I recharged my jio for ₹555 before my plan even ended, i can use data but i can't make any calls. They tell me that I need to recharge for that but I already have. Please help....

I I had opted for a trial connection of jio fibre on 26/04/2022 and paid a deposit of Rs.1500/- for Jio fibre no.[protected] on 25/05/2022 i called your person to make the trail connection permanent, i was made to understand that the trial and permanent connections are different that the deposit amount for trail connection will be refunded and i made a payment of Rs.1970.82 for making it permanent, later i was surprised that i paid for a totally new connection. I on the same day called your customer care and asked for this connection to be disconnected (SR00001B6SSK) and to restore the old connection. This was done. As the process was done i called and asked about the refund status i was told they will make a refund of 1500/- which is deposit and installation charges, The recharge amount of Rs.470.82 cannot be refunded.

I request you to refund the total amount of Rs.1970.82 as it is not my fault for being misguided by your person and I have not used the same to verify it in your system.

I would like you to be informed that I would appreciate a FULL refund.

      1) I purchased Jio phone around 3.5 years back . As Jio phone is launched, company states that after using 3 years, consumers can return jio phone back to company and take 1500/-₹ deposit back.
      2) after using 3.5 years I wants to return Jio phone back and take my deposit back.
      3) As jio states, phones can return to any jio store. I approached 2 of the jio store and jio service center in "Latur (Maharashtra)" for returning. But all of them are rejected to take back phone. Even they are saying that, " company doesn't have any return policy".
      4) Even I contacted jio customer care but no response. Also wrote 2 of complaint emails to company but again no response.

            On 2nd June 2022 i booked an Order of jio fiber with order id NO0000LRX11J. The sales person sended me a link for online payment. I used paytm upi app to transact, amount got deducted from my bank account and transaction was successful from paytm Side. But i got message from jio that the transaction was unsuccessful and the sales person confirmed that he has not received the payment, so he sended me a link again and i transacted the same way this time he received the payment. Both the transactions were of same amount 4240.92 . The reason behind writing this complain is that i talked with jio customer care they told if any double debit has happened then money will be refunded within 10 days but till today i have not recieved my fund back. Now when i am calling them they are saying that they have not received the amount whereas my bank is saying that the payment was successful. I will be attaching the proofs in this complaint.

              Since my renewal of 1yr data plan which is 2.5GB/day getting exhausted before appropriate usage. Earlier in same duration 2GB/day data plan was to suffice. Now I suspect their is definitely data fraud from jio network. Same issues are facing from many jio customers. We cannot provide with proof/evidence in this regard and becoming victims.

                A jio service guy came to my flat and told me my jio connection is about to expire. He said not to go for prepaid monthly payment but there is good offer if I register a new connection. It's been 2 months since I purchased the new connection. My old connection was replaced but I only used 5 months out of 6 and paid 2800. I am supposed to get refund of 1 month as well as refund for the jio router security deposit. But still I have not received any refund. The service guy tricked me to taking a new connection and prematurely ending my old connection.

                I have called multiple times to customer care but they lie every time that a senior manager will call back. Jio service is despicable.

                  I had raised a new Jio fiber connection on 13th June and they had committed to install the connection within 24 hours. I even received a message stating the installation will complete by 14th June but no response. i have been calling the executive several times but they are giving excuses for the delay. They have stopped picking my calls and my work is getting impacted without broadband.

                    I GICHIK KAMIN form naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh. I am using jio sim card from some years but after march 2022 Iam facing network issues and internet connectivity problem. I complain jio customer care many time but till date my problem not solve. I cannot surf internet normal site and having call drop issue plz solve my problem as early as possible.

                      Jio team does not take my set top box and router after termination. I requested them multiple time but they keep postponing the appointment. I am not sure why they are this much reluctant to collect their devices. As a security deposit I paid 2500 at the time of installation they said they will return it once they get their devices. If they do not come to collect it I will never get my money. Looks like they do not need their devices anymore and I lost my money. Please do not go for Jio broad band they are just cheaters.
                      it has been almost a month since I raised my first request. I am just waiting for them just like expecting rain in desert :(

                        We wish to inform you that one of the company is installing their tower very nearly to our home. These service providers and owner of that building is installing tower without doing any notice to the surrounding people. We all our neighbours want to shift that tower into other location like, vacant space or in a less crowded area, because tower radiation directly affects to surroundings people. And this is very close to residential area and also they are establishing tower illegally by neglecting all rules and regulation of telecom industry. This tower are installing without taking consent from our surrounding peoples.
                        You know the electromagnetic radiation these emit is very dangerous rays, this carries various diseases sleep disorders, fatigue, headache, memory loss, depression, hearing problems, joint pains, skin diseases, and even cardiovascular problems.etc. Excessive exposure to ionizing radiation can damage our cells and DNA, potentially causing burns, sickness or cancer. National Cancer Institute points out that “Radio frequency energy, unlike ionizing radiation, does not cause DNA damage that can lead to cancer. Mobile phones emit radiation too but they are smaller in intensity while mobile towers generate higher intensity of radiation 24 hours.

                          Address: Not mentioned directly, but they have stated that they are from Reliance Jio.

                          I had received a call from [protected] regarding installation of Jio Wifi, but I haven't got any further details. They have recorded my address and I have choosen my plan, but none has come for installation. I am glad, that I haven't done the payment online. Please check that this number is real or spam. I have seen many spam reports on Truecaller.

                            Sir I received a call form jio company saying that you are selected data entry job.the company will provide you laptop and wifi connection with 100gb day data.you have to pay 1000rs.the trainer will visit at 4pm to your location ti provide system.b.I paid.but nobody visited.next day they demanded 2500rs as agreement charge and said that your amount will be refunded till 4:30 and trainer will visit till 5 pm.but neither trainer visited nor amount is refunded.next day they demanded 2240rs for opening account.                               Newtork is not working properly from last 1 year.

