Hello reliance jewels,

Subject: i am putting this big mistake in front of you (Because of that mistake how much i have suffered mentally and financially, i can not explain in words) for a lesson learnt action for those employees and store.

Issue:i have booked one white gold engagement ring on 16/02/2020 by paying 10000rs. This ring i have booked (Want to change yellow gold to white gold) after seeing same yellow gold ring design no. 8rngxxrlcd[protected] estimated that same day 32781/- with total value 20 % discount. Attaching all bill pictures.
I have clearly mentioned to sales person that i need this ring before 20 march 2020 (Engagement date). Sales person (Mr. Shispal) told me yes sir max 30 days it will take, and it is 100% possible. Ok good
After having final more discussion on ring estimate (We have chosen ring according to our budget) sales person told me, sir your discount will be same 20% but gold rate will be open on final date of delivery of product (Gold rate is open mentioned in bill also) ok (I thought even if gold rate will go up also, it will not impact more to our budget as gold weight is less).

On 01/03/2020 i checked ring status with sales person on phone. He told it is on the way, do not worry it will come on time, but now when you will come for final delivery of product, you will only get 10% discount on purchase value (7956/2=3978 rs. Loss) and gold rate will be also open and if you need more clarification then talk to my manager mr. Paritosh pawar.

This manager guy is very well behaved and rich guy, for him 4000 rs is nothing, he told leave it sir, 15% we will do, but we can not refund your money.
After lot of discussion, i just remember one word from this guy (On 15/03/2020 on telephonic discussion, recording is also with me)
"sir when you will see your new ring quality and design, you will forget all these discounts and you will pay extra also, as we are giving you this ring before engagement, you should thank us."
Even after this much drama of discount and engagement date pressure, i thought let us go to store and see (As i was already in pressure after 5 days my engagement is planned) the ring.

Then, wow what a surprise? Ring is so bad like mr. Paritosh words. Me and my fiancee was shocked after seeing that ring, what i have selected and what reliance jewels is delivering (Is this the quality and design we can expect from you?). We are again on mental pressure because of engagement date.

After lot of discussion mr. Rajiv ji store manager (A well behaved guy, no doubt he heard my complete query but looks like he is also helpless at that time. He do not have product related solution) told me that he can refund my money easily but for product he need 3 days more time to sort out (But as we have traveled 300 km distance from home (Uttarakhand) to store and we have marriage function starting in our home after 3 days so we can not come again gurgaon and discuss all these things).
So he refunded 9900 cash same day and for good professionals like mr. Paritosh and mr. Shispal this matter is closed very nicely.

I do not know for this mistake and mental trouble what is the right platform to ask and
What will be the action for these 2 people and making process of reliance, which are ruining the image of reliance jewels? And
What will be the compensation for middle class customer like us, who just believe that reliance, tanishq, kalyan, malabar are brands, so no worry for quality and commitment (5 days before engagement i do not have any ring because of this drama)

Kindly provide your feedback and action plan on this.

    Hi team,

    We had purchased gold studs in january and on that same day the pin broke. We went again to store in db mall bhopal and got it exchanged. About 1500 i think were spared after getting new studs so we had to buy silver coins. On that day they couldn't provide us bill as they said they were having technical issue in generating bill but after it we followed up several times despite of which we haven't yet received the bill. We had also bought a scheme from reliance jewel but whenever we have some questions they don't reply and now we are irritated.

    I was expecting professionalism from a national jewelry chain. Kindly look into it.

      An untrustworthy store who fakes everything, i visited visakhapatnam branch and the executive convinced me to take the scheme of 2000 for 24 months and if i want to drop in the middle the money will be refunded.

      And now the # staff (A lady) don't know how to speak to the customer very rude behaviour (If you can't give best services at least train your staff to be polite) and not paying me back don't even care once we pay the first term.

      No calls, no messages/reminders which simply shows they want to loot our money instead of providing us with the promised.

