As per above quoted subject, i have done recharge of 347/- on [protected] on 25/10/19.. After recharge on my prepaid number still internet service not working.

Today evening i called with your customers care services as response received you have wrongly recharged on jio phone recharge instead of smart phone recharge..

After 30 mins discussed with care team but didn't help & not understand & meaningless..

I'm not understand what is jio phone recharge or smart phone recharge..

I'm using smart phone user since last 2 years so why recharge not applicable on my samsung smartphone

I never used to jio phone so there is no meaning for this recharge.. And why recharge automatically cancelled..

So humble request you to refund my amount for this recharge else activate my internet service...

If i have paid 347 recharge amount it should my internet service working if i'm using any phone...

    I am George issac and I have booked a Jio phone gifting option for my family member and it was a Diwali offer to gift phone to our dear ones it is a kind of voucher .when we book and paid the amount the recipient will get a voucher in his phone. But in my case amount is deducted from account but the gift voucher didnt sented to the recipient by Jio. So that's why I write this here.

      I have noticed this issue that whenever there is a power cut in my area the network of all jio customers in my area goes empty. And then after 1 or 2 hours the network gets back to normal again. And when the power comes back then again the network goes off for 1 to 2 hours. Since 4 years i am facing this issue in my locality only. I dont know whether it is a problem of my near by mobile network tower owner or with jio. Please resolve this issue

      We have complained about this many times still they give the same excuse, they have so much money still they can't afford a generator, i couldn't even give my final exam bcz of this issue. I failed bcz of that, they don't even listen to this, i am thinking of changing my sim card

        I didn't know about the existence of jio phones until now. I recharged my number [protected] with a wrong plan of rs - 49. I need my money back because it was a mistake which was done unknowingly. Don't take it light as this is a small amount. Those 49 bucks matters to me. Hence please help me. Please help me to get my money credited back and only then i can recharge with a new plan.

          Iam using reliance jio. I want to talk with jio customer but they will cut the phone without talking to customers. It's very bad experience. I never like this attitude by customer care. Pls do the needful action against jio. And thier jio network is very bad and very slow. I have tried many times to talk with jio customer regarding iuc charges they will never connect to jio customer executive instead they cut the phone by saying that please rate the experience with 0-9 and cut the phone. This very bad behavior with customer. So please do the needful action against jio.

            My complain is that jio provide me 84day free calling in 399rs. But after some days he close my calling services. So i am very sad plz you help me.. It's two time. So i am very sad. Jio is a very bad company. So i request you that you help me. I says to all jio users that every people not use jio sim. Any sim use but not use jio sim. Jio is a ver cheater.

              Order number for giga internet and giga calling services with [protected] is no0000ahlce8

              I had cancelled this subscription and received the deposit cheque of rs. 2500/-, but my name is spelt incorrectly on the cheque. I notified the customer service on 5th june 2019.

              They asked me to send a copy of my aadhar card, to verify my name, which i did promptly. Please note that they had used my aadhar card for kyc of my application, so it was a human error on their part to capture my name incorrectly on their system.

              I have been following up with customer service since june 2019, but they just give some excuse but not addressing my concern. Please do the needful.

                Hi today i had done recharge of 399+ 19, total rs.409 of my jio number but recharge not happen and money got deducted from my bank account.

                  I have applied for jio fiber connection with full payment of rs.2500 and they told me that my connection will be installed within a day or two and today its already 10 days and the connection is not installed and they always tell that there are unavoidable technical reasons.
                  When you ask them about call to their supervisor, they simply refuse saying nobody is available and sales executive whom i paid stop picking the call.
                  This is just a mental harassment for a customer when they call each day to get the same answer.

                    I paid a recharge in Gpay for My fruend Jio number of 149 ...but it debuted from my bank account but yet not processed the recahrge amount in my friend's account... I have done this recharge in 19 th October...yet not recieved the confirmation message from jio service...why its happening..?

                        I have done a recharge of 399+20rs from my jio app using phone pe upi and it is done sucessfully amount diducted from bank side but recharge is not processed from jio side so i talked to customer care executive and he said that any amount diducted will be refunded as soon as possible but till now no refund is recived by me.                             I was recharging my Jio number using Phone pay app and paid using Allahabad Bank UPI on 9th October. My first 3 transactions initially shows pending status and become successful next day. Now, it has been 15 days and my number hasn't recharge with it nor I got the refund. They are saying that they haven't received the money and they have no idea where money is. They are only saying to contact your bank and source from where you recharged.

                            when I am trying to customer care service, one cuts my call without listening my issue, another one told me that he can do nothing,

                            When I told them that my bank has cleared that the merchants bank has confirmed it that amount has reached them. On this one executive told me that we have no information, go again and again in your bank, we can do nothing.

                              Yesterday i have recharged my jio number through mobiwik., rs 109 (98montly charge + iuc)., the plan is activated and its showing in my jio app., but i cant able to call and also i cant able to use internet., i thought it will be fixed in some hours., then more than 24 hours happen no update.., so i called customer care they told your non jio mobile phone user but activated plan only applicable jio mobile phone users only., so i asked them to covert into non jio mobile user plan or refund my money i will recharge again., but they not ready for plan change and also refund., they want to recharge again another 110 rs.., i spoked customer care they very nonprofessional. They stole my money without providing service and also refund. Im just calculation if they cheat 1000 users a day it will be 1lakhs.. They have problem with process and system there is no proactive action of reject recharge or no reactive action to refund the money., simply using this loophole stealing everyone pocket., customer care manager & associates are simply taking unprofessional and thought of fooling customer. They only intention escape from complains call and steal money customer and increase jio bank balance. Suck a crap network.,

                                I did 251rs recharge to my jiofi number today through the website jio.com. I signed in to their website by entering my jiofi number and then proceeded to recharge for 251rs. Once the recharge is successfully done there was a shocker. Recharge was done to my wife's number.
                                I communicated to customer care and asked either to refund my money or swap the recharge done to the incorrect number. But they said that i'm lying and i did recharge to my wife's number. I really got disappointed with their response and behaviour.

                                  Well i got a new jiofi with sim at jio office and they recharged the sim for 3 months but there nothing about the recharge on my jio app about recharge and its services aren't working. When we again went to the jio office they told me that the can't do anything about the problem and told to contact customer support and they also ain't picking any calls.

                                    I m requesting to jio higher authority to plz registered this network coverage of our area and send the rf team and network team to visit in our area azamgarh...

I m ready to help jio network team for jio network tower installation and all clearance from local authorities which team required from us

                                        There is a jio center in silvassa town which is supposed to be the sole official place where complaints or issued related to products or services are supposed to be handled.
                                        I went to this office today on 21/10/2019 at around 01:30 pm to get my jiofi battery replaced. This battery is not available in the open market and is sold only by this said outlet in the town.
                                        The concerned staff came to say that he is going for lunch now and will come after one hour. He said that after that he will process my request for the battery and it will take another one hour for that, and they will charge 450 rupees for the new battery.
                                        I requested that i have come from a far off village and can't wait for so long. There were no other customers for battery replacement so if he could help me in giving me the battery so that my 3 hours are not wasted. But he very rudely refused to oblige.
                                        Not only this, the security guard who was sitting on the reception chair was very rude in responding to any query and made obscene and bad gestures towards me to say that i am a def and mentally ill person.
                                        I was taken aback by the response of these jio staff of silvassa. Even the other staff refused to give me the names of the people who misbehaved with me so that they can hide their identity. But the same can be verified by the cctv footage.
                                        Shame on you!!!
