Reliance Jewels — Highly unprofessional staff and extremely rude customer care executives. | |||
Your CUSTOMER service is horrible and the concerned team lack the basic etiquettes of talking or understanding a CUSTOMERâs concern. I am devasted. Each time I have reached out to your CUSTOMER support staff, they have had one excuse or the other and what came to me as a shock was that my complaint got closed without my consent and I did not get any call from any of your executives. I went to your store located at Shipra Mall where I was misguided by one of your sales girl to buy a ring that was extremely delicate and was not to be worn on daily basis contrary to the one I asked her for. Thereafter my ring costing Rs. 28, 239/- broke withing two months of purchase and very conveniently a rose gold ring was soldered with yellow gold without realising how much more damage it would do. It is highly unexpected of Reliance, which is a big name, to be deceiving their CUSTOMERs and then not even admitting their wrong doing. Talking about the manager of the store, he promised me that he would take this action into consideration and repair my ring completely including the soldering but it was not done. My ring has been lying at the store for almost 3 months now and i didn't receive a single call until last week and that also after I made repeated calls and complaints. The manager admitted that the sales girl who sold me the ring has also misguided several other CUSTOMERs because of which she was expelled from her job and he even promised to bear the loss i suffered. Why so much promising when your store is not at fault. You have accused me o[censored]sing the ring in a way that it caused damage to the ring and have even accused me that i demanded full value for the ring but on the contrary I simply asked for a replacement and I am even willing to buy another one in its place by adding more money so that I can buy something I can wear on regular basis. I would again like to bring it to your notice that despite admitting the fault the store has deliberately tried to close my complaint without consulting me even once. I would again like to add that your ### CUSTOMER service has caused me mental harassment and I as a CUSTOMER has been embarrassed because of the way all this has been dealt with. I have been a regular CUSTOMER at that store and yet i have been humiliated both by the store and your extremely unprofessional and rude CUSTOMER care executives. The piece of jewellery namely the ring is still with you. The least I expect is that you look into this matter as soon as possible because there seems to be no end to this torture. iI seek urgent help in this regard. A pro tip for all, never ever buy jewellery from reliance rather go for other better and professional jewellery brands or even local jewellers because even they are more sophisticated and professional.
