I have bought a jio phone on 10 feb from jio store but when i used the phone there is a problem in down key of the phone i asked the jio customer care they asked me to go to jio store they will solve the problem, then i go to store they asked me they will do nothing then again i asked jio customer care now they asked to go to service centre, then i search the address of service centre, the address is of sector 10 a, when i go there there is no service centre then i call they asked the service centre is in sector 18, voh iddhar se udhar ghuma rhe h, mere product me starting se ji default tha maine unhe bola tha ki replace kar do lekin replace nhi kar diya mujhe baar baar kabhi jio store kabhi service centre ghuma rhe h aap hi batao main kitna taxi ka pay karu itne ka to phone nhi hoga jitna ye physical( taxi charges) and mental torture(tention) ho rha h. my phone no is [protected].

    I am Using Jio Prepaid sim and Jio LYF phone for more than one year. From Last 1 month I am facing problem of low network coverage at my home. Unable to make/recieve calls and cannot use internet. I have lodged a complaint on customer care on 31st Jan, 2018 with complaint number (SR00000HBKI6). On 1st Feb, 2018 I received a message from JM-JIONET (we are sorry to inform you that your location is not covered adequetly by Jio Network at the moment. We have noted your concern and will be taking steps to improve coverage in your area as we expand our network). Again on 5th Feb, 2018 I recieved a message from Jio (Hope we have been able to provide you with a resolution on service request SR00000HBKI6 for your Jio [protected] number) .
    From then to now I have been trying on Jio Complaint and general helpline number but not connected.
    I am not able to use the number [protected] at my home. To call I have to go to the terrace or on the road.
    Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Without my knowledge, 1GB daily data consumed by 11am most of the time without my knowlwdge.

    No automatic download option is enabled in any devicw at my home.

      Sir, recharge done on wrong number, can you please help and revert money back or can you do it on the correct number?
      Recharge was done with help of paytm which was supposed to be done on other number but accidentally was done on my own number. Can this problem be solved?
      Please reply as soon as possible as this is urgent. This was done accidentally.. Can you please help to solve this matter. I will be really thankful.

        I recharged friends jio prepaid number [protected] with rs1001 for international roaming while he is in uae.
        But he not able to receive any roaming services. When i visited jio office they say that roaming not available in dubai. Since that is not possible i requested them to refund my money. They said they e mail the issue to jio infocom and will refund soon. But even after 5 months i didnt receive any reply.
        They are keeping my money and not providing the service. Please help address this issue. They are adamant that they would not refund my recharge amount.

        While i help to my three friends to recharge ru: 300 jio internet by my debit card..it takes eccexs the limited, like 800/1100/1200 and i was shocked...
        I have recharge 459 rs and he is giving only 1gb per day high speed acording to the plan i have recharge more than his plan now he is giving 2 gb per day high speed data for thise person who has recharged 448 for same 84 days
        My sim stop working and i contact to jio care from number [protected] and they suggest me that i should visit to near by jio store when went there they said they will provide byt till today no response my number was [protected] and till today no responce what shall i do
        So many time i booked complaints on networks issues but no one solved the issue . now iam requesting to you please. solve the issue as possible. please. facing lot of problem with the JIO Sim ...
        I purchased jio phone (Rs.1500) two days before in that i have not recived the cable to connect to tv. So pls inform when and where will i get the cable. Whether i can connect with pc with this cable. Pls. Clarify

          My jio number is [protected], i am trying to recharge my number with jio app for amount of 399, so i was done process through paytm wallet but after all process jio display a message that your recharge gone fail and other side my paytm wallat deduct 349 rs regarding transaction no. [protected].

          I was talk to jio, but customer care executive rudely reply me that we can not do any thing you can contact paytm, then i call to paytm so they explain whole thing that payment done from paytm but somehow error in jio side so talke to jio care regarding this.

          So i am requesting you that if you unable to get my payment details then send me "decline payment" mail like paytm send me "payment success" mail.

