[Resolved] Reliance Jewels — non exchange of product within seven days of purchase | |||
I had purchased an article 18k-s-bangle oval bearing article code no sku2287201 as per your invoice no ax845718in003410 dated 17.02.2019 from your reliance jewels outlet at siliguri. As per your policy there is an exchange policy of product within seven days of purchase with full value. I approached your outlet at siliguri toady dated 23.02.2019 (Before completing seven days of purchase) but they out-rightly denied us the exchange offer. They alleged that that the product has been damaged and deshaped. They also alleged that you must have hit the article into some hard surface due to which this has happened. We haven't used the article after purchase and it is kept as it is as was packed. Now the question arrise that either the product offered by you is either of a very poor quality which automatically gets reshaped as claimed by our sales person or your sales person are deliberately deceiting us and denying us our right. We reretiate that we have been deceit by you and your outlet and we request you to provide us justice or else we shall be forced to knock the door of other forums to claim our rights. Feb 28, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The company soon called us after our complaint and considered our case and extended their offer beyond the time frame as a special case for us. We have exchanged the product and got a new one. We got a satisfactory response from them and are thankful to all the concerned. Reliance Jewels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
