I am using this number for my personal use.

Im writing an email about the service for reliance jio. Im very disappointed about the service.net speed very slow, i can't used daily 1.5 gb data per day but always received massage from reliance jio 50% or 90% data i have used. Till now i have used 0.26 gb data,
Remaining data 1.24 gb right now. Attachment given below. Plz solved my problem asap....

I am using jio from starting of this company.
I always complain about 4g speed pf internet and company always say that we setting up new tower site in your area but unfortunately jio is providing worst service of internet in my area.
I want a good internet speed as i am paying for 4g internet but my all data get wasted because of poor speed.

I have complained 10 times over the last 3 months to their customer care for refund of deposit for giga fiber connection. They just keep giving me a service request number without resolving the issue.

The back-end engineer says they haven't received those requests. There is no point in e-mailing of twitter as they are good for nothing.

They are cheating the customers and just using their money. Everyone please...

Today i done 10rs for iuc but not other network call not working so i contact the customer care but they are not responding my calls customer excutive not pickup the calls, useless jio customer care i am only recharge this number but right now i am helpless...

I got it recharged on 6th october 2019 at 7.46 pm online by making payment through paytm with rs 500.00
But didn't get the internet facility. On contacting customer care subsequently,

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan
(349 with 50 rs voucher) on 11th of october 2019, on the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge and the myjio did not app show that the recharge was successful. I have recharged a no.[protected] with plan 399. Payment from my a/c has been deducted but no message for recharge confirmation has been made. It was due to sudden shut down of my mobile phone but the payment was made before the shut down. I am a resident of shastri nagar, a-block, delhi-110052, and i am facing a continuous network issue. Despite having assurance with customer care, no action has been taken yet. It is quite difficult to manage the phone networks, also most of the times, i have to sit outside my home in order to gain some networks. It's really hard to mange most of the times.

Actually tower is removed our area in 24 sep 2019 .
But it was not re-setup our last 18day . people Are having difficult to calling someone & using internet facility .if any emergency situation happen how would call& inform to other . Customer care not clearly answers our problem. If you are not maintain your service properly why you marketing Jio telecom......

I have done a 399 recharge but not shown in jio app and myjio.com my balance also deduced from my account. On 06oct2019, i recharged my jiofi no. Xxxx3057; for rs.449 via paytm ref. Id [protected]. I received successful txn note from paytm, but not from jio. I emailed jiocare. They confirmed receiving money, but said plan is in a que. Asked me to handle activation from jioapp, - my plans -activate. I did that. But, the plan indicates it is already active.

There is a contradiction; if the plan is in que, how come "activate" option...

We are experiencing very poor network in dattagalli extension in mysore.
Please look into this issue and resolve so that we can use jio sim there for network. The network seems to be very bad and we are not even able to make calls. We are also using jiofi hotspot device, which is also not able to receive signal.

After recharge sufficient amount of plan i an unable to use 4g internet speed.
I complain against this in jio customer care, everyone said to me that we will solve this issue. But no action taken. Please help me i took administration in a online coaching by paing then 22000 rupees. But for lack of internet speed i am unable to use the coaching facilities.

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for 5-6gb vouchers on 3rd october 2019 and 3-6gb data vouchers on 4th october 2019. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the payment was successful. Since then i am unable to add data vouchers since then and also want my money back if recharge not possible a total loss of rs.808 on my side.
