    Dear sir,

    I bought relianec jio on 20th august from a their outlet at venus nagar, chennai 99. Till date it has not been connected.

    Their customer care number is not available all the time ([protected]). Twice i managed to reach them and registered a complaint. The last complaint number us sr0000015l2z.

    I called up the reliance outlet which is also very difficult to reach. Managed to speak to kalai who is responsible for this activity. But no results.

    I want this to be escalated but there is no one or there is no mechanism to resolve this problem.

        Respected mam/sir, i am from begusarai (Bihar) i would like to inform you that i bought jio sim on 21st aug 2016 (Sunday) from digital xpress joo office begusarai (Bihar). My code is [protected]. I visited daily store for active sim but they are not giving response. If they are not giving proper response then why they are providing sim. Kindly look into this issue because lots misbehave by support team & i tried to connect customer care of reliance jio but they are not reachable.           I purchased a new Jio SIM on 27August. Jio sim no [protected]nd i got this message on same day 27 August:

          Dear Customer,
          Thank you for choosing Jio. We have received your application for new connection. and given a customer ID no..
          Thank you,
          Team Jio

          Its more than 10 days now and Connection is still not activated.
          And no further communication from them.
          Whenever I contacted to JIO customer care. They given me a time period of 48 Hrs. but all in vain.

          And Reliance DX store is also Charged Rs. 300.00 for giving a new JIO sim, and early activation. But till today 05.09.16 JIO SIM is not activated.

              From reliancedigital store, @ 4.00 pm yesterday, submitted photos
              With aadhar card. I was told that the sim will be activated
              Within 24 hrs but not activated till now. Today in day time, i
              Complaint in customercare no. Two times, but still the same.In past,
              I always felt negleted for reliance services, this time also same
              Thing is happening. Reliance will always remain as reliance with
              Customer support, no matter it becomes jio or something else.

                A person using Jio sim has been using the sim for all wrong purposes such as prank calls n constantly troubling one of my friends with calls and invalid messages.
                It's a great move what reliance has initiated towards digital India.
                But it should have been to restricted users such as farmers n people who really require it.
                Giving a complaint to the police is not yet a solution because of the late response n Jio being a new inclusion.
                So why not give our own treatment
                Am sharing the number who has been pranking.

                          This is Ankush Nain, I bought JIO sim card on 26th august 2016 form “Reliance Digital Xpress Mini”
                          D-175, Maharaja Agarsen Marg, Block C, Kamla Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110007

                          Almost 9 days crossed, till now my sim card was not activated, I approached the above mentioned “reliance digital xpress mini stores” many times. But I didn’t receive proper response from them. They are not even considering to check my CAF form Status. I never seen such service from other service providers. Normally sim card will be activated within 4 hours. I understand due to high demand it may take some time. But 8-10 days is not normal. I’m a fan of JIO but due to this service am really frustrated, My main concern is why the reliance retailer not able to check the CAF status or not able help me in this card activation.

                          I have provided MY JIO SIM card details for your reference. I want it to be activated ASAP. Else help me to get back my address proofs details.

                          Note: So far i didnt receive any email or communication regarding the sim activation.

                            Respected sir or ma'am,
                            I would like to inform you that Jio seems are being sold in black. I went to a xpress mini store today to get my sim. It was a queue and when my number came, I was told to write down my name and phone number so they could give me another date to claim my sim. Upon asking, they said that they don't have sims right now. Further, while leaving disappointed, a man(who is actually from a local recharge shop near my house) came and handed a bunch of papers and some cash to the jio employee and exchanged it with about 40-50 jio sims. Upon askin by me and several other who were witness, jio employee said that they're to be sent to other xpress store and we cannot get it. I knew that man wasn't from xpress store. I came back and went directly to recharge shop and asked for the sim. He said that he could give me sim by the next day for 500/sim.. Response from jio team needed and these corrupt people must be punished.. hope you'll take actions against it.

Assam...the workers of jio office...give partiality to apply jio sim...i round to jio office everyday..they give different reasons everyday...today(3/9/16)..they say shortage of applications froms...but they provide form...to their known person...silently...some of them take bride...if i wrong check cctv photage of above mentioned day.

                                I have a j2 mobile and i have generated code and got a sim card from the local samsung store unfortunatelly i got fancy number(randomly tacken).
                                after 24hrs. as it is a fancy number the store people said it will be not activated as it is a fancy number and in order to activate it we need to pay ammount of rs:7000. i have directly tacken the sim card to the main jio office in my locality (chirala head office pincode:523155).. Unfortunately here i met head of the jio(Reliance) office.. and sir called to the samsung store immediately and they called me back to their store back and forced me to return the sim and they say that they want the sim for their personal use..
                                and i have again contacted the reliance office head in chirala he said not to give sim card to them and requested to give sim to sir so that he can activate the sim later..
                                still now no action made by the sir too.. he says as the form is with the store people we are not suppose to activate the sim card and he says that the sim is with him safely..

                                  myself Pradeep Kumar, my contact no. is [protected], i am using MI mobile Dual SIM whose IMEI no.-[protected] & [protected]. Few days before i generate a BarCode whose Coupon Code is: [protected], through MyJio Andriod App.
                                  But Today when i go to get the sim at your Digital Store (milap nagar, uttam nagar delhi) your customer support executive told me that your Barcode is already redeemed and invalid .
                                  I told them how can the code is reedemed even i not share it with anyone.They reply me to call jio toll free no.[protected], I call that no. they ask me my IMEI No. and they also told me that your code is redeemed.But not able to tell how and Who redeemed my Coupon code.
                                  Dear sir/madam kindly resolve my problem how can i get Jio SIM under these circumstances, and some strict action is taken against the person who misuse my Barcode . kindly block his/her Jio SIM issued on my Barcode no.
                                  I will be waiting for your response.and i hope i will my jio sim soon.