      Don't promise about the services which you can't afford at least, shame on you being such a big organization. Better learn something to serve customers from other jewels.

          I had bought jewellery from reliance jewels (Garh road meerut), at that time, they told me a scheme to deposit 1000 rupees per month and after 2 months if you bought anything from our store then you will get 20% discount and after 3 months you will get 25% discount and so on. Or i can can take my money back.
          Now they are refusing to giving the money back to me.

            Degrading service and theft of data without usage. I have complained at jio care multiple times now and have got same response that I have used the data. When I asked to provide more details about the usage they are not sharing any details. I have attached snapshot.

            There was a usage of 10.66 kb at 12.16 but than suddenly 1.15gb of data disappeared and when i check it showed me nothing and now the jio care is telling i have used it without any evidence or details.

            I have tried reaching company but there is no progress i had taken a year plan so i dont know how can i stop the service.

                So this ring I gave it on 30th December 2019 and manager Mrs./Ms. Ashwini Sutra 1st without sending it for quality test she just blamed that it was my girlfriend Oksana's mistake that because of her careless a diamond fallen, although she care about this ring as a baby, , 2nd thing after a few minutes of discussion she agreed to send it for quality check and promised me that on 31st December she gonna call and update about ring, , we were waiting because we wanted it to get back on a special day.. Unfortunately we didn't got any call or text, , same 1st January 2020 also passed, , same like 2nd January evening is also ended then we decided to go to the store and check once.. So when we reached at store around 9 p.m 2nd January, A guy was present in counter standing clueless, Ashwini was on holiday, , then that guy called her and then he gave me the phone she said sir actually because of new year all testing place and main store was closed, , , , the I asked when didn't you updated us, , her answer - Sorry sir I forgot to inform.
                My reply- What about the 3hr of my work?? I left from office early, , spent 1.30hr in traffic and what about my expenses?? I am not earning to spend on your unprofessional behaviour.
                Her answer - yes sir but sorry, I will update you in 2 days.
                Then I asked the guy who was attending me today to show my ring and it's been 3 days my ring was with them only they are soo irresponsible that they are not even bothered to inform there mates.. I left my ring at store. I know they will again waste my time neither they gonna send that ring for any test, , because they were saying it's a lost of diamond due to our fault now we need to pay for that diamond piece and then they will replace it.

                I really expect a help or an action from this complaint (hope for the justice)

                  As discussed please provide the mail-id for your superior or whom you have updated my issue. My old Scheme is defaulted due to our Staff is misguided and not responded in a proper time for the past Two years.
                  In that Rs.6, 665.00(Including Bonus) is available this needs to transfer new scheme. Actually it is loss for me because two years back the amount is paid. Accordingly to get the solution to them if the issue not resolve other wise I will approach the Consumer Forum.

                  If I calculate the Bank interest of 8% for the past TWO years of principle amount of Rs.6000.00 I can get more than Rs.1600.00 . So, transfer into my new scheme Rs.6, 665/- immediately other wise it will also default the new scheme. Then again there is a big issue need to resolve.

                      Shocking experience with reliance jewelry... For every employee of reliance,
                      Senior employee should have some courtesy as i had worst experience with reliance for very first day of my job... As i was selected for cashier for sirsa showroom and we were approached to attend training so we reached there... There. Mr sumit told us that accomodations and address will be told by the showroom staff but they denied as we have to adjust ourselves and later after 5 mints they told us that they haven't, any information given by sumit about training... And their store was haven't launched yet. After some time we are told to unwrap the chairs and clean the counters... We decided to leave but one of superior said we will provide the stay so don't go and continue ur training we agreed then mr. Rakesh came asked very arrogantly to clean the counter again with cloth n colin i denied as said m not comfortable to do so he asked me to put resignation for which i wasn't in favour of... I wrote my resignation and left the store around 8 pm... I had fever that day... But i must say upper authority and hr should have taken concern about such matter... I was told to do job which wasn't mention in my appointment letter... And that too very arrogantly... If they want to do such job they have mention in my interview or a humble sentence should be there but the way superior treated us was not acceptable and not good... I must say they should work on their hr policy and a proper concern to every employee should be given... I[censored] r concern about ur employee... An employee goes with such dreams and it is painful to crash them like this.. Hr and upper authority should take proper actions for future... I wish u luck.