                              We have office in vile parle East . About 40 user have Jio COnnection but they have not received signal on Phone.

                                Document verification is done on 4th June but they are saying on 14th June it's not possible due to shortage of port. In these last days service engineers were not picking the call. I complainer few times and repeatedly they r saying wait upto 10th June, 2022. Two days I took leave because of that. One day they said service Engineers is coming so be in the location. So much of harrasment due to their service. I want justice for this.

                                  I had opted for Jio Fiber in Bangalore last Monday(June 6, 2022), and the sales representative told me that my connection would be active by Wednesday (June 8, 2022). It has been six days since the promised date, and my connection has been delayed to June 17th, 2022, without my consent or intimation. I have been working from home, which has created many problems for my wife and me. Both o[censored]s are unable to work with total efficiency. If you are short-staffed, it is none of my concern, I trusted your representative's word, and it is your responsibility to get it done by hook or crook.

                                  We were fooled by your sales representative and are suffering now. As compensation, I demand two weeks of my and my wife's salary, which is INR 85, 000.

                                    Sir/Madam,

                                    I had been referred to JioFiber on 15th May when I moved to Dahisar Area. Jio technician (Name: Kadam and contact: [protected]) came on the same day and we discussed plans. He came back on 18th May to install the connection. While registration process (he was entering my details in some form at his end) and even before installing, I had asked him how to use the referral code and it’s benefits. But technician insisted that I need not use the code right now but will use it when I will recharge for next month and he will come back to help me setup the code.

                                    Now, it’s been close to 2 week that I have been trying to reach the technician (calls and text messages) to help me set the referral code (because this is what he directed me that he will come and help me setup referral details) but he is not picking my calls.

                                    I have raised complaint over customer care and the associate accepted that it was mistake from technician side that he frauded me that he did not add the code before installation. Even after agreeing that it’s a mistake from your end, I have not been provided resolution as to how I will use the referral benefits. My due date for next recharge is in 2 days and if I do not cancel the connection before due date, JioFiber will deduct 1000 RS installation fee.

                                    I even DM’ed JioCare Twitter handle considering that will take less time but I must say that Twitter approach was even more useless for me. I have been given the same copy pasted reply by different people without any resolution over the period of two weeks. I don’t think they really care because without reading the conversation history, every people is asking for same details from me and giving the same reply on Twitter handle.

                                    As you can see in below email chain that I have sent an email too and I was supposed to get resolution by 10th June but they did not even bother to give a reply and it’s been 14th June today.

                                    I was a happy Airtel customer previously and opted for JioFiber just because Airtel was not in this area where I have recently moved. I must say I am disappointed by the way JioCare (customer care/ Twitter/ emails) has treated me.

                                      I got the connection of jio fibre (Ref no[protected] . Refund process of Jio Fibre is extremely poor especially no proper hearing at all even after raising the issue before Appelate Authority. Reliance jio fibre is really bad experience as it has been inform me that payment of amount will be refunded within 14 days. But is surprising that device has not been picked up whereas I requested for disconnection of jio fibre on 1st june 2022. IT IS EMBARASSING SITUATION FROM JIO FIBRE AND FAR BEHIND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I daily sent mail and called to customer care but issue has not resolved till date and refund has also nit been made. Worst experience to get the connection if Jio Fibre especially refunding process of jio is just like Jhunjhuna... Not fair dealing...Kindly look into the above issue and arrange to refund amount as it has already completed 11 DAYS to disconnect Jio fibre. ULTIMATILEY WILL MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT.

                                      Pick up of device has earlier been fixed on 08.06.22 and thereafter carelessely it is being deferred 09 june, 10june, 11 june, 12, june and now 15 june which is very casual action and feedback of jio fibre. It is really SURPRISING THAT NO ACTION AND ATTENTION GIVEN EVEN AFTER REFERRED IT TO APPELATE AUTHORITY.

                                      Once again no one has reached today to pick up the device. Pls note that this schedule is being extended daily since 08.06.2022 and it us 14.06.22. Issue still unresolved except delivering of assurances all.

                                      Today, I got message for schedule timing ( screen shot enclosed) but no one has visited or call me on my registered mobile number.

                                      Since abnormal delay in collecting the device is also causing delay in refund which is not in hand of customer. Therefore, it is requested to do needful to refund the amount without delay as delay in picking up the device is not attributable at the part of customer.

                                      An early action us requested.

                                      Most surprising and miserable situation is that no action is taken even after escalating the customer grievance to higher authority I. e. Appelate Authority except daily rescheduling the date of pick up device and amount is nit being refunded whereas I requested for disconnection of jio fibre on 01.06 2022.

                                      It's really a wrong decision to choose instalation of jio fibre wherein no hearing of customer grievances.

                                      In continuation to the above, this is brought into your kind notice that after personal follow up the issue with local level at Jabalpur, device could be picked up in 15.06.1022 after pervading and postponing the scheduled date for pick up device since 08.06.2022.

                                      My request for disconnection of jio fibre was registered on 01.06.2022 and today it is 18.06.2022, refund of the amount has not been made just because of mismanagement of jio fibre team and lack of planning to pick up the device which has got delayed.

                                      It is therefore requested to kindly refund amount on priority basis as it has delayed abnormally.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Kindly recall me trailing mail, device has been picked up with lot of chasing at my personal level with local technician.

                                      It may be noted that I made request for disconnection of jio fibre on 1st June but took too much time in picking up the device and collected on 15 June. However, it was I formed that Rs 1500 will be credited in a week time and thereafter 1000 in next week. But no amount has been credited to my account.

                                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
