On 06oct2019, i recharged my jiofi no. Xxxx3057; for rs.449 via paytm ref. Id [protected]. I received successful txn note from paytm, but not from jio. I emailed jiocare. They confirmed receiving money, but said plan is in a que. Asked me to handle activation from jioapp, - my plans -activate. I did that. But, the plan indicates it is already active.
There is a contradiction; if the plan is in que, how come "activate" option is not displayed (Image attached). Requesting to activate it and consider plan duration from date of activation

Complaint marked as Resolved Concurrent to posting complaint here, I also emailed a reminder to Reliance Jio Infocomm regarding "activation in the que" status (as per their response email two days back). This time, their email claimed that activation is successful and asked me my exact location with pincode; presuming that they wanted to verify if I am within their coverage area. Anyways, I was always within their coverage. However, same night I found that data pack was working at normal speed; and it has been working normally thereafter.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
