I one year back purchase jio dongle from the reliance retailer and now i have to change the battery, so i have to contact reliance retail shop they told that you please contact service centre. Your data speed is pathetic. Even my whatsapp status which has only few kb that is also buffering. I feel very disappointed guys. I call several times to ur costumer care number but they directly told me we are unable to help. Whar are you doing i spent 500 rs to port in jio. And you gave me this # data speed.

From last month i am constantly complaining for internet not working in my card and i do the recharge on regular basis and the customer care not even care to give some solution to my problem, they take the money for providing internet services but they fail to give services from last one month. On every call they told me it would be resolved soon but even after one month the fail to resolve and they expecting from us to give full recharge...

Yesterday i attempted to do a recharge worth 449/- on my jio account. The amount was deducted from my bank account but there was no notification whatsoever regarding the recharge taking place. My pack expires in about less than an hour and there still haven't been any recharge update. I mailed jio's customer care but haven't received any response regarding the matter. Please look into it....

During a jio recharge of ₹449 on my jio number [protected] through jio money app the recharge fails but the respective amount has been deducted from my account balance immediately after the process and no confirmation message has been received or no credit received for recharge order. My data exhausted very fast by just seeing 5 to 6 videos for just 15 minutes in 240 pixel and then it shows that my plan have been exhausted. I have hardly used any data. I had recharged my jio number for the 399 rs plan
(349 with 50 rs voucher) on 28th of sep 2019, well in advance before the due time. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but it shows my recharge was successful. I had paid through net banking. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

I have checked and found that the recharge amount is deducted from my account but still in jio app it shows your plan expired.
I tried to contact your customer care executive multiple times but unable to reach them.

Olon 27th sept i left for ireland from india i did recharge of international roaming pack of 1211 for 28 days but jio sim shows not service on my iphone n now its more than a week i have recharged my phone now i am in ireland trying to contact jio telecom customer service is not possible and they don’t provide any kind of help from their myjio application...

I have paid rs 250 +99 on thursday (25 july -19) for change my number from prepaid to postpaid but they have not change number and didn't refund also money but i got a notification by jio on 14 aug’19 that we would like to inform you that refund of security deposit for your jio number [protected] has been processed. Within 30 working days, refund amount will be processed in your bank account.
But till now i didn’t get any refund....

In new jio policy you can’t connect unlimited call and mess you again and again for misuse of voice calls. You can find any limit of call. Nothing available in jio website not on jii app how can I know my calls cross the jio voice service criteria. They terminating my voice service and adk for recharge again...

I tried to recharge my phone via jio app for two times. One near 9:40pm and second near 10pm.in both cases money got deducted but recharge failed.

I have registered a complaint regarding internet speed on 28th August 2019 with Request ID :SR00000YH70W. I am using jio data through jiofi since last 2 years, however since last month i am facing issue with the data plan of daily 1.5gb (Rs.399).

Without using data or even using for 20-30 mins data getting exhausted, daily data limit is 1.5 gb. No auto updates are on neither on laptop or mobile.
Even usage is also not heavy, i m just checking my mails or surfing internet. No video browsing, downloading etc.

Jio provide unlimited free calling service is really fake now a day's for public. Jio provide the unlimited free calling service to the customer but it's fake because when ever i call more then 3-4 call in a days they sent alert sms every day as"you missuse the outgoing calls, immediately take a action against calling."
