Dear Sir/Madam,

I have generate Bar Code from my 4G Mobile 18.10.2016 but when I went to Reliance Digital Store 19.10.2016 for new JIO connection at your Faridabad Store Reliance digital (Mini) 5L/172, Faridabad, they put my finger print and after process all data have told me that my Welcome offer Bar Code has been redeemed. I am helpless why my IMEI phone generated bar code redeemed while i have not taking any Jio Sim. Please help me it's very urgent that my IMEI / Bard Code has been stolen by another.
It's too big problem because my AAdhar and KYC are registered for generating the code.

Dear sir,

I am vijay kumar jha, yesterday i have downloaded your myjio app and generate bar code to get jio sim through my 4g phone redme note 3 after verifying my aadhar number but when i visited your reliance digital store at lakshmi nagar to get my sim, the representative are saying that the bar code ([protected]) has already redeemed by other person.

My question is that how the bar code generated by me after providing my aadhar number is can be redeemed by other person as all the infomation is mine even it generated by my phone having imei number.

There must be fault in your side, your system process is not so strong due to system fault i am unable to get your jio sim. You are requested to resolve tha matter as earliest possible.

Further i would like to inform you that due to your system fault my information is being used by an other person, so you are requested to resolve the same on urgent basis otherwise i will lodge the complaint against you regarding the same.

Sir/ mam i am highly dissapointed from ur staff of ludhiana city who are be seated their to provide jio sim i have download barcode myself at night and next day your staaf said that your batcode has been redemed sir with ur sincerity tell me that how it could be possible that at the time of night my barcode is only with me how it would be redemmed

Dear sir,

I have downloaded the jio app and bar code was generated by the retailer out side of the hari om mobile shop, shop no 4/5, main kasturba marg, borivali east, mumbai. The retailer had verified the bar code and take my finger print through bio metric device. After doing all things, the retailer told me that your aadhar card belongs to uttar pradesh, therefore you will not get jio sim.

I was shocked and argued with retailer that up is not in india or aadhar number is allotted by any other means in maharashtra. Being a legal professional, i am just assuming that the jio sim was allotted to me but given to other absurd person for misuse. I am also going to lodge a police complaint in this regards, if not get any satisfactory reply.

With reference to the above i have submitted my adhar card for the e - verification along with the bar code but the dealer has told me this bar code has already used but this code has generated yesterday and submitted in your reliance store i. E. Reliance express mini, naihati toady and they has not given any sim after verification all

When i went to collect jio sim card at reliance digital at viviana mall, thane, they scanned my finger and took my aadhar card number. But when they asked for the code that was generated on my phone it showed 'redeemed' so they refused to give me sim card. I have not redeemed the code seems like someone else is using the code generated for my phone. Please provide a solution for the said concern.

On oct 12th or 13th i downloaded my jio app and generated my barcode (by entering my adhar number) after that i received my code, on oct 15 th i found that my given barcode redeemed in green color on bar code it is showing and visited store (no. 3-2-4, illisipuram junction, near raithu bazaar, srikakulam 532001, andhra pradesh - 532001) on oct 16th after process of thumb impression and adhar number entering he founded that my barcode is redeemed he said that "please get new barcode by another phone to activate sim"
How can it be possible i never went to store before or redeemed it, but it shows redeemed
Without my phone or adhaar card number how is it possible
And i totally disappointed with your staff behaviour for helping me to fix problem.

I have raised the request in written to our local SDO in Fazilka (PB) almost 3 months back. Mr. SDO personally visit our office and found guilty. there is a mistake done by their SAP billing team. they told us that the issue will resolved as soon as possible. But still issue is not resolved.I had personally visit to his 8 to 10 times. They only have one excuse that they don't have manpower for this. Kindly take this on urgency.

