Degrading service and theft of data without usage. I have complained at jio care multiple times now and have got same response that I have used the data. When I asked to provide more details about the usage they are not sharing any details. I have attached snapshot.

Senior employee should have some courtesy as i had worst experience with reliance for very first day of my job... As i was selected for cashier for sirsa showroom and we were approached to attend training so we reached there... There. Today i visit reliance jewels for purchasing jewelry unfortunate i had buy the same after your staff call me. I want to exchange my old gold and buy new one. Making charges is too high and gold price given to me is very high as compare to nearby pc jeweller. Exchange gold is not seems trustworthy enough. There is no soultion to get the clarity check the cctv camera is store which female staff is doing, and with whom doing, spent time at store if they spent where? Even they did not reply on the mail.
