Today (14 november 2019) i connected my jiofi device ([protected]) to my laptop. I checked available data and it was showing 2gb available. After using facebook on my laptop for the 30 minutes, the daily limit of 2gb was exhausted. Without connecting any other device, without downloading and without playing any videos, the data got exhausted in 30 minutes. Similar thing happened yesterday too. I request the company to please look into the matter and restore my available data.

Internet speed of jio telecom is too much slow. if tried to call from my jio number but they cant pic the call about 30 minutes.this problem is about one month before started so please solve my issue.
change to another Network . recheck

    I have been using jio sim for the last two years, when i was in kolkata there was no network related problem. I was transferred last year to the fatapukur (Pin code-735134) in jalpaiguri district in west bengal state and since then the network problem was started. Although initially unable to complain about it under work pressure, i was forced to make the first complaint on 31st october ‘2018 with service request id-sr00000sa0e9. I was informed by jio, there is a network problem where i work and for this the jio network team is working and will be fixed very soon. If it is too long, the problem will be completely resolved in 120 days from the date of complaint.
    I have called 3-4 times and complained (Appellate complaint number - sr00000z2246) about the network but every time jio gives assurance that, “within a few days the network will be working fine” but yet nothing is happening.
    Today i have received an update about appellate complaint number - sr00000z2246 from jio, where the jio team has made a statement, there is nothing to be done for this problem now.
    My question is, i have been reporting my problem for the last one year and why does jio say such things every time?
    Please let me know team jio, where you say, you will give data at gb/s through jio fiber there byte per second speed is not your shame???
    There are an estimated 100 to 120 jio users where i work, and everyone suffers like me. What are you doing to such people? Fun/joking/ jesting?
    I have attached some snapshot, where you can see the network speed and how long it takes to finish a task.

    If you can not solve this problem, then the money i recharge in the last one year should be returned to me.

      fraudulent submission of otp for hdbfs by jio employee

      My data has been revealed to another company (Hdbfs) by a jio employee without my permission.

      Recently i lost my jio sim card, so for replacement i went to my nearest jio store on sunday (10th nov 2019) evening. I verified my identity and got a jio sim card. It did not activate. So i went to the same store today (12th nov 2019) and there was a gentleman and a lady who i talked to. They checked the status and said my sim card...

      Hello my name is narasimha my joi number [protected]
      I complained about network issues several times and gave appellate complaints alo but they are not taking complats and telling that my previous complaints are with them and they are working on those. I am asking them i am paying some amount as others for getting services but i am not able to get service from them if they don't give services what i paid for why should i pay money for that. If i dont recharge my they will stop services immediately but if they are not giving services what i paid for why should i pay money. Please take action on them to improve network coverage by upgrading existing site or installing new site.

        Plz tell us when next team will come for paper work on our land

          Sir i had brought the issue of network coverage of jio in our area is totally low and weak coverage. I had try to esclated this issue to all higher authorities of jio and relavant team to jio care but no one is trying to help me

          I m requesting to jio higher authority to plz registered this network coverage of our area and send the rf team and network team to visit in our area ghotan village...

          It is humble request to jio higher authority to look into this matter of jio network coverage issue in our area and send the rf team... I m ready to help jio network team for jio network tower installation and all clearance from local authorities which team required from us

          Waiting for u r revert for registering complaint of network coverage immediately from u r end and give us the resolution once the complaint will registered and it will be resolved then closed the complaint

            I had waited for 15 days from for kiran suvarna sir word they had not picked my call and i had taken leave for paper work for 15 days... My salary had wasted of rs 18000 because of this kiran suvarna sir

            Sir plz take necessary action against kiran survana sir for harrassment and give me my loss amount of rs 18000 which is happen due to kiran survana sir

              I booked jio phone on 22nd october via my jio app and for this i have paid the amy 808₹ on the same day but still i didn't get my device for this issue i have sent mails to [protected]@jio.com but i didn't get proper response every time i got same reply as we have forwarded your issue to concern team.

              Please let me know what should i do know i am hoping that my issue will resolve now.

If they don't give a proper 4g speed in our town then they should close the service in our town. I have been complaining this problem to the jio complaint portal since one month but they are not taking any necessary action to this problem.                   I have a issue regarding network settings. 1. Services are disabled in hp areas after upgrading all roaming settings.

