Pf number required

Dear sir
This mail is regarding pf. Myself rahul saxena i am from gwalior.
I joined reliance infocom in dec 2005 and work for 4 years, but due to some conditions or reasons i am unable to withdraw my pf.
And problem is that at that time on salary slip pf number is not mention.
Kindly plz help to provide the pf or un number so that i will withdraw my pf.

I have honour to inform you that in our place jio is supplying poor quality of network. Due poor network quality we are unable to make call and unable to see live tv. We are not recharge our number to spoil our money. Is jio know that we are not consume jio service in free? Why you harrasment us? If you don't provide better quality of network in our place than your service should shut down in our place. It will help us to find substitute of jio. The name of this place where we facing this problem is - town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, state-assam, pin-781307

    Hello,

    I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via paytm, reference number is [protected]

    I have recharged the ₹555 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
    Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

      My jio fiber connection is not working since 4 days and it is impacting the work from home. The engineers are everyday bluffing that the issue will be resolved today/tomorrow. They have even stopped picking up calls and that is not enough they have even closed the case i opened for this issue as "resolved". Kindly take appropriate action.

                I would like to thank the Consumer Compliant Form. Because of which I have got ₹ 555 refund from Jio Infocomm Limited Company. They have transferred my money to my UPI ID.                   Degrading service and theft of data without usage. I have complained at jio care multiple times now and have got same response that I have used the data. When I asked to provide more details about the usage they are not sharing any details. I have attached snapshot.

                  There was a usage of 10.66 kb at 12.16 but than suddenly 1.15gb of data disappeared and when i check it showed me nothing and now the jio care is telling i have used it without any evidence or details.

                  I have tried reaching company but there is no progress i had taken a year plan so i dont know how can i stop the service.

                      I have subscribed to reliance jio annual plan 1699 that offers 1.5 gb daily. I dont actually use all the data most days. But some days frequently i get message that data is exhausted in the morning itself. And i wonder how does this happen? Is this some kind of cheating? Even today i observed this while i have gone out for early monring walk around 5.30 am i get message 50% data exhausted! And when i login around 9am for browsing, i get message 90% exhausted so quickly! Its seems reliance jio either has poor software that works the usage o[censored]sers or this is a deliberate attempt to make users buy data booster again and again. This is very unethical, and reliance should understand that losing customer's trust is more damaging than this extra revenue through unethical means. I can simply switch to another carrier.

                        Dear sir, once again I had the misfortune of recharging my mobile No [protected] from their web site on 29 Jan 2020 with Rs. 108/-. Under the affordable plans a recharge plan for Rs. 98+10 was given & in the terms and conditions NOWHERE it was stated that this is only for JIO PHONE USERS. Further, JIO has my details of handset being used ie LYF, as is displayed on their web page accessible on LOG IN. Why was I not warned or cautioned by their web site that this PLAN would not WORK with LY[censored]nless off course the company is driven by GREED and FALSEHOOD and only interested in gathering wealth at cost of innocent customers. The REPUTATION of THIS COMPANY Is well known all over and it can never be in same class as TATA, MM, BAJAJ etc.Perhaps you can ADVISE the company to avoid recharge phones with plans not commensurate with their registered/ recorded PHONES.

                          On 3 jan hr neha sharma called me your selected for store manager you have to pay 1500 as security deposit which is refundable. Then i received interview call and i have been selected then ther asking 4500 of other things like dress etc i don't have money so there are blackmail me
                          And there are not giving money of 1500
                          So i want refund of 1500 rs

                            I have paid the money firstly 1500 and again training fees of 4500 and again laptop fees for training of 7500 and they are again asking 10500 for police verification for the job of store incharge in jio at kadapa they called and asking for money again of rs.10500 and i want the exact information about this whether it is a fraud company or not let me know

                            Hey friends i was also suffered from a fraud in name of reliance jio infocomm limited by which one girl call me that my profile selected for job hiring by jio. And i had to send 1500 rs. To vidhyavati which she named as manager and for future process i had to send 4500rs. For kit dispatched by them which includes a mobile, sim - card, identity card and job training details but i rejected. And ms. Aarohi thakur called herself interviewer made abuse to me and said i had all details of your now wait and watch what i can do to you.

                                  I had registered my compliant with Jio for the charges that were made against my number mentioned above. I had taken a basic plan on the JIO with which my bill was always generated for a month was only 280 rupees. I use these services only as back up for my official purpose. One day around may 5th the services were disconnected without any intimation. Post which on 7th of May i called up to their customer care to understand on the reason on why it was disconnected for which i was told that my bill has exceed the credit limit which is around 738 rupees. I did try explaining them that i had not used their services as i did not have a chance to work / connect to JIO and also this is password protected where others cannot connect. I do not use any other devices to connect to this WIFI (JIO) as mentioned this was my back up services and never paid more than 280 as i had hardly used being secondary connection.

                                  1. From 7th of May the Jio customer care is still not found any explanation on why was it over charged nor have any evidences for usage.
                                  2. There was no intimation on the disconnection or Over usage ( if this was really used).
                                  3. They aren't sure on how this is been charged to me and still not found a resolution on over charges and unable to explain on the usage.
                                  4. Each time i reach them there is a copy paste email sent to me that they will revert in 48 hours from 7th May.
                                  5. i have nearly written 7 to 8 follow up emails for which there is only response that they are looking into and will revert in 48 hours.
                                  6. Today received a message again that i have to make payments else interest keeps adding.
                                  7. Their help line number is not reachable.

                                  I need to raise a complaint for :

                                  a. Over charging and when reached for explanation on billing no clarity provided.
                                  b. Disconnected services without any prior information causing inconvenience though they had my number to reach. .
                                  c. Though multiple emails are sent there is no proper resolution / response ( can provide all emails if necessary).
                                  d. They failed to keep up their 48 hours TAT ( SLA) to return to my complaint.
                                  e. Executives are not trained in handling customer or respond to customer queries.
                                  f. Frequently billing though their servies were disconnected and compliant was raised. This is very annoying as i have never been a defaulter in payments.

                                    A mobile tower is being installed by reliance infocomm ltd. On rooftop of a flat owned by mr. Amir yadav and indu yadav d-3 gali no. 8 rajapuri uttamnagar. This flat is among nine flats of a residential builder floors. Company has not taken noc from other flat owners. Moreover this area is dense populated area where no open space/park is available.in this area many old aged people, small children and pregnant women lives which is hazardous to their health. This tower is in closed vicinity of renuka public school where small children study. Mobile tower installation near school is clear cut violation of dot guidelines.
                                    You are requested to stop this illegal activity.

                                    Internet speed is extremely slow. I'm not getting sufficient speed for any work . As its 4G but speed is about 4kb - 50kb . It's extremely worse and getting worsen day by day . As data costs are increased but quality of network is worse.

                                      Reliance has erected it's pole on the water outlet which is leading to water logging in the house when it rains due to which the inhabitants of house are taking out the water with buckets as outlet is completely closed by jio staff.complaint been raised in the month of January 2019 with jio pole incharge Mr. Satyanarayana, but of no response. I request the concerned authorities to understand the problem and help in getting the pole removed.

                                      There is a reason for posting the complaint here, how can it be resolved in minutes, nobody contacted me. The problem is pending since 5months. I hope this site is genuine enough to post my issue genuinely and solve my issue
