Good afternoon, I Krishna Kanta Das following few lines for your needful action please. JIo network not coverage in my area. I already complained with customers care but not solved by them my problem. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. It's too bad experience with Reliance jio because their customer executives not clearly entertain with their customers actually i recharge my reliance jio no [protected] by amount of 309 on 15 April 2017 through online paytm application, Transaction id is IPT[protected] my amount was deduct from my wallet bt recharge not done when i contact with jio customer executives they said that contact with paytm only we are not here for online recharge users in fact I also complained mail to paytm bt they revert me that transaction was successful from their hands they Said contact with jio
So what can I do now where is my rs 309.

Huge dissatisfaction. Why would you cancel happy hours in paid services man this sucks for heavy users it like a drop of water. Atleast fot happy hours many o[censored]s started paying and u took that tooo unfair please reconsider about happy hours...
So please do something we are in huge diassatisfaction with jio if this happens then most of heavy, users would like to discountinue with jio in future so please take it, seriously an honest one and wish to be done something over it thanks one o[censored]r loyal user

I recharged my jio no on 7 th april 2017 at 7 pm with 402 rs... I got transaction msg from my bank but recharge was unsuccessful. I called your customer care for many times regarding this issue. Your customer care person told me to do dhan dhana dhan offer recharge of rs 409 rs on 13 th april and i will get back my 402 rs cash back within 10 days. So i recharged again with 409 rs. Today after 15 days you have not returned my summer offer recharge money of 402 rs. I have mailed n called many times regarding that but got worst response from you. On this site i have complained about this on 9th april also.

At outdoor from city speed is good.
But at my area near Reliance tower speed not normal.

It's very poor. Network full and speed low.
How can this posible..

Some time speed like 2G
Some time speed like 3G

without go to hill city area i am not remember where i am enjoy 4G.

I am every day use net on teres. Because in my home jio like 2g.

Kindly resolve speed and network issue.
And customer care & call center no any person pickup phone.

Outgoing incoming start

I forgot my jio money id and password i tried to call jio care but they not responded afterwards i wrote email to jio care i have written 4 emails but yet they not responded my jio number is [protected]. Please help me to solve my issue. I have amount in jio money ans there is no way i can reset my password jio care is not even responded once

Recharge done on 7th april, recharge shown as successful in jio money still today no intimation of recharge failure but benefit of rs 303 not given and after 15th apr recharge denomination of 303 stopped and now my outgoing calls are barred since last 3 days. Very much aggrived as unable to make a call inspite of recharging in offer period jio money no by which recharge done = [protected] jio number upon which recharge done [protected] transaction id :[protected]

I had done recharge of rs. 303 & rs. 499 in cash for my 2 jio sim [protected] & [protected] respectively from a reliance jio outlet in thakur complex kandivali east mumbai 400101. Its one month & still its not done. Recharges hardly take 10 mins but its taking too long with reliance jio i am tired of visiting their iutlet everyday for a month. They r nt even refunding my money and they r also nt recharging my nos.

Recharged [protected] on jio website with 408 on 15/04/2017. got payment conformation from bank and jio website but recharge benefit is not credited to number. called customer care, he said refund has been initiated. but till date neither refunded nor credited.

I made a online recharge from my jio app of rupess 402 on[protected] but from jio server the recharge got unsuccessful so i got it recharged in cash of rupees 303 and it s was successful amd i got benefit after 12-13 days no refund of online transaction has been initiated after making complain jio employee they issued me the benefit twice even if complaining specifically for the refund they said thier is no refund regarding the transaction because benefit is already been given to you its a fraud after specifically mention for the refund they issued me the benefit which i already got on[protected] in cash pf rupees 303

I have recharged a jio number on 7th april 2016 for 303 but recharge was failed and payment deducted. At that time transaction status was showing failed. But next day when I recharged again that number rechrge done and the last transaction started showing successful. I complained the through email, call, twitter everywhere but no response. waited for a along time called them many times but after waiting alot they connect me executive which disconnects my call playing hash sound. I provided all the screenshots to them via twitter as well. but these ####### are asking more info.

I got messages from jio that recharge your jio no [protected] for rs 309 and gate validity for 3 months. I have charged for rs 309 on 15 April 17 but got validity for 28 days only please confirm why it is so.

I am unable to make HD calls from my Jio Number. I have complaint to Jio Customer Care but they always send me a message that they are checking and solving my problem and they also asked me to wait for 48hours. They have send me this type of message many of the times but I don't think that they are giving their best to resolving my issue.
Many of the times, I have wait for 48hours but there is no serious response from them.

Reminder-III

Even after repeated requests you are not responding to our complaint. Customer care numbers provided by you are also not responding. Till date neither my mobiles recharged nor I got my money back. You are playing with the feeling of innocent customer. I again request you to look into the matter and do the needful OTHERWISE I HAVE TO APPROACH TO CONSUMER COURT.

Please treat this matter MOST URGENT.
