First of all i purchased a new handset of reliance lyf flame 7 on 16/08/2016 the battery of the phone on the very same date giving me the problem when i called customer care next day they said i have to go to service centre which is approx 10-15 kms from my home, secondly sim which i got with with handset saying 90 days unlimited net nd calls nd sms is totally a fraud which by 20/08/2016 i didn't get anything except 2gb of net nd 100 mins...

Sir mara na vibhor agarwal hai mai meerut u. P ka rahana wala ho. Mara mobile no. S [protected]. Hai mana lyf ka phone purchase kiya uska sath sim no. S apni pasand ka liya that company wala na no. S change kar ka [protected] active kar diya or marasa 2 bar i'd la li or 15 din ho gaya sim bhi nahi diya or kaha data hai ki staff nahi aya lana gaya to bhi nahi da raha mana costumer care pa compliant kari phone bhi aya par koi fayada nahi hai....

I have to perches my lyf wind 1 model no-lyf ls-5010 wind 1 black 8 gb last month but within 2 or three days my mobile not working properly and now last 20 days my mobile is totally dead. Sir when i complaint at service center of lyf bareilly care they take my set and after 2 and three hour they said that your set is tempered and its not reaper. When how i open or reaper my mobile in market when i have 2 year warty...

I have a jio SIM on 12- Aug.
But till today SIM is not activated.
Middle of week I called to complaints and he give a no SR000000W51X.
What I do now? Contune with JIO or simply reject the SIM...

Is root ki sabhi lines abhi vyast hai pls try after some tim. Internet speed is also worse download speed is 1.6 mb per sec.

And this types of problem i am facing again and again

This is the most disgusting service provider ever seen in the history of telecom industry !! Giving jio sim for unlimited data service for three months and block the service in less than 60 hours and 2gb usage of data service. They are giving wrong committments to the customer with greedy advertisements and making misuse of customers huge amount of money paid to the distributors as nothing is in the hands of distributors or agents related...

Sir i bought wind4 on 10/06/2016 at retail counter in rohtak since this date the set is defective i submit it to service centre at many times but after 2 days same problem of auto shut down is coming at last i complaint it on customer care on phone on 08/08/2016 complaint no is 20305841 but sir i contact many time but no response at last i again submit the whole box to service centre sir please look in to this matter detail of sets are following...

I bought a LYF flame 6 mobile on which i am unable to use internet due to very bad INTERNET speed. Company only make promise of giving 4G INTERNET speed, but when i bought i realise that reliance jio company making us fool only. Reliance gio company only promise to give 4G net speed but actually they making us fool because i m complaining since 2 days ago but no action taken yet....

I bought reliance lyf set with Jio sim with a written promise of 3 months of.free unlimited 4G speed internet and free unlimited calling..and its just have been a month. And I wasn't able to make any call from day 1. Dear Reliance Jio

I bought LYF handset with unlimited internet facility so that i can learn things from internet. But your pathetic service and poor net speed has made me sick. Very often internet speed is so poor that you can't open a normal webpage. I tried to call customer care many times and my call was not attended. Once i got lucky and my call was answered but unfortunately my call was deliberately ended without any solution....

I buy flame 1 mobile phone on 5th august but its not working from that day
& care executive are not able to repair & they are not ready to replace it...

For last 12 days i am facing n/w issue in my location. I have logged a complaint (SR000000EQD9) and no one ever bothered to response on that. When requested customer care to provide and update and provide me the contact details for escalation, they simply ask to wait for some days. If the can not handle such small number of complaints with limited user base, how do they goona manage in future. A truly poor n/w and worst customer care....

Hii sir/mam, this is vinod I'm an android developer and I want your sim for testing speed but I own Redmi Note 3. I know you have removed the glitch but somehow I managed to get barcode yesterday after so much hardwork. Now store manager is not providing me sim, they are asking for lyf or Samsung phone. It's not my fault but yours that your updated app still can be used to get barcode. I have my barcode I want my sim, your technical problem...

I am not getting a remarkable speed of 4g. it seems that i am still using 2g or 3g. i am getting a max speed of 200kbps and a cannot make a call too. whenever i try to connect to internet either it starts with a low speed or it doesn't connect to the internet. i am facing this problem from many days. please kindly get solution as fast as u can.

Chlo thik hai muje mna kr diya but uske pehchan mein koi ladies use choice ka no. de diya yeh kha ki insaniyat hai
Apne pehchan ko toh dete hai
Dusro ko mna krte hai
Yeh acchi bt nhi hai
Aur galat salat bais krne lga...

I purchased a wind 5 lyf mobile set from reliance digital xpress mini shop no. 11 gandhi nagar ghaziabad on[protected]. they give me set and sim mobile no. [protected]. after televerification no. started working on next day saying that it is an unlimited plan. but unfortunately after two days after getting 2 gb exhausted, data is not working. i have visited the same store, they are not rectifying the problem.

t Jio sim coupen code after downloding Jio apps. But your office refusing to give me Jio sim card on reason of you have not given permission to issue Jio sim for Lenovo K3 Note. Pl. Do needful and be helpful by giving me Jio sim card & activate the same immediately.
