Hi,

The signal and internet speed of jio in my area is very weak. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible, because we pay for the jio services but we cannot utilize them efficiently because of poor network connection and slow internet speed.

I jio customer i have done recharge on my jio no [protected] bt i haven't received it... I tried calling customer care also bt der ws no response... Pls look into this issue as my money is deducted bt i haven't received recharge....

I hav added 100₹ to my jio money wallet on 31st march for recharging jio prime membership. But it was not added to the wallet and got deducted from my bank account.Which is yet not refunded, I also mail twice to jio complaning about the same. Coustomer care service also not receiving the call. Disappointed very bad service.

i m reliance jio customer at present with mobile number [protected] . I want to porting my mobile number to airtel.
I request to jio mnp code they provide me code is jg241555.
Same i give request airtel for porting. But airtel say to me that jio management not port my number they cancel my porting request .
So help me to porting my mobile number from jio to airtel.

Hi on 1/4/17 I make payment of my 400 recharge on my NUMBER [protected] but recharge not done on my phone i request to you plz look into this matter this matter and refund my payment I aslo informed u I call on u r helpline number 1966 but not contacted I wait u r ans otherwise I going to make my complaint because i email u but not get solution tell today

I' have transfered 2000rs from jio money to my bank account, but money was deducted from my jio money & & also successful, but yet i don't get a balance in my bank account,

I m a Jio user. Two days before I had done a recharge of 303 rupees by using Jio money app through my debit card, unfortunately my payment was FAILED but my money deducted from account.After that I tried once more time and the payment was successful.But I again charged 303 rupees that means total 606 rupees for a single recharge plan. I asked to the customer Care executive...

Sir I tried to recharge my Jio no [protected] for jio prime subscription on 1st March 2017 through the My jio app.My transaction failed twice but charge Rs99/-was deducted from my bank account and debit card.I complained at the customer care.I was refunded once.But which was deducted from my debit card is not refunded.I complained several times but not in use.please solve my problems....

I had recharged Rs.402 through online on 31st march for my Jio number.The prime membership subscription has only activated for my number and the balance ₹303 has not credited to my Jio number . I had contacted Jio customer care but they are telling silly reasons and they are refusing to take my complaint regarding my recharge for my Jio number, and they are telling recharge will be done within 15 days which is too long....

I, the jio customer, wanted to bring your attention the poor speed of jio 4G network in our area.I have jio SIM in my 4G mobile as well as jio hotspot.But speed of both here seems like near about 2G which is about 50-70 kbps.During downloads it really sucks.When I go little nearer our town market, shops speed is bit more.But make provisions for good speed in our locality.I know it's free but we are ready to pay money and you should guarantee...

We are working in defence sector and willing to take jio connection. But there is no range in chandimandir cantt, chandimandir, panchkula, haryana. Please arrage a fast moving network there to providing good network facility to soldiers...

I had purchased jio wifi device and paid 99 for prime membership. On 28th march customer service executive called me and asked to recharge with one of the available plans to continue my services. Since i have heavy internet usage, i recharged with rs. 999 with no daily limit o[censored]sage.

I have recharged jio money with 300 balance and done 99 recharge do my balance should be Rs.201 but my balance is shown as Rs.0 and the customer care toll free [protected] or [protected]@jiomoney.com seems to be of no use as nobody answers or reply to our concerns. I want my complete balance money as my confidence on jiomoney is lost... I have waited for more than 2 weeks hoping to get the error corrected.

On 14.03.2017 i have paid towards jio prime membership & subsequent plan effective 1st april 2017. Now since 1st april all the service to my jio number is closed. Not getting any response from customer care. Below is the details of the payment done.
