I'm an jio User than 2.5 years, my village most users in jio number. I want to inform you there is very low network in my Village aria with high I complained v. twitter there is no solution, Your network tea nothing after much complained, I hope my request in your priority and I hope it'll be fixed soon,

I'm Mahaveer, my jio number is [protected] i have complete behalf or my all village jio user that we all are not getting proper network at pincode - 306502, village - Wandar.
I have completed multiple time in jio customer care services but didn't get resulation....

Called up customer care asked to change my billing date as want to manage my expenditure dates on a particular week from my salary payment, to ensure I am able to closely monitor my expense and there is a proper spending pattern. I am willing to pay additional charges if required but getting an answer to a request which is not complex to handle is not fair treatment to a customer and I believe this is an autocratic behaviour....

I had recharged my jio number three times with the same plan(Rs.239, 1.5gb/d), all recharges were successful and the amount of 3recharges deducted from my account .But only two recharges are being shown on the myjio app....

I have filed the complaint but I'm still waiting for your response. Seriously, toxic people I have ever worked with. They only want daily sales productivity...

Hi sir madam I have a problem in my Porting i ported my number [protected] from Airtel to jio but jio porting employee toke my upx message and went off after 4 days my network droped he put fake id and actived my number without my knowledge now my number is not working please checkout it now contact us [protected]...

I requested for relocating my JioFiber connection on 29th January but it got rejected saying that I didn't upload one of the documents that they want but a rental agreement. I started the process of address change to be compatible with Jio request and obtained the document that Jio wanted. Please remember that I gave a similar document of my older place that I gave while taking a new connection as well but that time Jio didnt bother since...

Since the request is raised on 4th Feb 2022 for Jio Fiber relocation no one has turned up to update on request status or do the relocation. I have called customer care for around 18 times and all they say is wait for ground people to come with a new date everything and on none of the date is request is entertained as of now.

Finally requested to cancel the connection and refund the entertaining amount but they can't do...

By mistake I had done recharge on wrong Jio Number and immediately contact to Jio customer care but not getting any response from Jio customer care nor any proper way to register a complaint at Jio 198 IVR option.

Customer service is only formalities but actually there is no response to customer..

Please help to cancel the transaction and do the needful for refund (if possible)

I've recharged a jio number using google pay on 14th February 2022. Money has been deducted but no confirmation from Jio. Please provide information to get refund at the earliest

Jio is fraud and scam company, I have bee seeing for long that they consume data and message come your 50% ad 90 % data consume without using any such network or download. They just want us to recharge every time with top us. and where is 4G network? 2 GB data just finish in the morning. This has happened many time....

I made a cancellation request to jio fiber the day after I ordered it through customer care. They said the cancellation request is posted and the amount will be refunded.But even after several days the cancellation is not initiated and I continuously get calls for installation from Jio.

I took my Jio pre-paid connection on the 3rd of Feb 2022 and ever since, I check my data early in the morning by dialling 1299 and also from Jio app. It shows I am entitled to only 1.3gb out 1.5gb. This is each and every day. I have reported this to Jio care and they have not bothered to contact me back. Now I notice that I am unable to reach their contact center since the option to "Talk to advisor" is conveniently missing in the IVR....

I have booked Jio fiber connection on 02/02/2022 and theyscheduled the installation on 06/02/2022, it has not been installed until today even after frequent calls to the sales representative, The KYC representative being a person named Yash Bhatnagar, I had paid 1500 as security deposit.

It is to intimate that after several complaints registered with Jio Fiber on the connection [protected] no resolution provided by the company on lost internet signal from 3rd february 2022. The request id is SR000018OBJJ that was generated on 3rd february after taking guidance on jio care customer support but resolution was not provided till date.
