I recharged one jio number for 399 on 18 january 2018 but from my bank account debited with 798 i contacted jio customer care but no resolution received from care i also made long conversion on gmail and on phone also but jio care is too poor and till today after one month no satisfactory answer from jio. Some time said recharge done to all jio linked account some time said recharge was unsuccessful some time said recharge done to no in which you did recharge his linked account jio is himself confused some time said contact your bank now i'm too tired please clarify my problem...

Dear Sir,
I did recharge of amount Rs.49 on the number of [protected] but i did not get any services by this. kindly cancel it and refund the my money.

My jio no [protected] is not working properly. There is an issue of call dropping in every 4 to 5 minutes. I am facing too much problems and inconvenience due to it.There is no proper network and customer care doesn't responding even they disconnected the call.
Please fix my problem as soon as possible

    I have recharged my jio number [protected] via jio.com on 16 Feburary 2018 at 1 :49 pm through UPI payment( Samsung pay mini).Rs 399 was deducted message I got was

    Your a/c no. XXXXXXXXXXX7764 is debited for Rs.399 on[protected] and credited to VPA [protected]@icici (UPI Ref no[protected]
    But the recharge was not done.
    I have contacted the customer care again and again and am not getting any satisfactory response. They are saying it be refunded but I have not got any refund

    I want my amount refunded back.

      I have raised multiple complaints in january 2018 and february 2018 regarding non-availability of network and 4g network in my house. This is problem is only in particular location. I haven’t received any solution to this. I am planning to file complaint in consumer court and ask for suitable compensation

      Shop no 1 Pandav Nagar near mother dairy Delhi 110092, employees name's Randhir and Ashvin are not working properly, they don't know how to talk to customer's, they treat me and other customers very badly, I want to port my number but they waited me allot and then don't port my number
      Recharged my jio number today (20th February 2018) by upi in jio app through [protected]@icici. Amount of rupees 399 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge has not been done yet neither the amount was refunded.

      Kindly please return the amount as soon as possible.

        Changing plan suddenly. I recharge with 459 getting 1gb on 15 january but on 26 jan jio release new plan 1.5gb on 399 recharge. I am suffering 500mb less with rs.60 loss. Tell me, to where is it right. Jio should take care about that before launching any new plan prime member should be informed. Otherwise due unability to satisfy the counsumer let lose their service consumers. Plzz i have humble request to you plzz solve ny problem i want change in my plan to 1.5 gb in current plan.

          Jio network is too slow. When i contacted customer care. They said "we have limited network coverage in this location. We have noted down your concern and will try to improve in future" my question is here if they have limited network coverage in pinjore area then why they are selling and promoting jio in this area. 10-12 neighbors of mine facing same issue.           so kindly refund my amount through UPI
          Recharged, but data is unavailable. Calls go and also sms. Jio confirms recharge, but no clear answer to data. No surfing possible.
          Maximum songs in jio music are unavailable .very much problem to set our favourite song as jio tune..they are unhighlighted. Kindly rectify the problem, so that we can enjoy the music by setting favourite song as our caller tune.

            I am from visakhapatnam and i have jio number and i traveled to bangalore last week.
            I have faced big problem at bangalore as there is no jio network. I couldn't get any phone calls or mail or vedio call.
            Please let me know why it is so.
            Next week again i have to go to bangalore.
            I don't want to face same problem again.
            If you don't have network in bangalore surrounding, i will have to take airtel or another sim.
            Please clarify

              Hi,
              I'm a jio customer and it's really annoying that jio internet speed is very slow in my area, i have already raised a complaint regarding this and they confirmed that it will be resolved within 60 days, however now it's been more than 150 days still they're saying will be resolved. The customer service is so worst that they lie and just want to get rid of the customers without any resolution.

              Please refer the attachment photo which test is done on your JIO Velocity app. Disgusting. You guys will not return my recharge money back if network is bad but no proper service.

                I have a jio sim. But its network not worked properly. I complaint against this. Helpline number said it will be resolve in just 90 days but nothing happened.
                Then after 90 days i again contact the helpline number they again told me that it will be resolved in 90 days. My money got wasted by recharging the jio plans approx a year. Please do something.
                I hope you justice with me.

                  Jio fiber

                  It's been more than 20 days i'm unable to use internet at my home and my whole work has been stuck. My kid is not able to watch his online tutorial classes on his smart tv.

                  Basically i had jio fiber connection installed at my house in sec 40 b chd after waiting 25 days and so many requests made via emails. It just worked hardly 1 month that few people from mc chd took away the internet box installed at outside home without any notice and in the absence coz we were out for work.

                  This is very annoying and rude behaviour by mc chd. Neither jio people helping me to restore it nor there's no response from mc side.