          If this issue not resolve asap i will forward that thing in twitter and other contact person of jio.

          Note : please review forward mail from paytm.

          I am asking you that when you need money you just deduct that much amount within a minute and when customers in problem regarding payment you asking for waiting of 48hrs.

          Why this nonsense done by reliance jio, can you please explain?

          Also with regards to your concern regarding service request resolution tat of 48 hours, please be informed that when a service request is raised it the time line that we provide to our customers as per the policy and we give them assurance that you will get an update within 48 hours.

          I am not fool that i am going to recharged other number, i was proceed only for my number ([protected]).

          Something mistake in jio system so recharge gone to different number.

          You better known that if i am going to recharge my number from my jio application so i am only eligible for 50 rs discount coupon so it's recharge amount is 399 but benefits of coupon i have to pay only 349 rs. Now if i am going to recharge other number my jio application doesn't allowed me to use discount coupon so there no recharge for another number in 349, i have to make it 399.
          My recharge amount is 349rs, which is deducted from my paytm account.

          So, mistake is from jio side revert my money. I am definitely in mood of legal process.

          If you can't understand please call me i will explain you better.

                    We are the residents of anand parbat than singh nagar, gali no 12, near baba ram dev mandir delhi 110005 our neighbor mr shyam sundar r/o street no 12, house no 243, than singh nagar, anand parbat, new delhi 110005, are trying to install an mobile tower of jio on their roof top. The said building not only situated in a densely populated residential area, but also there is a school and a nursing home near to the said building. I suppose according to the mcd guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of hon’ble delhi high court towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many diseases like cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s radiation is very harmful for all. We all are also registered the complaint at mcd north zone, delhi police anand parbat station, sdm office, dc office karol bagh zone, but even after all these the materials of tower is reached at the location
                    So please sir will take appropriate action and stop that installation of the about said mobile tower as early as possible.

                      I am just writing with a deep feelings and i'm speaking as a representative of middle class families
                      What you company think of yourself?

                      Today i saw an advertisement for jiophone, saying that it's a free phone
                      And i went to jioapp to check and there too they mentioned it's a free phone

                      Okay, i thought that whatever after ordering an confirmation notice will be shown with total amount, but i didn't notified about total amount...

                      Casually they just asked, whether do i want homedelivery (₹99) or straight pickup at store (Free of cost), i decided to choose home delivery
                      That's all till the end they didn't spoke about amount (Confirmation message too received)...

                      Then i preferred to chat with jiocare to know that phone cost is ₹1500
                      I was shocked for a while and asked them to refund my amount
                      They said, ' we can't refund pre-ordered jiophone, you can gift that phone to your friends or relatives '

                      Are we buying to gift that?
                      We can't afford to buy at ₹1500
                      They should make customers clear about their products
                      How can they seize ₹1500 without any much information
                      And placing an bomb like, "no refund'"
                      Biggest scam ever seen!!

                                    We have taken Jio sim and recharged in the month of Aug 17 for getting high speed internet . But from that month we are getting poor speed and when we are asking through Jio app and when we are calling the customer care 198, Jio is going on giving false assurance that they are going to install tower in our area for strengthen the internet speed .
                                    1st they have assured that slow speed internet speed issue will be resolved by Oct 17, which was a false statement.
                                    When we again lodge complaint then they assured that it will be resolved by Dec17 which was again false statement .

                                    Now they are giving replies that they are trying to call me in my all three nos but not able to reach which is again a pure false statement since all nos are with me in active condition .

                                    Please do the needful so that I can get read of this poor service

                                        It was working till 5th january.
                                        Then from its not connecting to any number to make call
                                        After dialing no. Call ended appears and stops to make a phone call.
                                        Jio customer care could not resolve the problem irrespective of restart of mobile, making changed in setting, simcard setting etc.
                                        Internet is properly working but phone call isn't. Resolve as early as possible.
