As i had made recharge of rs 1559 to jio number [protected] my amount deducted from my account to reliance jio compay but recharge do not reflect and so there after 2 hour i have made another recharge of rs 205 in same number it processed sussceful so what about my 1559 rs recharge

    I have booked Jio fiber connection on 02/02/2022 and theyscheduled the installation on 06/02/2022, it has not been installed until today even after frequent calls to the sales representative, The KYC representative being a person named Yash Bhatnagar, I had paid 1500 as security deposit.

      It is to intimate that after several complaints registered with Jio Fiber on the connection [protected] no resolution provided by the company on lost internet signal from 3rd february 2022. The request id is SR000018OBJJ that was generated on 3rd february after taking guidance on jio care customer support but resolution was not provided till date.

      They have closed the complaint without resolving the problem. What kind of service are they providing? My plan validity is going to expire without using the service of jio fiber

        Three to four months back based on the option in JIO app, i had visited the jio Sion store to change ownership rights from myself to my son as mentioned in the app . In the store i was informed, provision is not there, I called the customer care they told me to try another store, which i did i visited Antop hill branch of the jio store, there as well they told me its not possible, i cqlled customer care from there itself from both sion store and antop hill store, and they argued but the issue was not resolved . so i contact the appellate email id and contact number, at first i was told to go to Dadar Ranade road store there they are transferrign it i went there as well and they told me its not available now the back end team is working on it and asked me to contact them after one week, after one week i was told its not yet updated, so i contacted the appellate number, now he told me, that option is not available, i explained him its mentioned in the app and read it out to him, he informed me that feature is not available now and suggested to transfer to some other service provider . this is really shocking if you App mentions ownership rights transfer is available for blood relative, why its not being done at the stores . Can you help or at least delete it from the app, i wasted four months following up for this . its highly unprofessional on the part of JIO mobile .
        I hope this is the right forum for this complaint if not then please help and forward to relevant id

            I had a jio postpaid sim, [protected], which I converted into prepaid few months back. I had paid security deposit amount while purchasing postpaid sim. Yesterday I received a message regarding refunding of security deposit amount and I was provided with the link where it was required to submit bank account details. However on opening the link, it says the link is expired. Hence I am unable to get the refund of security deposit.
            So, kindly look into the issue ASAP.

              I cannot under stand this...I pay for something and I not able to get a bill for the same ...

                Respected Authority Members,

                My village has the jio network tower just near like 300-400 m away, but there has been a weak network for many years in the almost entire village, It has become a very hectic issue in terms of communication in my village. I have also raised this issue on many platforms for many years, yet, there was no improvement in the situation. Can you please look into this matter ASAP?

                          Hi Team,

                          I've been with Jio Fiber from 2020 and till date Jio didn't provide the invoice or allow me to download the invoice from Jio App./Website as everytime I get the following error.

                          As a consumer every customer has a right to invoice which isn't shared by Jio.

                          All I need is a confirmation copy of total amount paid from Oct 2020 till date to jio monthly wise split if possible

                                  I have made a recharge on wrong number through myjio app via paytm. I have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number. they are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge but every other telecommunications provider have a process to reverse recharge except jio. I have made a year recharge of Rs2500 and it is not a small amount, and the solution i am getting for the problem is nothing just a sorry.What i am gonna do with a sorry. Then what the hell jio customer care is doing. last time i had same problem with bsnl they have reversed the amount. why jio do not have any solution to this problem reversing my money. This is a very normal problem that can be happen by anyone

                                      Took Jio Fibre connection from sales person Mr. Rohan Tomer of Aditya Mall, JC-4, 4th Floor Indirapuram Jio office in November. His official email id is Rohan.[protected]@ril.com and +[protected] is his contact number. I have all the evidences of the false commitments made to me. I was committed 4-6 months additional free recharges alongwith one additional set up box. I also referred a friend from my floor. But despite all, h HAVE NEITHER RECEIVED ADDITIONAL SET UP BOX NOR FREE RECHARGES. He is not responding and has stopped picking my call. There is no response from him.