                  So, kindly help me to get my internet back. I'm web designer and whole job is on internet. I aint able to deliver the online projects to my clients moreover my kids education is suffering.

                  Please do the needful.

                    I have been to jio store to port my vodafone postpaid connection to jio postpaid. The store executive activated a new number in my name instead of porting my vodafone connection. He then submitted request to cancel the number he created in error and did my vodafone number portability.

                    However later on u started getting calls from jio asking for payment on connection which was incorrectly opened. I explained them the scenario and they again promised me that the connection will be closed and shared case number as well. This again happened trice. And again it's repeating.

                    I would request you to investigate on this issue and take necessary legal actions

                      Boss I am not getting internet for long. I renewed 399 pack but not getting internet for long.

                      I have complained several times and still not getting any solution apart from getting sarcastic reply from jio chat.

                      my internet is slow sometimes not working for the past 20 days and somebody in jio is manipulating my daily usage.. manipulate my voucher and daily usage I think. also spoiling Reliance reputation.

                      Don't manipulate and cheat stop hacking individual security i am annoyed and disappoint particular individual customer. I respected Reliance. I think, jio irresponsible employee sends sms 50 %used suddenly it sends anthor sms 100 % used, wats going on... that employee is creating bad name for Reliance, I think...

                      Jio employees are not giving prompt answer, they u making fun of me

                      i am fed up of jio response and insults those guys given me so far.. a big humiliation... i keep loosing hope on prestigious Reliance

                        I have made a recharge using my jio application on 12/02/18. The money got deducted from my account but has not yet been credited to my number. The employees are not very helpful with it. Return back the money since the payment was successful from the bank. The payment was done using bhim application. I have contacted my bank and they say that the payment was successful from the bank's end. I also contacted jio officials but they have not received the money and they say i must've recharged on some other number. How is it possible that i must've recharged some other number when there is only one number registered on the application. Your technological issues are not my concern. Especially not when they cost me money. Get this resolved asap.

                          I have been using jio for quite long and was satisfied with its services. But recently i got a message that my outgoing services have bee disabled due to abnormally high number of calls!! I dont know why that happened despite the fact that there was unlimited calls mentioned in plan. Even if there is a case i just wish to request jio to renew my service once again and i will take care of this thing in future.

                            I am using jio wifi no [protected]. My plan is daily 1 g b, but if i use continuously for 2 hrs. My 1 g b gets over within that time frame. How this is possible. I used to use airtel 10 g b for entire month with great satisfaction. The concern was only billing. But now i am definitely having my concern is that even jio is also taking customers for a ride. They they claim 1gb. But actually speaking its not. Would you please confirm this. But how.

                              This complain is regarding the leaking of my call details by your jio employe. One of my friend told me that he has all information about my calls with whom and about my time duration, i was shocked at that time that company like jio dont have any control over their employes and our data is also not safe. I cant tell you about the one who told me above but if you cant secure our data and person in your compny can leak it without any fear than you should shutdown your business. Thanku

                                Its been over a month complaining to jio care that i have not received vouchers from your side but till now no resolution has been provided to me. Your appellate delhi team is so dull that from 4 days i have been complaining about this to them and they are not able to resolve my issue. I told them that i rechaged it from my jio app and the payment was done through debit card. They always say that we will provide you the resolution in 2 to 3 days but no one from the entire team has clearly provided me the resolution. Ref no. Of my complaint is 14979959

                                  Today i.e. on 15.02.2018 I made recharge payment of Rs.149/- through SBI internet banking for my JO Mobile Number [protected]. But, no message regarding my payment was received from JIO Infocomm and the Hi-speed data as per this plan yet to be activated. I kindly request to activate the hi-speed data urgently.

                                      I purchased jio phone worth 1650 rupees, from the beginning its os crushes i visited jio store hundreds times whenever i informed them about my problem they just update my phone and handed me over but problem remain same, today i demand them to give me new phone instead, they refused and said they cannot do anything in this regard, this is the # response from them, all jio phones have os problem, be caution while buying, almost all user going through same trouble.

                                        I have bought a jio phone on 10 feb from jio store but when i used the phone there is a problem in down key of the phone i asked the jio customer care they asked me to go to jio store they will solve the problem, then i go to store they asked me they will do nothing then again i asked jio customer care now they asked to go to service centre, then i search the address of service centre, the address is of sector 10 a, when i go there there is no service centre then i call they asked the service centre is in sector 18, voh iddhar se udhar ghuma rhe h, mere product me starting se ji default tha maine unhe bola tha ki replace kar do lekin replace nhi kar diya mujhe baar baar kabhi jio store kabhi service centre ghuma rhe h aap hi batao main kitna taxi ka pay karu itne ka to phone nhi hoga jitna ye physical( taxi charges) and mental torture(tention) ho rha h. my phone no is [protected].