I Soumali Pal would like to raise a complaint. I had bought Moto G4 Plus from amazon with which I got the welcome offer of Jio. I generated a barcode for obtaining JIO sim card. But after searching some nearby digital express in Kolkata and Asansol I did not get any sim. Meanwhile the barcode disappeared from the app but I had the screenshot saved. Recently when I collected a token from Reliance store and went to get a card I was told that the code is already been redeemed. But I have not shared it to anyone. Please check if any SIM is issued against the code for the IMEI number [protected]. How can you issue SIM to someone with details not matching with those against which the code is generated.

my name is Ajit Singh my mobile number is [protected].one executive came to my office for jio sim. i have generated coupon code from our mobile using jio app in front of him that is [protected]. after that he scan the code using his device after that he told me that your coupon is used by others and you can't use jio sim at your mobile any more. Please provide me help. my mobile is 4g enabled. he told me that it is Reliance software problem.

Before 2 days I applied for a reliance Jio 4g sim card. I have generated barcode in my 4g mobile. The operator saying that barcode is already been used to issue a sim card. The barcode is generated on 3rd oct 2016. How to used in my barcode. Code is ([protected]) alternate number given is [protected] and mail id: [protected]@rediffmail.com. Please suggest what to do? Jio office is not responding. Can you give me alternative barcode.

Note:barcode is unique in each mobile... Its big issue your side...

I have purchased LYF Flame 8 mobile for Rs. 4200/- on 9th oct.16. At time of purchase they promised to provide 4G net on jio sun for 3 months. Till date I have not been given the 4G net service. I have lodged complaint on jio customer care 4 times and called almost 20 times but every time they promise to activate the internet service within 24 hrs or 48 hrs but no result. I also have call recording of my last complaint to jio customer care where I had a talk with Mr. Abhishek on 17th oct. at around 8:45 pm whereby he promised to activate the service within 4 hrs. But again same ...no result. I am feeling cheated by JIO because just for the 4G net I bought Rs. 4200 mobile of LYF but I dint got the service as promised. The complaint no. of the complaints I have booked but unfortunately all of them were unresolved are as under-
1) SR0000024DKX - On 12th oct.
2) SR0000028T2S - On 14th oct.
3) SR00002CDQP - On 16th oct.
All these were closed with issue remaining unsolved.
Please help in resolving the issue. Thankyou.

ComplaintI applied for the reliance jio sim i got coupon code and when so went to reliance digital store at my place they saidthat coupon code is already redeemed and i personally not given the coupon code to any one and i asked what the problem is they said they don't know and they don't even care iasked its your job to answer us hland he said they are getting paid tois to sell electronic not for distributing sims and suggested me very gently to contact costumar care its happed last week since then i contacting jio costumar care but they not responding itried through phone, email and twitter surprisingly in twitterevery complaint been answered besides this coupon redeemed complaints i just want to know is some one taken sim on my coupon code or its problem with boo service

I have generated the bar code in my 4G handset for getting the JIO Sim card but while activating the sim at one of Reliance digital, I came to know that my code has already been used by someone else.
Is this some kind of scam where some dealers themselves are redeeming our RJio bar code numbers and selling the SIM cards illegally?

Please look into the matter.

Me and my wife were registered through jio app for sim card. We visited the reliance digital store in attapur, Hyderabad. They asked us to write the coupon code with name and telephone no. Than they told us that they will inform us through call or mail. When I again visited the store they are saying that my offer is cancelled.

Let us know that is this some kind of fraud. Whom did they sell my sim??

If it was redeemed and how was it been generated on my application

It is very sad to know that though everything is online and so much care is been taken but it is also true that there is something wrong happening.

Unable to Receive or make calls to other service provider as well
its says call failed and also i would kindly request you to disconnect the services of JIo services on my phone and its a prepaid sim used it for a day on my iphone please terminate the services rightway from device please
Also the calls are not clear signals drops frequently also I am not able to call to other service providers like Airtel BSNL idea I have to keep on trying 3 to 4 times to get the class connected when other service provider tries to call me it comes as number doesn't exist or Iam not reachable people are not able to text me also only JIo to Jio works hence I don't want such a service provider to provide service for me
