My name is RAHUL Chaturvedi.My jio no is [protected]. I lives in morena Madhya Pradesh.From last few days I m not getting any speed in my jio mobile as I m using Lyf flame 1 set along with the sim.help me a n resolving my problem. My alternate no are [protected]

I have already visited the nearest jio cust centre but they are unable to help me out.

Team jio i brought my jio sim on 29/8/2016 .then after like 7 or 8 day later i recieved a message from jio saying(thankyou for choosing jio etc etc) then i called[protected] from my vodafone sim then they told they will send another message in 48 hours then i can activate my jio sim .But now its 5 days but i didnt recieved any message and my brother took a sim on 3/9/2016 and his sim is activited .please team jio activate my jio sim as soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam,

i stay in devlali, nasik pin 422401 their is digital express store at deolali plaza, i have generated my pin appox 15 days before and i am continuously going to store as per discussion with person working there.

He always says sim is not available come again later whereas he has issued sim to 2 persons who seems to be his relative in front of me.

I say if the sim is for family, friends & employees of digital express then dont put advertisement in tv. This is humiliating if you cannot provide sim then why is advertisement for.

I pray to god jio will shut down same as reliance fresh and reliance cdma if attitude is this way.

Dear sir, I got reliance jio sim card with no.[protected] twelve days ago but not activated till now. I have provided Xiaomi Mi 4i Bill copy, two photo, one colored scanned copy of aadhar card, photo copy of pan card to distributor ( rajesh lakhwani mobile shop, old bus stop, pali- rajasthan ).My offer coupon code is-[protected], alternate contact no. Is-[protected]. I had not received any message for televerification. Please activate the sim.

i was very happy when i bought LYF mobile with JIO card because i want to enjoy fully 4G, in started it was like best, but after sometime my speed disgracing like finishing petttrol from bike tank. now it seems like 2G and sometime i using 2G instade of 4G cause its give ma mind peace, more thing is i cant connect to customer care also. always coming busy line. dmmmmmmmmmmmm bad start with 4G.

I got a sim from jio office which is situated in gharaunda on 26 August. My id was rejected but when I went over there to ask about activation process then they straightly said I am not going to activate ur sim even I have Samsung 4g lte phn. My jio no is [protected]. Sir please helpe to activate my sim and take action to the staff members.

I have applied for Jio Sim in your Reliance digital store, Aggarwal funcity mall(Laxmi nagar), Delhi and I don't receive a sim. I approached your office representative and he said though people who applied for the sim has already received their connection, they were not able to inform me what happened to my connection and when I approached them they said my coupon has been already redeemed. I have confirmed to them I haven't given the code to anyone. But I regret to inform you that, their response was very disappointing and said I can take back my application and they cannot do anything on this.
I request you to intervene in this issue to find out who has redeemed my coupen. I am sure, your latest system can easily find out that information.
I also request you to solve this issue at your earliest convenience.

As i havent received any update after that, i have approached your office representative on 8th. He said though people who applied on 3rd september has already received their connection, they were not able to inform me what happened to my connection. Dear sir i have a jio sim no[protected] sim.the sim is active on dated, 06/09/2016.but today about 10o clock the sim is not working or not coming network.i am very puzzled. I went lodhipur care center. And meet gagan jio worker. And told about problem.he denied that he cannot help.so please my complained is noted and send my problem to tecnician and solved it. Sir my sim [protected] is activated on 8 September and I got only 2GB net pack and 100 minutes voice calls sir please activate unlimited Internet data and voice call on this number [protected] and my alternative number is [protected] I also call to customer care number but they were not attend my call yesterday I call on care number about 1 hour and 15 minutes continously but they not pick the phones

I have purchased lyf phone and got a jio sim by it from the reliance mini digital store sarojini nagar New Delhi. I had submitted all the required documents I.e, aadhar card xerox, 1 photograph on 26 august.I was told that my sim would be activated in 4-5 days. But till now it has not been activated. I have not received any activation message on these number. Please take action for it.

I m a jio sim user.. And the experience is really bad.. Its promises to provide us with 4g network .. But ..sorry.. Its not even giving a 2G speed..
And even the calling system has a problem..
We cant call in once.. It shows call failure or engage...
We have to keep on calling.. Then the bell rings ..
In all this sim is of no use to us..
I m really dissatisfied ..

My pin code 522439. Dear sir, signal strength at my home is a single signal or zero signal. I go outside of home to find out signals but I get one or two signals. Finally I have surveyed whole village.
There are many people using jio network but facing the same problem.

Jio sim is selling for rs200 out of reliance stores. How the sims r gone out frm stores .place is in vijayawada, andhrapradesh nd they are not accepting the port the number to jio. They r saying still we dont. But in website they said mnp process started to jio.. they sending back customers... is still they r saying no mnp services started.. help me

I bought jio sim card at 1st September from my institution at Shegaon, Maharashtra. All the required documents along with my passport sized photos were submitted as per the requirement. The document that I submitted was my Aadhar card. The person who was selling the sim card told me that I will receive 2 activation messages on my registered mobile number within 48 hours. After 4 or 5 days I called the jio customer care and discussed about the messages that I didn't receive on my registered phone number. I was then told that all my submitted documents were proper and I will receive the message in next 48 hours. And then an apology was asked from the other end of the call. Now it is 9th September I.e. 8 days after purchasing the sim card and my sim card is still not activated. Kindly tell me what action shall I take against you?

This is to inform my fellow Indian brothers and sisters, Please don't invest in reliance jio offer. Airtel 50/gb is reliable, economic and atleast considerate of customer issues.
I have purchased a lyf flame smartphone wih a jio sim no.[protected] on 23rd september and the sim hasn't been activated for the last 15 days and i've given up calling customer care and making numerous visits to the retailer and the jio centre. The customer care email cries of an overwhelming response that has caught them off gaurd, and the phone number is always on answering machine waiting to connect to the jio operator forever. Jio executives at the centre explain that my id has been accepted but I have to wait much longer before the sim is activated, because they are overloaded with backlogs. Ever wondered how a much smaller company like airtel handles all the workload without pissingoff customers may be FI/FO is the way to go.
I have been patient all along but I would advise you all to take a pass on this highly enticing offer, to save yourself from weeks of troubles. Instead recharge your airtel with 1500 and stay with an experienced company for your data needs.

We Are Sending this Message From Hyderabad.In Reliance Digital expreess .They Dont Give us full Information about Reliance JIO SIMs .when we went to their with BarCode And AAdhar Card they told us we have Only Limited sims.those are already over . So we can not provide Any sims right now and we will give you Tokens when that tokens are came and we can provide Only 30 sims per day at 10:30 to 11:30 and you can visit us mentioned Time in tokens then that time only we will give you the sim.This is happend.So please provide us More JIO SIMs and The People were Struggled So much.

Hello my name is amit mahor resident of jhansi uttar pradesh india.
i have a certain issue regarding the reliance jio sim which they have been offered at the time of sim activation that they will provide unlimited access over 4g for three months at free of cost. now they have just changed the welcome offer into 4gb/day without giving any intimation against the connection.
this is legally violating the offer which they have given to me. and by the meantime now i'm raising this complaint on the basis of this fraud act by the company.

please provide me a better solution and a relevant clarification, thanks and regards.
