I got the connection of jio fibre (Ref no[protected] . Refund process of Jio Fibre is extremely poor especially no proper hearing at all even after raising the issue before Appelate Authority. Reliance jio fibre is really bad experience as it has been inform me that payment of amount will be refunded within 14 days. But is surprising that device has not been picked up whereas I requested for disconnection of jio fibre on 1st june 2022. IT IS EMBARASSING SITUATION FROM JIO FIBRE AND FAR BEHIND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I daily sent mail and called to customer care but issue has not resolved till date and refund has also nit been made. Worst experience to get the connection if Jio Fibre especially refunding process of jio is just like Jhunjhuna... Not fair dealing...Kindly look into the above issue and arrange to refund amount as it has already completed 11 DAYS to disconnect Jio fibre. ULTIMATILEY WILL MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT.

Pick up of device has earlier been fixed on 08.06.22 and thereafter carelessely it is being deferred 09 june, 10june, 11 june, 12, june and now 15 june which is very casual action and feedback of jio fibre. It is really SURPRISING THAT NO ACTION AND ATTENTION GIVEN EVEN AFTER REFERRED IT TO APPELATE AUTHORITY.

Once again no one has reached today to pick up the device. Pls note that this schedule is being extended daily since 08.06.2022 and it us 14.06.22. Issue still unresolved except delivering of assurances all.

Today, I got message for schedule timing ( screen shot enclosed) but no one has visited or call me on my registered mobile number.

Since abnormal delay in collecting the device is also causing delay in refund which is not in hand of customer. Therefore, it is requested to do needful to refund the amount without delay as delay in picking up the device is not attributable at the part of customer.

An early action us requested.

Most surprising and miserable situation is that no action is taken even after escalating the customer grievance to higher authority I. e. Appelate Authority except daily rescheduling the date of pick up device and amount is nit being refunded whereas I requested for disconnection of jio fibre on 01.06 2022.

It's really a wrong decision to choose instalation of jio fibre wherein no hearing of customer grievances.

In continuation to the above, this is brought into your kind notice that after personal follow up the issue with local level at Jabalpur, device could be picked up in 15.06.1022 after pervading and postponing the scheduled date for pick up device since 08.06.2022.

My request for disconnection of jio fibre was registered on 01.06.2022 and today it is 18.06.2022, refund of the amount has not been made just because of mismanagement of jio fibre team and lack of planning to pick up the device which has got delayed.

It is therefore requested to kindly refund amount on priority basis as it has delayed abnormally.

Jiofibre customer service is extremely poor and miserable. Higher authorities of jio Fibre may take this issue in cognizance

Dear sir,

Kindly recall me trailing mail, device has been picked up with lot of chasing at my personal level with local technician.

It may be noted that I made request for disconnection of jio fibre on 1st June but took too much time in picking up the device and collected on 15 June. However, it was I formed that Rs 1500 will be credited in a week time and thereafter 1000 in next week. But no amount has been credited to my account.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Very unfair and terrible dealing of jio fibre. Not fulfilling commitment even raised the issue to appellate authority.

    I kewal Kumar form kathua jammu and Kashmir I am using jio sim card from some days I face network issues and internet connectivity problem. I complain jio customer care many time but till date my problem not solve. I cannot surf internet normal site plz solve my problem as early as possible.

      I have paid Rs 2824 online to the Jio sales executive to get Jio fiber. But due to some bad behaviour of the Jio sales guy, I called customer care I cancelled the order and received one sms on 26 that your order is cancelled and refund will be processed in 10 business days. But still now after 10 business days I havent received any refund in my bank account. My order id is NO0000LNFM9N

        I recharged my jio from another number for Rs 479 and the transaction was successful but I didn't receive any message nor is my jio apps showing any plans. My validity has already expired and I cannot make outgoing calls anymore. Please help. 😣

            Hi,

            My Jio fiber connection got installed on 24th March 22 end and soon after testing it for 7-8 days I requested for the uninstallation in the free trial period as I was facing some issues in my locality. I called JIO customer care number and followed all the processes as explained by the executive, they promised that soon the device and blank cancelled cheque will be picked up from my location and the refund process would start.

