Dear Sir/Madam,

My brother bought a reliance jio LYF mobile + sim card 6 months back. In the beginning days the internet speed was good and faster. Now the internet speed is slow and the mobile is also getting hot while getting charged. Please give us your customer care number, so that I can sort out my issues. The set is within warranty only.

We are living nadukuppam near by neyveli but here jio signal not available please make immediatly

Thank you for contacting Jio.
We understand that you are unable to view the recharge on MyJio app.
If you have an existing plan active on your account, then any recharge done is queued. The queued recharge will get activated only after the current plan expires. In this case, the queued recharge can be checked on your account statement under ‘Upcoming plan’ section. Account statement can be downloaded from MyJio app.
If the recharge is not visible under MyJio home screen as well as in the account statement, we request you to check your bank account / eWallet for refund status as refund is initiated for most of the failed recharge cases. You may also contact your bank/eWallet for checking the refund status. In case the money isn’t refunded, please reply to this email with the following details:
Payment Transaction /Reference ID (Usually starts with ‘BR’):
Recharge Amount:
Date & Time of Recharge:
Recharge done through (Jio.com, MyJio, JioMoney, etc.):
Payment Mode (Example: JioMoney/Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking):

This is very cheap level service privider.
I get very slow speed internet from beginning when i join with jio.
I complaint many times but every times they take 90 days time for solve my problem. But not solve my problem.
I am not satisfied to jio service

Jio 4G data is not working in the internal lanes of 8th cross road, venkatapura, koramangala 1st block, Bangalore-34. Only voice call is working. Please check the network connectivity in the bylanes here. Near the venkatapura government primary school.

Why the calling service getting stop on my jio sim from yesterday?
I cannot deal with any customer care as i m trying from yesterday.

There is no reliance tower into my village Barwasni, Distt.: -Sonipat, State:- Haryana, Pincode:- 131001. It is hardly 8kms away from sonipat. All peoples have to go outside of village to get jio sim network. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Sir jio netwok not came in khatima uttrakhand area 262308, so we jio user face great difficuties, so we our phone show no netwok so kindally provide netwok as soon as possible

Sir/madam,
I have Jio sim, using in my 4g phone mi note 3. There is no network for calling only internet is working. I have recharged it my 99/- then by 309.
Please look into the matter.

MY router is not working last 3 month n not giving service from DTC mall PUne service centre., They to motherboard damage n not available here.then what i can do? i have waste my time and work.
