I have recharged to [protected] instead of [protected] through paytm. When i was trying for reversal process it was asking for the jio number through which i have recharged. I have recharged through paytm how can i give some jio number. So please help me to get my money back. Jio was a well known mobile service provider. It was providing money reversal for recharge through jio numbers at recharge centres. But what about recharges through paytm....

I am fr jaimon from st francis de sales school sateek mizoram. We were totally depending upon the jio network for data as well as call. Since a couple of weeks there is a problem with the signal problem. If you are ready to install tower we are ready to give you the suitable land which can be used for the surrounding six villages as well. Kindly do the needful and thanking you in advance...

Internet not working after doing recharge evry time from last 9 months and 3 recharge every time same problem. They give date for site installation after 3 months but no site installed from last 9 months as the problem continues.

No internet access and slow speed from 6 am to 11:59 pm.

They are neither giving the right information related to the problem...

I tried to recharge my jio number [protected] with rs.399 through jio app on 24january 2018, but payment through phonepe upi transaction money was sent to [protected]@icici and recharge was not successful but money deducted from my account. I called several times to jio helpline but they don't give any satisfied reply.
So, please refund my money back to my account

I have recharge ₹-459/- plane.in which per day unlimited voice & vedio calling free with 1gb data using (Per day) for 84days. Calling service is ok but without using 1gb 4g data, daily massaging by reliance jio service that your daily use 1gb 4g data pack is now complete, so your data speed is reduce. This is avinava brahma from dimapur. A reliance jio user. I wanted to port my jio number to airtel however, it is very much difficult to do so. It seems the portability to airtel doesnt get processed here in our state/district. Due to a very bad connectivity, i wanted to switch from jio to airtel. Kindly look into the matter as soon possible.

Hi, on 19th jan 2018, by 8.00 pm i had recharged for 301 rs for 10 gb of data and by 9.45 pm that is within two hours i got an sms stating that i have exhausted my 10 gb of data which is not possible, i recharged again for 301 and the same thing happened, on 20th also i had recharged and again the same 10 gb got deducted within 2 hours time. I am not able to make any outgoing calls.
within 71 days plan expired instead of 84 days.
How come plan has expired before the due date.

I have recharged my wifi with rs. 498 plan through www.jio.com by using upi based payment method. However, amount has been debited from my account by upi id - [protected]@icici on january 23, 2017 11:50:53 a. M. And the same is not being reflected in the jio account. Myself murali and my number is [protected]. My jio internet facilities were supposed to end by 3rd jan. Because of that i went to reliance mini express which is located next to reliance fresh on vidyaranyapura road and requested for a recharge and paid 598 through card on 26 december.

I have recharged jio number on jan before the offer changes from 70 days to 84 days only one day is difference but im using 70 days vakidity other will use 84 days vallidity with 1.5 gb. I have recharged with plan 499 and my plan will expire on 10th feb 2018. But reliance has stopped my outgoing calls from 22 january 2018. On advertisement, they are showing that they are providing unlimited free calls. Now they are saying that i have crossed the call limit. Then they shouldn't advertise that they are providing free calls. They are cheating the customer on the name of free calls.

I prebooked the jio phone by paying the initial booking amount of rs.500.

After waiting for a few weeks i received an sms stating that the phone can be collected from the nearest jio store.

Upon inspection of the phone at the store, decided not to purchase it and cancel my prebooking order.

From that point things went south. Even after repeated requests they refuse to return the prebooking amount...
