Dear sir madam

I have generated following coupon from my yu yureka mobile.

When i went to avadi reliance showroom i really shocked that my coupon has already been redeemed.

My coupon no is [protected]

I want immediate action on this i want my sim card immediately.

While seeing lot of people complaining the same means whether there is any illegal activity is going on if do so it has to be stopped.

Hence take action on it and solve the problem.

Or else i have to take it up to consumer court for justice.

    My jio 4g net not connected since last 5 days.four day before I have made complain . And thair words are as under " you will hear from us in the next 48 hours". Very sad that their 48 hours are not completed yet and my problem remains same. Very disgusting this type of CUSTOMER care service. Tell me when their 48 hours complited to solve my PROBLEM. Their 198 and 199 number of customer care are fake, no one can receive this call . It's all to make fool .

      Dear sir/madam
      I created welcome offer code for jio sim on 11 october 2016. Next day 12th of october, i approached reliance digital show room at perambur, chennai to get jio sim,
      After get my aadhar card info and bio metric authentication, the sales rep. Told that the code already redeemed and she told me to send mail to customer care.

      The same day i sent mail and i received auto acknowledgement in mail. Till now no response from customer care.

      Today (17 october 2016) same thing happened with my wife's mobile.

      Its seems like the sales people are doing some tricks on this.

      After the lots of complaints in same issue, i am afraid that my mobile imei number and my aadhar details will misuse by others.

      Please do necessary things to solve this issue

        My phone is VoLTE but only LTE is showing.Whenever i make a call using Jio4G Voice app, it always come that"unable to establish this call"... I will be ur paying customer soon
        Please resolve my problem...What should be done to make my mobile VoLTE .
        The speed very rarely come in Mb/sec
        I have downloaded all your jio apps like -Jio cinema, Jio money etc..but the speed is not increased.All the app are updated ..

          As per ur procedure I downloaded jio app n ported my existing no.to jio, received port no-533359., went to reliance digital but they told that I need a barcode n its been 5 days now that I hv not yet received barcode n the staff was also inefficient to guide me thru it properly.I have samsung galaxy tab A8 with LTE as mentioned on the reliance site.
          Kindly provide feedback.

            Today I visited a store on Surat for Jio Sim. The guy asked me to download jio app whereby i will get a coupon code. after downloading the jio app, it asked me for my aadhar card detail which i entered accordingly and i got the coupon code. The store guy then took a small device took my finger print in it and then said that this coupon is already being redeemed. after many such attempts same results - COUPON ALREADY REDEEMED !!!
            WHAT A SCAM BY JIO TEAM. NOW THEY HAVE MY IDENTITY AND ARE MISUSING IT.

                  Someone illegaly reedemed it and retailer are selling codes in 200-500.

                    Yesterday i applied for a reliance jio 4g sim card. I have generated barcode in my 4g mobile. The operator yesterday saying that barcode is already been used to issue a sim card.                       I have purchase a LyF water 10 mobile and along with free jio sim on 19 September 2016 and gave proper details but could not activate the sim till now.

                      i visited Sunday same store reliance digital marathalli and give all the details but they could not found my document and then again they gave me new jio SIM connection and they submiited the document and i got confirmation email and mobile # [protected] and order no-NO00000NO8WH and same day my friend got call for the confirmation of address where am staying and verified properly.

                      even though all fine i got a shocked email

                          Sim not activated yet. I don’t know anything sir. They told me wait more than 1 month. What is this sir, we are student, have not sufficient time to again for a sim. If they cant activate a sim card then y told they give good service. Now i am stheyffered from this matters other day many student will be stuffer. They was also a student.. If they having this type of problem thn wat they will do?. I am also a telecom engineering student and i am having this prblem. I thought they guys really give good service for student but its not. Howcome another person can get a sim using my details that's highly conf even after scaning the fingerprint.they are saying my code is Alredy redeemed.this is exactly a fraudulent case.                               I have generatef barcode through Myjio app against my Aadhaar card number and IMEI. When I approached their store, they informed me that this barcode is already redeemed. As Aadhaar and IMEI is strictly belonging to me then how they can issue a sim card to a third person with my personal details. It is clearly a criminal offence. In this regard I have sent 2 e-mails to jio customer care but didn't get any response
                              Kindly arrange to take appropriate actions against them.

                                My jio dongle2 is not giving me good speed like 4G visited store three time related to this but no solution provided to me I have paid Rs.2000 for this but worst experience just take back your dongle will never use reliance service again.
                                cant play HD video in YouTube even buffering always. its a fake advertisement that it will give speed of 10-40 Mbps. the dongle I bought from jio store at BCS new Shimla used to connect 10 person at a time but I cannot get a good speed in single laptop than on 10 users the speed will get slowdown to bit per second. kindly take back your dongle not interested after visiting three time Jio store no solution its my first 6 day experience of Jio and today is 7th day I am sending this complaint.

                                  Sorry to inform you that after approaching Reliance Digital Express store, I came to know that my coupon code had already been redeemed. Even after Adhar card finger print verification they said that my coupon code had been redeemed. To my utter surprise how can anybody redeem my coupon generated by my mobile. I think this is a case of fraud.

                                  I would request Reliance Digital to clarify this matter urgently, so that I can get the Jio Sim as soon as possible.

                                      Dear friends pls don't use Jio money worst wallet usually i am interested to use al wallets like paytm, mobikwik, free charge, airtel money, M-Pesa etc which is device and app working also so good even starting time also but this this bloody Jiomoney wallet nothing working unnecessary i loaded 10k but when we trying to transfer always fail and even not open also and I sent a mails also so many times but there is no reply they don't bother also so kindly m requesting you to pls don't support this type of bloody wallets

                                      JIOMONEY Customer support is the poorest in the world. My card is blocked from the last 15 days and no any response even after several messages and mails. Dont use JIO MONEY. May money is stuck.

                                      Hi all friends this my yesterday s experience, I loaded wallet with 18 k and try to transfer but it always failed I called customer care but they don't pickup call and not responding email or query raised through Jio app, its totally fraud app, they holding public money, I am going to raise complain in police station as well as consumer court against Jio money.

                                        I applied for the reliance jio sim on dt. 15/10/2016. After doing formalities I got coupon code and went to nearest digital express mini at Vishrantwadi they said that coupon code is already redeemed and cannot be provided. However it is to inform you tha it is quite impossible. Screen shot of the same is enclosed herewith for your ready ref.
                                        An early action is anticipated.
