I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 +10 =409rs plan
On 07th nov 2019 using sbi net banking. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.409 is igahkezfl6.
Imp. Form morning of 8th nov 2019 app is not showing me any transaction history.
Please update my recharge in my mobile or please return my recharge amount
Please resolve immediately.

i posted the same issue here Jio is scamming its' customers . after completing recharge through jio app, money was deducted from my bank and they didn't activate the plan on my number also the jio app is not showing the transaction history done thru it. Their customer support staff keep replying with robotic answers.

    I recharged my jio sim with 444 plan 84 days validity with a rs.50 discount coupon applied and paid rs.394 on 1st nov 2019.
    The money was deducted from my bank account and i paid it via bhim app and i contacted bhim customer service and they confirmed to me that money was credited to intended beneficiary.
    The jio app with which i made the recharge is not showing the history of my recharge i had done on 1st nov 2019.

    The transaction id of the banking transaction is[protected].

    I have contacted jio customer service and exchanged mails but they insist that they have not received the amount debited from my account which is not true.
    Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have recharge my jio number on 5th Nov 2019 with Gpay but after successfully recharge that 399 voucher is not showing in my jio account money got deducted from my bank account
    Please refund my money ASAP.
    I have already sent a mail to customer service with all details.

      We came to an agreement of installation of tower in 2013, when they tried to install they received complaints from local and stopped the work (Till that time structure has been put and some other civil work was done). Since than we have been requesting o remove their materials but no response from them. Neither they are giving rent nor they are taking out the material. Requesting your help in this.

        Hi i am jio customer. I am having a complaints against reliance jio. Jio customer care executive is bluntly disconnected my call.
        My no is seven triple zero four two zero four ellewan.

        First thing reliance jio customer care executive
        Disconnected my call 3times. With differnt 2 date.
        First time 15jan19 time00-10am.
        CCE Ram sahu
        second time 22sep2019 time03-30pm
        CCE name Karan Singh,
        third time 24oct2019 Time08-28pm
        CCE name Rekha Singh.

        Case01 :-15jan19 my internet was not working properly.
        I am asking online troubleshooting. Jio CCE said me muje koi settings krwana ni aati.jo apko bataye unhi se puch lena. He disconnected my call.

        Case02:- 22sep19.
        I am asking Jio cloud. Because I saw ad. As a loyality. Jio customer can upload your data to Jio cloud upto 200gb freend above chargeble.
        Jio CCE tensfer my call to senior karan singh he don't know what is a cloud computing, jio cloud, Amazon cloud computing. He disconnected my call.

        I am asking my rs50rupees jio voucher is work above 399. This CCE name Rekha singh. She said me some time yes some time no. Finally she disconnected my call.

        I had written a mail thrice time. But team Jio is always sleeping, always defending their lazy, employees & haven't terminated their CCE.
        Actually call disconnection, argument, interruption, lazyness, zero listening ability, rudeness, sarcastic talking with customer this is popular quality of reliance jio.

        Every time team Jio giving excuse, sending template, teach me internet method, giving goli ie bahut besharam team Jio.

        Sir i want termination of three employees

        Rekha Singh, karan singh.
        I am having a call recording and mail copy including mail.
        I am adding snapshot that will help you to understand the matter including date time.

        Listen time i was write a mail on 25oct2019.
        Mr Ajit gaikwad said me please wait i am inform you complain status on27-10-19.
        Sir 14 days is exceeded but i seems team Jio is sleeping.
        Today is 7nov2019. But reliance jio ki watch me
        27-10-19, 08-58pm time nahi hua.
        This is reliance jio service.

        Second thing i have 15voucher rs 50rupees.
        As per jio rules this voucher is redeemable for above300 plan eg if i select 399 plan so ihave to add voucher + rs349. So my 399plan is activated. But jio customer care executive declined and accept some time say this voucher work rs444 and399 some time not.

        Third thing in the month of August last week I received a msg on my whatsapp Jio company celebrate 100crore customer profit. So as a previleged we will give you free rs448 plan.
        Before 31august19. I was submitted this form and sending link to my friend. I have jio acknowledged ment. But we haven't received rs 448 plan.

        Conclusion i want termination of 3 employees and redeemed my voucher on 444as well as399. Kindly Please take legal action against reliance jio.

            I have complained at jio customer care no about my problem but the call attendent are so dumb they did not gave me complaint docket no. I have tried for 2-3 times but they just disconnected my phone after listening my problem and even not ready to give me complaint no. They just everytime rewind their cassete and keep the customer problem aside. This is worst experience and it is a smart policy to reduce recharge balance. Whatever jio gives free doesn't work and jio just reduces our recharge balance so that from our top up recharge jio fills its pocket

            Dear sir i m not a relented and no high educated. We are middle classmant.. Sir aapki jio 4g naam se totel 75, 557 rupees humse liya gaya hain. Online ke jariye.. Main tropic jio 4g tower installation karne ke liya.. But installation cencel hogaya or humse cencel karwane ke liye or paisa dena paada. Uske NEFT. GST. PENALTY. TRANSACTION. AND others charge de chuka hu. But refund abhi tak huwai nahi..

                My jio data of 1.5gb/day is getting exhausted as soon as i switch on data or within a few minutes though i don't use it or browse anything. All auto updates and sync are off. Even background data is restricted. I am facing this problem since the last recharge a week ago. I have contacted the customer care but all they could do was sending a message that gave me a link of tips (Youtube video) on how to use my data smartly which all i had already done. Fix this problem asap.

