had discussion this with PF officer who said that only EPS has been transferred.

      I am following up with RCITPL PF team since long but still with no response. Since I am not in employment from Oct 2020, I wanted to withdraw my PF amount.

            SUB : BITTER EXPERIENCE ON PURCHASE OF INDIA’S BEST AC
            PANASONIC AC MODEL XU18XKYF

            I. Dr B.K.GHOSH a retired PSU officer staying at Sushant Golf City ANSAL API Lucknow had purchased a PANASONIC AC Model XU18XKYF from RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED Lucknow on 11.04.2021 (Copy attached).
            After installation on 29th June 2021 the remote of the AC was not functioning and we had tried to make a complaint to PANASONIC Service Centre. Initially they refused to provide services as we had purchased the AC from Reliance Shop. But after approx. 09days a new Remote had been replaced by PANASONIC service centre.
            After 02 days RELIANCE service Centre again replaced the above Remote supplied by Panasonic service centre with a repaird one (claiming it as a NEW one) as they got it from Mumbai. But I am sorry to say that the supplied Remote by Reliance Service Centre again developed mal functioning and finally it is not in working order now.
            Sir since last one month I am trying with Reliance service centre and requesting to Replace this defective Remote but daily they are promicing to provide but unfortunately the date has not come today also. Till today they have not resolved my issue and neither any body is visiting to see my issue. Though Mr Vinay Gupta of Reliance Service Centre is trying his best to resolve my issue.
            Hence it is my humble request that
            1- kindy look into the matter urgently and clarify who will provide the services after purchase of PANASONIC AC purchased from Reliance Shop. This is a big issue for customers. We are suffering for after sales services.
            2- Again I am requesting you, kindly arrange to provide my AC Remote directly to my address as I am not getting the new one, might be it is replaced with a defective one and given to us.
            3- Please Extend my warranty period as I have lost 04 months not used AC due Remote problem.
            Your intervention in this case will be highly appreciated.

                Complain regarding code of conduct for petrol pum manager
                Even before addressing us about E-TRANSACTION situation he filled the gas in the car and started arguing that his E-services issue and started speaking rudely to the behaviour that force was necessary and his tone was very unpleasant .After arguing with him for brief moment we procured hard cash somehow and gave him still his nature was aggressive even though he was landed with cash and was actually in fault

                        Due to unavoidable circumstance I had forgotten to pay 1st Call payment of Reliance Right issue. When I came to know I wrote to your following appointed company.
                        As i am non resident i was informed to pay by NIFT / RTGS on following account on 12th July 2021 by e- mail from [protected]@kfintech.com.
                        Since 13th July 2021 I have tried to pay through online banking from my account which is registered with your company, as my dividend are credited into the account with Bank of Baroda, Yash Kamal Branch, Vadodara.
                        As the information given by them seems to be wrong the transection is not going through. Even I tried to send by RTGS from Bank of Baroda they refused to take application as details provided are not correct according to them.
                        Please look into the matter and help to resolve my pending issue.

                        I was sent below mail on 12 th July 2021. to carry out delayed payment of Reliance Right issue shares.

                        We tried to sent money through online banking of Bank of Baroda which was not going through. Hence tried to sent RTGS through
                        bank.

                        Bank of Baroda informed that detail which has been provided by your office is not correct. hence they refused to expect the application mentioning that bring correct Account No. and IFSC to carry out the transection.

                          Recently I purchased a lenovo laptop from your online platform vide order # RDF14817351, and it was delivered to me on 21st July, 2021 by delhivery courier. First of all, you people sent a wrong product (specs not matching as per description given on your website and product received actually), anyhow after calling your customer care, receiving no response, I opened the box and started the laptop.
                          After using 2-3 hours I shut down the laptop and went home, then I started the same on next morning (i.e. 22nd july, 2021), laptop started giving problems (explanation as below):
                          Keyboard and touch were misbehaving totally, for example when I open any internet browser and type any letter like letter P, then it takes print command, if I type letter W then it closes the opened window, if I type letter S then it takes save command and so on...

                          So I complained to lenovo customer care and registered the service request vide case # [protected] (on 22nd July, 2021), today an engineer visited me (23rd july, 2021) and updated some softwares and informed me that the laptop is working fine and left.
                          When I came back home from the office, started using the laptop again, I faced the same problem as described above.
                          The Laptop is not working fine at all and it is totally misbehaving.

                          Request you to take back your faulty machine and issue my full refund.

                          This is really very embarrassing and disappointing exp. of buying on reliance digital online.

                              Dear team,

                              It's more than 40 days after reliance first call money got deducted, still I haven't received my shares in my demat account, At Least provide some direct no. of the person who is looking after the issue so that I can directly understand the issue from him, as karvy customer service guys don't have access to the systems (Always down) or some other issue, its really frustrating that after amount got deducted it took 40 odd days still no shares credited in my demat account, poor karvy support team .

                              Let me know the specific date by when I should expect my shares in my demat account and if still there is any issue after providing all the relevant documents quiet a few times to your team let me know, at least let me know where you guys are stuck with it, it's really poor service, I am calling nad mailing daily to get the response that I will receive the shares within 7-10 days for last 40 days but of no use, everything is provided from my end even i have received dividend from partly paid shares as well, daily your team is providing some or the other excuse and nobody is bothered to response with the solution really pathetic karvy customer support team.
