I already recharged my jio number [protected] with rs.149 but its not working yet, i can't make any type of calls and surf the web please do something immediately otherwise i have to port to some other operator your services are going to be poor day by day, i have to do some important calls im fully dependent on your services, please resolve my issue soon. Hey friends i was also suffered from a fraud in name of reliance jio infocomm limited by which one girl call me that my profile selected for job hiring by jio. And i had to send 1500 rs. To vidhyavati which she named as manager and for future process i had to send 5000rs. For kit dispatched by them which includes a mobile, sim - card, identity card and job training details but i rejected. And ms. Aarohi thakur called herself interviewer made abuse to me and said i had all details of your now wait and watch what i can do to you.

Note: no pf number is mentioned on my payslip

Reliance infocomm tower is installed in residential area of our locality in Bilaspur Himachal pradesh. Tower is installed on terrace of a household House no. 197 which is located in residential area Dabra line Raura Sector 2 of Bilaspur city in himachal pradesh. People have to suffer from many radiations please help us.Photo is attached with this mail to ensure that jio infocom tower is installed in a residential area. I will put a RTI and complaint in consumer court, how can company allow such residential area to install the tower. This is against company policy and trai rules.No action is taken by company till now.

माननीय नगर विकास मंत्रालय भारत सरकार नई दिल्‍ली माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी की सेवा मे प्रेषित ा निवेदन है कि प्रार्थिनी बबिता अधिवक्‍ता हाईकोर्ट लखनऊ बेंच लखनऊ पत्‍नी विजय त्रिवेदी नि0मो0 किदवई नगर माधौगंज हरदोई की निवासिनी हैा प्रार्थिनी के पडोस मे रह रहे यमुना प्रसाद दीक्षित ने नगर पंचायत द्वारा बनायी गयी नाली के ऊपर पत्‍थरो एव मिटटी को डलवाकर उसे अवरूद् कर रखा है जिससे प्रार्थिनी के घर का पानी नाली से नही निकल पा रहा हैा प्रार्थिनी के घर के गंदे पानी का बहाव नाली मे न जाकर कस्‍तूरबा गांधी आवासीय विदयालय की ओर जा रहा है जहां पर कम से कम 100 छात्राएं विदयालय मे रहकर पढाई कर रही है व निवास कर रही है गंदे पानी के भराव से डेगू मलेरिया आदि जैसी भयानक बीमारियो के फैलने का डर बना हुआ है तथा बडे बडे मच्‍छर पनप रहे हैा जिस ओर नगर पंचायत के कोई भी कर्मचारी कोई ध्‍यान नही दे रहे हैा अत माननीय जी से निवेदन है कि प्रकरण को संज्ञान मे लेते हुये यमुना प्रसाद दीक्षित द्वारा अवरूद की गयी नाली को साफ करवाये जाने का आदेश पारित करने की कृपा करे ताकि प्रार्थिनी के घर का गंदा पानी विपरीत दिशा मे न जाकर बंद की गयी नाली मे गंदे पानी का बहाव चालू हो सकेाा ताकि संक्रामक बीमारियो के फैलने का खतरा समाप्‍त हो सकेा अन्‍यथा की स्थिति मे प्रार्थिनी को माननीय उच्‍च न्‍यायालय खण्‍डपीठ लखनऊ मे जांचकर्ता के विरूद वाद दायर करने के लिए मजबूर होना पडेगा जिसके हर्जे व खर्चे की सारी जिम्‍मेदारी जांचकर्ता को देय होगीा सूचना सेवा मे प्रेषित ा इस एप्‍लाकेशन के अलावा इनके ससुर व इनके बडे भाई के द्वारा प्रार्थना पत्र कई बार दिये गये जिसमे हर बार ईओ आकर लिखवा लेते है कि हमने नाली साफ करवा दी और प्रार्थी से जबरदस्‍ती लिखवा लिया गया और नाले की सफाई डेढ सालो से आज तक नही की जा पा रही है और प्रार्थी इधर उधर भटक रहा हैा और जांचकर्ता प्रार्थी को नाली के सफाई के बजाए केवल आश्‍वासन डेढ सालो से दे रहे है अत विवश होकर आपसे प्रार्थना है कि जांचकर्ता के विरूद कठोर से कठोर दण्‍डात्‍मक कार्यवाही करते हुये मय जांचकर्ता के बयानो सहित इस प्रार्थना पत्र का निस्‍तारण किये जाने का आदेश पारित करने की कृपा करेा

I wish to inform you that i got a message from [protected] informing me that i am selected for telecaller job ib jio reliance and subsequently was informed to pay rs.1500 + rs.3500 and i made online but transfer punjab national bank vaibhav enterprise

Then i got a call they will take viva test over mobile and will select me for the telecaller job.
Now they say i am not selected and will not get the refund of rs.5000/- which they have collected.