                  I have been using jio number from the beginning of its launch now they have changed their plans for recharge without intimating changes in their old plans now they are offering only 30 minutes of calling in old rs 498 plan but they are offering 3000 minutes of other network calling for rs 555. This is not acceptable by just a difference of rs 57 they are denying 2950 minutes of other network calling to their old customers please take a note of this l am suffering a lot by this please help

                    I called jio customer care on 31oct 2019 three times because i was getting internet speed related issue, i was not able to even simple google something. So on 31 oct the last customer care told me that he will resolve that problem in 24 hrs.
                    So on next day 1 nov 2019 i called jio customer care after 26+ hrs later. When i spoke with him he was not able to give me satisfactory answer of my issue then he told me that he transferring call to his senior executive. After 3 min. Of call hold they hanged up my call.
                    I called back to jio 198 helpline no. Then a person speaking as a senior executive asked me what i want rudely, i told him the last call issue then he told "sir ap pehle ki bat bhul jaye ab fasi dedu us call attender ko" i told him why he gave me a time period of 24hrs to resolve that issue and what action you took to resolve my issue then he replied "sir pehle ki bhul jao vo time to usne ese hi de diya hoga, ab kya usko apko gav lakr saja du, or aap isi bat ko lekr betho ge to me apka call disconnect kr dunga"
                    I told him to speak in manner he again told me "agr ap ko esi pr bat krni he to me call disconnect kr rha hu"
                    I told him that he can't do this then he told "ha me ye kr skta hu" in very rude tone and then he disconnected my call.
                    I have recordings of each interaction with all those customers care executives. And i want that a serious action must be taken against those executives. Otherwise i will definitely file a case against them in consumer court.

                      I have using jio wifi 2 gb plan for 2 years and it's quite good. But recently (Two weeks from now) i observed that jio data has been draining much quicker even though the usage is very limited. This is cheating... Earlier i was able to do my office work without any issues but now a days my 2 gb data is draining much faster even though there is no activity (No downloads, emails sent, etc)

                        Reliance is charging rs.10 (Minimum) extra charge for iuc minutes usages.
                        But i am using wifi dongle only, thro which i am making any calls at all.
                        I want to recharge rs.149 only for my jiofi dongle.
                        I don't need iuc mts as using jiofi dongle only.

                        Why should i pay extra amount, when i dont have an option to use at all.
                        Pl. Check and make arrangements to add a new link only for rs.149 only.

                          Showing date uses of 552 mb in 3 lot and 390 mb in 1 lot on 2 days within few hours, is it even possible? Whereas only using it for mailing and browsing purpose no video or song streaming at all...is JIO faking data uses to force customer to buy add on packs..??? And do they don't have a simple option to raise complain against it in their app

                            Sir, i was registered for jio fibre connection on 4th october. I paid 2500rs security deposit to jio agent chitikireddi narasimha naidu. He took my money and escaped. I provided all my pan and personal details to him. He told me installation was completed by techical team by evening. I called him within 1 hour and requested him to cancel the jio installation because act fiber is better speed nd quality service than jio said by my neighbors.. He told me that refund will be credited within 1 week. I paid money to his phone pay number [protected]. It has been 4 weeks but my money was not refunded to me. I provided my bank details to him for refund. He told me stories every time. He is escaping without giving my money.. He used to told me i will give u by tomorrow and when i get his salary. He is not answering my calls. I didn't get money when my sister is in ill. I was unable to pay medical expenses because of him.. Please solve my problem sir.. I attached some details about him and proofs. Thank u sir

                              I am leaving in Bhagalpur . Here speed of jio is very slow these days like on 29 and 30 October.
                              Taking big amount for recharges and not providing the speed 4G.
                              They are just looting money from us . Even when we call customer care executives no one is there to answer the call.As I have screenshot the record of speed through fast.com which gives the speed 550kbs. as a average speed which means 69 KBS approx. Which is not even a 2G speed inspite of having 4G full network

                                The complaint is regarding the Jio customer care service girl named "Asha"
                                She had been very rude to me from the beginning of the call. She did not resolve my issue nor gave me any reasons.
                                In the middle due to her very wrong behavior, I had to raise my voice and she uttered much. At the end she told me "Do whatever you want" and hung the call. I want to raise a complaint on her to jio care.

                                  When my data is off. Background apps are closed and not running. Data is exhausting almost everyday. This is happening with me everyday without using any internet. The data is off. My internet usage is normally 700 to 800 mb per day because i use wifi everytime. Even background apps, updates are off or closed. So how it is possible. Happning everyday.

                                    This is regarding network coverage in my work place. This complaint was given several times to service provider for the last six months. They always told to wait for few months but it has never happened. My work place is steel melt shop-1, visaakhapatnam steel plant, visakhapatnam 530031.in this area there are other services are having connectivity.

                                      As per above quoted subject, i have done recharge of 347/- on [protected] on 25/10/19.. After recharge on my prepaid number still internet service not working.

                                      Today evening i called with your customers care services as response received you have wrongly recharged on jio phone recharge instead of smart phone recharge..

                                      After 30 mins discussed with care team but didn't help & not understand & meaningless..

                                      I'm not understand what is jio phone recharge or smart phone recharge..

                                      I'm using smart phone user since last 2 years so why recharge not applicable on my samsung smartphone

                                      I never used to jio phone so there is no meaning for this recharge.. And why recharge automatically cancelled..

                                      So humble request you to refund my amount for this recharge else activate my internet service...

                                      If i have paid 347 recharge amount it should my internet service working if i'm using any phone...
