    I got Jio Fiber trial offer on 1st April 2021 for Rs 1500 (Rs 500 security deposit + Rs 1000 installation charges) under which I was told that I will get a full money refund if I request uninstallation within 1 month.

    I requested for uninstallation on 27th April 2021 via customer care which was acknowledged by the customer support person and they assured me an engineer will be sent to my home for uninstallation and the full amount will be refunded only if I return the device within 60 days from the date it was installed.

    The appointment for device pickup was rescheduled 12 times and I followed up with the customer support via email, phone calls, and Twitter every time to know why it was rescheduled and asking them to pick up the device on time but to no avail (screenshots of emails and Twitter DM is attached).

    The device was finally picked up on 6th June after multiple complaints but the customer care informed me that I will only get a refund of Rs 500 (Security deposit) and will not get Rs 1000 (installation charges) since the device was returned after 60 days which was no fault of mine.

    I have complained about this to Jio customer care via email, phone calls, and on Twitter and have been following up on this with them on regular basis but there has been no resolution from them even after 4 months and they fail to provide me a Service Request number against the complaint.

    Kindly look into this and please get me the refund of Rs 1000 which they have wrongly kept and harassed me unnecessarily for so long.

            I recharged my mother's number [protected] for INR 149 but the recharge happened to my postpaid number [protected]. I am 100% sure that I have given my mother's number [protected] at the time I recharge why should I try to recharge a postpaid number. I called the customer care number after long wait, the customer care executive responded that they cannot refund or transfer the recharge. And I asked to connect to some senior manager. And I waited for more than 30 mins but the call disconnected. As I am using postpaid, I can't even activate that pack to my number. Also why the system making/allowing to recharge a prepaid pack to postpaid number? 149 INR per day is very big money to my family. I want refund or transfer the pack to my mother's number.Paying for not using/useful service is really unethical.

              with due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am a customer of jio.My jio number is -- [protected] .We have been facing huge difficulties due to worse network of jio.They have been looting us by fake 4G network .in our place they are not providing 4 G network.But they are collecting money from us in the name of 4 G network.Every months i recharge my jio number of Rs-199 For consuming jio's 4 g network.But in our place they looting us by jio's fake 4 g network . Network quality of jio is so rubbish that we are unable to make phone call and unable to use internet. And also i would like to inform you that when electricity goes out jio's network automatically reduce to zero.is jio know that we are not consuming jio's service in free?Then why Jio is harassing us? If jio not provide proper 4 G network immediately then jio should close their services in our place.stop harassing us.i kindly request to the Indian government please help us

                With due respect, I like to state that I am feeling helpless as I have recharged Rs. 599 on 21 July 2021 8:50 PM through YONO LITE SBI. But unable to get recharge my jio number [protected]
                The transaction no for this payment is UHB8952049 .
                The customer care from Bank said the payment is successfully transferred to Merchant.
                But jio customer care personell said that no such recharge has been done on said date.
                I am hereby attaching the screenshot of msg and bank statement on that transaction
                I am contacted both SBI & Jio customer care several times but remain helpless .
                Kindly go through the matter

                    I am a Jio Fiber customer. I have recharged to Jio Fiber services for the 999 plan including GST I have paid Rs.1178.92/- The plan includes internet service along with 13 OTT apps. One of the 13 available apps is Amazon Prime. Since my last recharge on 4th Jul 2021, Amazon Prime is not working and is asking to pay 999/- for annual subscription.

                    I reached Jio Customer care to enquire the same. The customer care responds that my subscription expired since I had a discontinuance in my recharge for past 3 months. I have a monthly subscription and I am expected to recharge when I am using the service. Last 3 months I was not in my home. Since I will not be using the service I didn't recharge.

                    After returning to my home I recharged to usual plan. The amount I paid should give me all the promised services as per the plan. If I have to pay separately for Amazon Prime, then Jio should not charge me 1178/- when I am not getting the service fully. It is unethical to charge the customer for services not provided. Since I have paid the full amount Jio should provide me Amazon Prime service immediately.

                        We travel from Manesar to Sonipat on KMP once or twice every week. It used to be a pleasant ride mostly with less & discipline traffic. But for past 3-4 weeks. now many small establishments selling tea, water, snacks etc came up on the side definitely off the highway but we saw trucks are making a stoppage on these spots to have some rest, tea or snacks blocking 1 lane of the highway. The whole thing slows the traffic or May lead to an accident . Request the concerned authorities to look into the matter

                                Hello Team,

                                Below are the DND complaints status received in the last week, all of them says, "calls/SMS could not be located and hence no action taken". Are you kidding me???. These complaints are all raised through the TRAI DND app. How can you say that there was no call received? Does that mean that App is not working??? Can you please explain why there is no action on these even though i have received multiple calls and the proper complaint has been raised through the right channel.

                                Some calls i am getting recently are the same numbers against which complaints have been raised earlier. Below are the 2 such cases.

                                  It's been more than 20 days I surrendered my Jio Gigafiber connection. I have been calling their customer care every single day but nobody has come to pick the router and without that my deposit wont be refunded.

                                    A new Tower is getting installed near residential building. Also the building is at less height than my building,
                                    The Tower which is getting erected and installed has not fulfilling the norms given by Department of Telecommunications Govt. of India. Also It is getting installed in Residential zone ( Gaothan) also it is surrounding my Kids school and one High school along with nearby houses and Temple also.The rediations are very harmful to the livingsas it doesn't to install in Residential zone.
                                    Also The erection authority have not taken NOC from Grampanchayat regarding same.
                                    Already we have given objection letter to Grampanchayat but the owner of Building is Forcing them to Return Complain .
                                    So its my humble Request to you that to take necessary action and Remove the ongoing structure to avoid our Health and Wealth loss due to Rediations.
