      I was paid Rs.303.00 to above said company through paytm by debit card of ICICI Bank on dated 21 3 2017 for recharging as per his scheme for renewal and prieum member ship Rs.99/-sent on 4 3 2017 it amount is received by him but Rs.303/- it is refusing i e.not received Rs.303.00

              With reference to transaction id :[protected] on jio money, i was trying to recharge my jio number using jio money on 7th april 2017. The reacharge was worth rs.303 of which rs.253 was paid by debit card. But unfortunately, the recharge could not be processed and failed even if my money was deducted from my account. The faq available on the app says that the money should be reverted back to the customer within 2-3 days but it's been 20 days and yet i haven't received my money. I have tried reaching their customer care through both the channels i. E by mail as well as all india toll-free number, but they never picked up the calls or replied to the mails. It has already been 20 days, yet i have not received the refund. I have attached screenshots of my conversation with rjil. So, i request your team to kindly get in touch with telecom service provider and help me out with this issue.

                My name is balwantrai. Patidar, alternate number is [protected], i have recharged my jio sim on [protected] on 24/4/2017 at 9.30 pm, but by mistakely it has been done on [protected] amount was 408 by etop up done by retailer, reference id br00005pntwf, transaction id[protected],
                I called on 198 from my jio number they said they will tranfer the amount from wrong number i. E [protected] to right number i. E ([protected]), on 26/4/2016 i got a message from jd-jionet at 5.32 pm service request number sr000008q0uj that the transaction done on 24/april/2017 has been failed, bur retailer says its done by his side, now its a harassment done by jio retailer & jio company, from past 4 days i am unable to call on any other number, worst service never expected from such a big company, reliance jio

                    Dear Madam/Sir,

                    I use to close my data connection of my mobile every day while sleeping but when i see in moring half of data already lost. I have opted for 1.5 Gb data every day but i dont think i am getting that much data in actual i was watching a movie on youtube with 360p per sec quality but that 1.5 gb lost watching that only one movie. Can you please look into this matter my brother also have airtel 4g his 1 GB data can last long then my 1.5 Gb, Its a fake promises made by jio of 1.5 gb you are not keeping your promises.

                      I recharged for jio prime membership and also the 300₹ package but even after 2 complaints on their customer care i am unable to call via my jio number. When anyone else calls me my number seems switched off. Kindly assist me for the same. I want the recharge amount to be reimbursed. This is highly ridiculous that a customer even after paying for the service is nt being provided for. And this will only lead to a bad feedback and i am definite that i will no longer avail jio services once this amount is refunded.

                        My service request number is sr[protected]. I had recharged through jio money app (A/c - [protected]) on 7th april 2017. The app shows recharge is successful but as per customer care executive, the recharge wasn't take place. So he gave me assurance that my money will be refunded within 48 hours. But after 48 hours that not happen. Please help me to get my refund back.

                            I had submitted request for porting my number which has idea as current service provider. After waiting for 15 days i was told by the shop owner who processed my request that they could not process my request.

                            Reason... He did not know...

                            Refund (399 + 99).. Company policy does not allow any refunds.

                            This whole situation is pathetic. Did not expect this from reliance, jio being one of the big startups... This is not accepted.

                            For a customer like me who is a staunch supporter of idea and vodafone, my first ever attempt with reliance is a big disappointment.

                            Please look into the matter if you can do something.

                                  Hello I am Soumyo. I have jiofi 3 device and I used jio4gvoice app to make calls from my phone. But for some reason I have uninstalled this app. But when I have reinstall this it says that it has send OTP into my alternative mobile number provided by me. But my alternative mobile number does not receive any OTP. So, I am unable to use Jio4GVoice app. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                      I did a 303 recharge on 07/04/2017 using jio money and I got a recharge successful confirmation message and but my service was suspended and when I contacted customer care they told me that the transaction was failed and they will issue a refund in 48 hours. now its already a week. I didn't get the refund. When ever I try call jio money nobody is attending the call and the jio customer is denying my my request saying it is different department. They cant do anything on it. It is like they are cheating the customers.

                                        I visited the Reliance Jio store located at Trimulgherry to get my father's mobile number ported. The first time when I visited the staff there were not friendly. They asked me to come back after 2 days, they told me that there was some problem with portability. I went back after 2 days that is on Sunday with my mother.

                                        I clearly told the staff that I wanted to port my parents number to Jio. I never wanted a new sim, that was the reason I visited the store second time. The staff told me that my mother's phone was a 3G phone and so portability will not work. So I asked them if my father's phone number can be ported. They checked and told me that my father's phone can be used for Reliance jio. So I told them my father's phone number and asked them to do the porting.

                                        They finally ended up giving me a new sim instead of porting.

                                        Now, when I went back to inquire, they are speaking rudely and they are not ready to refund or port our number.

                                        I feel extremely cheated. My father's phone is a single sim phone and I cant even use the new sim.

                                        I should either be refunded the money or my father's number should be ported.
