Recharge mobile no.[protected]. Transaction ID.[protected]. Rs.303/-....

Even though multiple calls(which they never receive I was on call for 1 hour...calling them is immaterial), mails, facebook post jio didn't help. All they said is that they are regretting the issue caused and I should give them some time to check the issue... its been 3 days but no reply even after multiple mails and post from my end.

I did a recharge of 408 via my jio money account on the number [protected] . I used a voucher of 50 cash back. I didn't receive the recharge. I dont know what happened to the money. Nobody picking call at service centre. Please understand it's not a small amount for me. Looking forward for your solution. I'm attaching the screenshot of transaction details....

On 31 st march i was trying to add money in jio money wallet after that transaction failed message appeared on screen and 99 rs was deducted from my bank account .Then i received message from jio that withen 7 day money will be refunded to my bank account. But till now money is not refunded to my bank account.

I made a recharge of Rs 309/- through JioMoney on April 15th. The transaction was unsuccessful. However I never received a refund. Will get a refund or is the money a lost cause?...

I recharged my jio [protected] by 309 on 15 april, but not get any messege till now, when i tell this to retailer he tell me to call customer care, i called many time but there is no response, what can i do, plzz solve this as fast as you can...

I recharged my jio number [protected] online with the 309 scheme on the official website - www.jio.com.
The amount got deducted from my account, but no recharge. MyJio app also not showing the recharge. The transaction id is ISBI[protected]IGABDJPUY6. Either refund the amount or make the recharge successful.
Kindly look into the matter....

Sir I have taken an offer of RS. 309. on 15 April 2017.. And the amount had been cut. But still I m getting the msgs like 'please recharge ur Jio for RS. 309 for future services' I have taken the screen shot ..Which I have attached below..Plz do something as much as possible becz today is 16 April....

I had purchased a new jio simcard today i. E. 16 april 2017 from one of jio's authorised service distributor

The agent asked me to pay rs 480 for the new sim with 3 months validity, i paid the same. When inquired about the break up of the 480, he said that rs 410 is for recharge and rs 80 is for new sim.

I would like to tell u that i have just done a recharge of rs.309 plan of jio and when i make payment of it my money has deducted from my paytm account but i did not get any message from jio about its membership.

Kindly check this issue and please return my money to paytm wallet. Paytm.

I am jio user from last 4 months and I am having asus zenphone laser 2 phone .It was working good in Agartala but now i moved to melaghar. since I am here and not getting any network signal while other with jio sim getting full network. What should i do now. Even when i went near the network tower same problem is happening....

Sir i have complained many times in jio costumer care regarding network problem and speed...when i call in costumer care they are telling that problem will be resolved...but the same issue is happening.Now when i call ...they did not pickup the phone...
...atlast kindly resolve my problem sir ...

I recharged with rs408 (rs 99 prime member+rs309monthly pack)on 15 april 2017. Nd according to thata plan ishould have become a prime member nd also get a 3 month free service ...but nor I became a prime member nor I got any free service ...hope I look forward to this matter

I am using Jio No [protected] and yesterday i recharged with 408 (99 for prime membership and 309 for 3 months). But I am unable to enjoy call services and data connectivity so far. Please rectify the same as soon as possible. There is full network in my area. My outgoing calls are dropped. I am unable to connect any website....
