Sir, i'm from meerut. I'm unable to get jio sim in digital store from prvs 1 month.
They are saying that sim are not available but same tym in shops, they are selling the simcard in rs[protected]. When tha sim come in digital express they are only some sim given to customer after they send many sim author mobile store in black. When i gose these i found they are calling 10-25 new customer per day... They are not giving the simcard serialy, if this happen i can't get my simcard... Plz sir, look after the case & take proper action.. Give the customer proper information what is going on in digital store. Thanking you.

I have taken the jio sim 1month back with no [protected] but no has yet not been started. I did this with pan card in beginning bt didn't got d sim started den they asked me to get it done with adhar card bt no results yet..everyday they are saying to come but no results..u ppl r jz giving mental harasmnt as if we dont hav any work & u all r only earning...reliance should b banned with such a worst service ever.. .when i asked for ID no at digital store they started howling like hoolygans. ..what d hell reliance is doing god knows

I was using these no from last 8-10 days, two days back someone stolen my mobile.. I did fir.. And after that i am trying contimuously block jio no but not getting success.
1. Went reliance digital store (Viviana mall, gb road, thane bombay) from where i had got the sim.. They told they dont have authority to block.
2. Called 198 customer care from reliance (Not jio) they told same thing dont have authority to block.
3. Calling [protected] continuously but no one picking, even after one hour ringing...
O, if any one from reliance jio reading this above complaint please block the above no.. If you wanna some more information can reach me on [protected]

Sir from the beginning der r call issues bt frm 2 days we cant call to anyone bcz der r jio join app offline its cant connect.. Why this happen? Nd when you solve it! I am in trouble.. Requesting you to resolve this problem as soon as possible.. And i am waiting for your action please reply mye at my email adress... My email adress is [protected]@gmail.com..

I have purchased a jifi and sim, the sim has blocked by mistake and asking the puk number, i have called so many times to the customer care no [protected] but the no is no reply. now how can i get the puk, the customer care no of reliance gio is no reply. how can a company who has a fake customer care number has launched a mobile company in india.

Complaint about manufacturer defact of my new myfi device.
I had purchase myfi device reliance digital kolar road on 22.09.2016 but sill it is not working. When first time i visited reliance digital about the complaint they
Aying wait for 48 hrs but still my device not working. Since purchasing myfi device still not working. Reliance store has send to jio service center they are saying device is defected but when i had purchase the device it is same as position. So please help me out asap.

Please resolve asap device still not working.
Reliance service center not replacing my device or reliance digital not refund my amount.

This company is simply cheating on people. Telling 4g internet and giving not even 2g speed. Company must stop lying people and start acting a real company. This is the trend of reliance. They do business by cheating people. Because this is india, they are not getting any trouble. If they had done same thing outside india. They could have out of their business. This company must be banned.

Dear jio team
Numberless postpaid jio sim given to some staffs of igm hospital, agartala after 1 month of form fill up by mr. Saummajit dhar chowdhury and one manager from gwuahati.
When shall our sim will be registered and activated? Other people got their sim who applied later. But their sim has been already activated. Please do the needful so that our sims become activated soon.

This is in reference to above subject matter to inform you that I have submitted my own cell fone's generated barcode an all other necessary documents consisting of my aadhar card as per the requirement. After submitting the documents along with the form of jio I ve received a SMS on ma alternate number stating the following "Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing Jio. We have received your application for new connection. Your order number is NO000004MCVR. Thank you, Team Jio" after receiving this sms your company executive has replied about the rejection of my form due to the photograph was not clear on my aadhar card though it was all clear even now I am having the same Xerox, hence this statement made by jio company executive was wrong. after this it's been a month or a while but even after saying again and again neither these jio people are activating my simcard nor taking my documents and personally giving me certain reasons. may I get the genuine reply on this issue and a reason stating why my sim card is not getting activated even after one month though I am an mini store owner of GIO. I request you to please tell me the way out to get my GIO sim activated asap or else I am ready to surrender your GIO store if this is not done so. I purchased a brand new le eco (Le1s) 4g enabled set 1 week ago... Today when i visited the jio office for getting the jio sim... They asked me to show the barcode generated by my leeco device... I submitted my barcode. They checked my barcode. They told me that this barcode already exist. Means this barcode has been used by another user... Please solve my problem... What should i do to get my jio sim with offer...

I applied for the JIO connection 20 days back and I got the sim after 7 days. But the sim is not activated till this writing.I send mails and contacted the reliance but they did not do any thing to activate the sim. They only said that there are huge rush and it will take time. Being a company like Reliance they should have known that there will be huge demand of the sim and accordingly they should have prepared themselves to provide service. Moreover, who are taking sim from their outlets they are activating the sim then and then. They why discrepancies in case of the customers who have applied through the mobile shops.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

Hello my name is sadaqat and i am using jio sim first it was fine and now i cant call or sms anyone and also i cant get incoming calls but internet is working fine

My sim was working fine in starting and from past few days i am unable to call or sms
And i am also not getting any incoming calls.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that on first week of September I purchased a new phone of Samsung J2 6 in and a Barr code wide number : [protected] with validity of 14th September 2016 issued by the shop keeper from saket. I have visited many shops and jio centre in delhi but no one given me the sim. Plz suggest what should i do for this bar as as i am not getting the sim any where as per your promised. Sir, i was purchased jio lyf flame 1 bearing ime1:[protected] on date 6/9/16, as well as given voter id :gpg4360541, along with two passport photoes but the shop keeper delayed it upto 20july without giving sim and pretented to say this and that finally he quarreled and did not give the sim as well as the document also not returned so please solve the problem. i will be very grateful to you sir. thank you very much.

I purchased a samsung j2 (6) on 18th august and they offered me a reliance jio sim free with this set from purulia rashmela store. I submitted all the documents there on 19th august but uptill now it has not been activated. But my repeated visit to the store after about month they asked me that your application is rejected due to photograph size. But my barcode showned redeemed. They told me that they apply for whitelist but sorry to say still it has not been whitelisted. Whenever i go there they ask it will take time another 7days. Plz do something. My contact no. I purchase lyf flame8 mobil on dated 06/09/2016 from cell spot, raigarh bill no. 2350 bearing imei1: [protected] and imei2 : [protected] and provided free jio sim iccid[protected], imsi : [protected].
I submitted documents for activation of the sim. Massage received from jio and given no. [protected] on my alternate no. [protected].
As no jio signal appeared at lyf mobile after placing sim in slot 1.
I approched to the jio care at raigarh but till dated not resolved.
Also not given answer what to do?