                  2. No services are showing on display.

                  3. I used another volte handset and used sim in hp or roaming areas but same issue faced by me.

                  4. I also called so many times at customer care but no satisfactory response given by customer executives. I have no speed issue or call related issue. Only one issue occurs regarding sim network not coming in roaming areas.
                  Kindly resolve this issue on priority basis

                  5. Sim swapped also done

                  6. Same handset other operator like (Airtel, idea) 4g services working fine in roaming areas and network coming also

                  @jio team kindly resolve this issue on early basis otherwise i will port into other network

Then why are they saying it's free and unlimited. This is a total fraud and they are fooling us saying it's free and unlimited. What is the meaning o[censored]nlimited usage when they are capping it.                       I made a incorrect recharge to my smartphone's jio sim to jio-phone's plan.

                      So i requested for refund/ transfer/ adjust.

                      But customer-care denied and told they don't have provision to do the above.

                      Is this the process in this technology developed country?

                      There is no value for humanity, only money plays here.

                      If money is there, people kill the humanity.

                      Please escalate it to jio corporation.

                          I recharged my number with a 98 rupees, 2GB for a month pack however it was done by a fault, I've now recharged my phone with 149 rupees but my data speed has not increased. It's been about three days, on calling 1991 I have been informed that I have exhausted my 98 rupees pack, however it does not not acknowledge that I have also recharged again.

                              I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 +10 =409rs plan
                              On 07th nov 2019 using sbi net banking. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.409 is igahkezfl6.
                              Imp. Form morning of 8th nov 2019 app is not showing me any transaction history.
                              Please update my recharge in my mobile or please return my recharge amount
                              Please resolve immediately.

                              i posted the same issue here Jio is scamming its' customers . after completing recharge through jio app, money was deducted from my bank and they didn't activate the plan on my number also the jio app is not showing the transaction history done thru it. Their customer support staff keep replying with robotic answers.

                                I recharged my jio sim with 444 plan 84 days validity with a rs.50 discount coupon applied and paid rs.394 on 1st nov 2019.
                                The money was deducted from my bank account and i paid it via bhim app and i contacted bhim customer service and they confirmed to me that money was credited to intended beneficiary.
                                The jio app with which i made the recharge is not showing the history of my recharge i had done on 1st nov 2019.

                                The transaction id of the banking transaction is[protected].

                                I have contacted jio customer service and exchanged mails but they insist that they have not received the amount debited from my account which is not true.

                                  We came to an agreement of installation of tower in 2013, when they tried to install they received complaints from local and stopped the work (Till that time structure has been put and some other civil work was done). Since than we have been requesting o remove their materials but no response from them. Neither they are giving rent nor they are taking out the material. Requesting your help in this.

                                    I am asking my rs50rupees jio voucher is work above 399. This CCE name Rekha singh. She said me some time yes some time no. Finally she disconnected my call.

                                    I had written a mail thrice time. But team Jio is always sleeping, always defending their lazy, employees & haven't terminated their CCE.
                                    Actually call disconnection, argument, interruption, lazyness, zero listening ability, rudeness, sarcastic talking with customer this is popular quality of reliance jio.

                                    Every time team Jio giving excuse, sending template, teach me internet method, giving goli ie bahut besharam team Jio.

                                    Mr Ajit gaikwad said me please wait i am inform you complain status on27-10-19.
                                    Sir 14 days is exceeded but i seems team Jio is sleeping.
                                    Today is 7nov2019. But reliance jio ki watch me
                                    27-10-19, 08-58pm time nahi hua.
                                    This is reliance jio service.

                                    Second thing i have 15voucher rs 50rupees.
                                    As per jio rules this voucher is redeemable for above300 plan eg if i select 399 plan so ihave to add voucher + rs349. So my 399plan is activated. But jio customer care executive declined and accept some time say this voucher work rs444 and399 some time not.

                                    Third thing in the month of August last week I received a msg on my whatsapp Jio company celebrate 100crore customer profit. So as a previleged we will give you free rs448 plan.
                                    Before 31august19. I was submitted this form and sending link to my friend. I have jio acknowledged ment. But we haven't received rs 448 plan.

                                    Conclusion i want termination of 3 employees and redeemed my voucher on 444as well as399. Kindly Please take legal action against reliance jio.

                                    I think they are besharam.

                                    I want to redeem jio voucher as well as 3 CCE termination

                                      Poor signal in my area... Im in vadalur... All jio users have problems dailly night after 8 pm we have trouble for receiving signal for only jio users... The highest speed in that time 8pm to 11pm speed 7kb only... The network problem in my area daily... We have promblem... Plss help to my area... Take action immediately. Plss our area have trouble...