I would request to do the needful, as i have all the proof of payment through bank in name of vaibhav enterprises.

I have been constantly facing the jio mobile network issues around whitefield area with pincode-560066.

I have repeatedly raised my concern regarding the same but no network available and i am unable to use the network to make any calls or use the mobile data. And complaints raised with jio care are closed without the customer consent or without being addressed the issue.

Since its prepaid connection, i have already paid for the services but no equivalent or satisfactory service is being provided.
So i would request either to refund the amount paid or provide the free services to make calls and use data for free of cost

I live in gwalior, madhya pradesh and i am using reliance jio (4g network) and receiving internet speed of 50~60kbps (When using in open area), and 2~10kbps (When in room). This speed is even not comparable with 2g network. I also made a complaint (Request id : sr00000n5mvu) but still there is no action till now.

On 08.10.2018, i made payment of rs.357.54/- to reliance jio infocom through net banking bearing reference no. Igaenhgej7 by jio app to make the payment of post-paid bill of my jio mobile account. Money transaction was successful. But in the end, there i did not get any message of successful bill payment. Now in my “myjio” app it is showing bill payment is pending means the payment is not successful.

Please suggest what is be done. Whether the payment will be successful or money will be reverted back to my account. Please do the needful.

Of my daughter-in-law in my "my jio" app. Money transaction was successful. But in the end, there i did not get any message of successful recharge. I asked my daughter-in-law whether her mobile is recharged or not. She told it is not recharged.

Please suggest what is be done. Whether recharge will be successful or money will be reverted back to my account please do the needful.

Recently my Mother in law - aged 70 years got fractured due to water spilled by them.

My son diagnosed from deadly fever got hospitalised.

My husband diagnosed from Typhoid as they locked the staircase so that we cannot check our water tanks on the roof.
May be they have mixed something poisonous.???
Also our electricity MCB’s are behind that door & we are mess in facing life.

Also they are threatening us that they want us to die of dengu.

Please help me to save my family’s life.

I am darshan trivedi. My jio no. Is [protected]. I am facing problem of this card when i am on call. During the call it stops suddenly. I have requested in call centers also but i am not getting satisfactory answer and my problem not resolved.
So it is requested you to resolve this problem as immediate as possible.

In my jio number i recharge 49 rs and recharge is sucessful but it's velidity is not correct it is not 28 days velid showing but 22 days show

So, please provide my recharge veledity 28 days
I recharge 25th july and i attached his image so extend my validity and provide better service

My reliance wipod no.[protected] has discontinued from long time, but bill has generated regularly and send the bill. If service has stopped then how the bills are generated and send the bill to customer. Why should not fix the problem. You should make the customer fool.in this regarding i have sent also mail to company but till date nothing do anything and bill has generated.

I am facing internet speed issue at my residential area fro last more than 1.5 month and I tried to call Jio customer care many times.But every time they are telling that " This is because of their customers are increased in my area, so congestion is there and our technical team will resolve this issue shortly " But till now, no action from their end.
The speed of inernet is very third class.My earlier 2 G sim was better than Jio 4G.

Youtube is running for 5-10 seconds and then loading loading for next 45 sec.Is it 4G speed??
How can they charge from a customer for 4G pack, if the speed is less than 2 G??
Please think, What will be the situation in rural area if they are giving this typ service in the cities like Indore???
Please take action immediately, otherwise I will raise FIR against R-JIO.

I got a message saying that you outgoing voice services has been discontinued. Now i can't call anyone, and can't talk to anyone even it's an urgent matter. Does it have to be this way? Any other network would have only discontinued only for that particular day after exceeding it's limit, but jio is disappointing. My outgoing voice services has been entirely discontinued even though i have 2 months plan period left. Jio said that it's free and unlimited that's my i used this network but not anymore. If you don't restore my outgoing voice services in 24 hrs i'm going to change to some other network where they would only discontinued for that one day if exceeded. Restore my outgoing voice services back within 24hrs.

Jio worst network i ported my vodafone number to jio on may 2nd from that day on i started spending my time for useless jio customer care to till date may 14 2018 that my internet is too slow than 3g bit better than 2g network but i'm not sure that they were providing 4g network. My files been downloaded at speed of 200kbps (This is why i mentioned it was bit better than 2g) and 198 it says the day will be renewed by 12 o'clock but when you call a customer care they were telling open your my jio my plan to check your daily data renewal time & it's showing 00:41. I want to know something whole world believes that 24 hours starts with 12 & ends with 12 but to jio it's starts at 12 but ends at 12:41 what the * network is this. Now i really miss my vodafone. Vodafone & airtel are much much better than jio. I'm using samsung galaxy note edge everytime they were telling my phone has a problem but not ready to accept their mistakes. I have tired my friend's phone it also has only lte speeds damn slow. Customer care telling they are trying to fix from may 4 but till not yet done their work