                        I opened account under golden step scheme with rs 10000/- per month for 24 months scheme in april 2019 from mahanagar, lucknow showroom.

Making charges is too high and gold price given to me is very high as compare to nearby pc jeweller. Exchange gold is not seems trustworthy enough.                             I will provide my details to the bareilly reliance jewels. But the question have you investigate what is the issue?
                            There is no soultion to get the clarity check the cctv camera is store which female staff is doing, and with whom doing, spent time at store if they spent where? Even they did not reply on the mail.

                            See one thing i would bring to your kind notice that, there is other staff members why i mentioned there name also there is reason to mentioned the same.

                            You check the cctv camera, what is happening, especaiily manager room,
                            Everthing will be cleared, that girl sabhyata attend me, while second visit she went along with manager room, she not bother to reslove,
                            But i will never come to reliance jewels bareilly, will advice my friends also. The enviornment is spoiled by manager and female staff, everone know about that but no one is ready to speak,

                              Reliance jewels bareilly store manager, did not give attention to my complaint, instead of that he was doing ras leela with his female staff, this incident happened last month while i bought a product and requested them to reslove it, store manager jyothi sharma along with female staff sabhyata sharma went out of the store and that female staff did not wear the unifrom,
                              i just want to know it is the culture .i requested staff to reslove the issue, manager and that female staff in manager room . after my request he did not come out .

                                I bought silver bracelet from reliance jewels in reliance trends store bandra west, mumbai on 28th may’19. Bracelet was not the only thing i bought, altogether in a stretch of two days i bought gold & silver jewellery worth rs1.5lakhs.
                                As soon as i reached home and tried the bracelet it broke from center. I called the bandra number of mr jayanti[protected]‬) on the spot within half an hour of purchase, he told me to go to store and assured me that i will be helped.
                                As i reached the store in evening (Within 3hrs) i was denied of any help and was told we cannot help you in any way. They made me speak to their manager ‘ashwini suta’ on phone. Her tone was already on a higher note and she argued with for quite somete. The thing which hit me the most was, as i asked her that if your product breaks within 10mins of purchase is that my fault or yours? And she replied that it is your fault and you’re to be blamed for the product and said we cannot help you so please take the product with you, straight to my face on a high pitch. There is a certain way a manager should confront a customer. I told her that she is very unreasonable and i won’t speak to her.
                                After a lot of phone calls by the store ppl and sincere help by the bandra number (Jayanti) i initially spoke to, i was helped and exchanged the product.
                                After putting up a lot of fight i was finally helped but my complain here is against the manager (Ms. Ashwini) and the way she speaks to a customer who is a fairly regular customer. I request you to see into this matter and give your managers the needed trainings.
                                Also thanks to mr jayati (To whom i have already spoken about my experience at store) for his proactive help.

                                  gss scheme

                                  Hi,

                                  I have take gss scheme with customer id:cus0430474, and as said by executive not able to make online payment as the page did notr allow me to login and don't know from where to get password as it's not even sending otp from portal while trying reset link available on portal.
                                  I have to pay monthly installment using online portal and need immediate resolution on that.

                                  Please suggest.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I bought jewellery worth rs 66968 from reliance jewel on[protected]. At the time of purchase i was told that i would be receiving a cash back within 3 months and now it is around a year i have been continuously visiting the shop but have not received the same. The manager over there is not ready to address the issue saying that it is not a part of their duty. Mr. Sudhir and mr. Prateek are not addressing the issue and now it has become an embarrassment to visit the store and ask for my own money.
                                  I am attaching the bills and the account statement. I have also given all the required documents to the above mentioned people around 4 times.

                                  Request you to please address the issue at the earliest.
