Reliance Jewels — worst customer service | |||
Today i visited the reliance jewels at hubli urban oasis mall. They hired inexperienced employees, they even don’t have the billing knowledge. For 60000 rupees transaction they took nearly 3 hours of time saying system didn’t got updated and they need to generate manual bill. Very unprofessional and inexperienced employees and they ruining the reliance brand value. Even store manger mr. Sunil joseph don’t have an idea how to run the retail business.
