Pathetic pathetic pathetic... These are only words describing my experience with Reliance Jewel. I bought this mangalsutra 6 months back and look what is results in.. broken after 6 months and after RCA they told us thistle is handling issue. To this my straight question was please let me know what all scenarios can happen where mangalsutra can be broken as it is not anything that can be damaged while wearing it. To this they don't have any answer and started giving unrealistic answer. In the end issue wasn't resolved and we drove back to home with smiling faces Was this information helpful? | |||