            Since then it has been more than 60 days that I am getting SMS and mails from JIO on regular basis such as "UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000L8HRUE is scheduled on[protected] : 14:00:00." for the uninstallation but no one turns up from JIO to pick the device and refund of my amount.

            Please do the needful.

            Looking for a positive response.

              I have been a customer of jio fibre internet since 1.5 years... Suddenly i received a call from JIO regarding an offer to upgrade my JIO internet plan to JIO internet plan with set top box for watching television...They apparently increased my monthly recharge amount..
              Now i am totally unsatisfied with Jio set top box and I want to switch on my previous Jio internet plan, with plan which I was using for my jio fibre...
              I talked to the company on the same, but they are refusing to take their set top box back and change my plan to the previous one...
              So I request you to help me on the same, and ask jio fibre to take back their set top box and return my account to my previous prepaid plan with the same recharge option..

              They have still not contacted me, it's total harassment the way jio is behaving, please take actions jio as soon as possible...they are looting innocent people...

                Since 15 Days I'm facing Slow internet speed and Calling issue from Jio, As I'm complained them they are doing trouble shooting that's it and They are saying that The nearby serving sites at your location are congested as the number of internet users is very high.

                  Dear team, i am having Jio fiber connection by number [protected] by name of sonali verma .From last 1 week my jio fiber is not working .i am a share market brocker so i am totally depend upon internet connection . From last one week i am continously contecting and registering complaint on jio customer care .Everytime i am receivly reply that agent will come tommorrw but no one is coming at your end.
                  Is this kinda of service a big brand like you team provide .i am facing a lot of financial as well as mental torcher becouse o[censored]nethical service from you guys .

                    Reliance Battery Bulges, and overheats after full charge. Took the battery to Jio Gallery Mulund East who refused to service, and recycle the battery. Jio Gallery also provided open pack seal battery replacement without receipt on fully reflecting MSRP which was inappropriate sale. They sent invoice to my mobile number. The Lithium ion Jio battery which failed quality check with RoHS shouldn't be allowed to be sold in market or carried on airline due to safety hazard & explosion. This will need immediate attention to be recycled & carefully disposed within the State across India.

                          Eam,

                          I have raised a cancellation of Jio Fiber plus Set Top Box Connection on May 27, on 27th day of taking the connection, due to poor connection quality. I was promised that I will get full refund if I cancel within 30 days. I cancelled on 27th day.

                          The cancellation request reference number given to me was: SR00001B7KK8. I was closed on June 1 without my permission. I was told that device will be collected in 48 hours by 29th May. Till date it has not been collected. When I contact Jio Fiber Customer Care, am being told that they have no information on the pickup details and will be picked up by 48 hours and every single day its the same statement they give. They claim that they do not have any procedure to give me any other details or escalate to someone. I did request that the case be escalated and call transferred to a senior agent who may have more information, but was always refused.

                          Jio is trying to delay the pickup deliberately, as I see the reviews in internet, so they get to keep consumer's money for a longer duration and thereby earn higher interest.

                          I request this case to be considered seriously, since many customers seems to be facing the same isssue

                            I had taken up new JIO FIBERNET connection in Hastinapuram, L B nagar, Hyderabad . Here the Technician are so arrogant and temper full ..!! Moreover they don’t respond properly.. they partially done the work and left no further communication from them.There is no supervisory over the work.

                                      Connection was closed, devices were handed over and bank account details were shared to Jio representative who came to collect it after complaining here for 3 times. They never shared an OTP or confirmation of device return but when I called multiple times to Jio customer care they confirmed that device is reached to them and mentioned that the refund will be processed by May 9th 2022. Its been 21 days since the date they gave and no refund has been processed yet. This is the 4th time I’m complaining on one single issue. Fed up of being a consumer in India.
