Three to four months back based on the option in JIO app, i had visited the jio Sion store to change ownership rights from myself to my son as mentioned in the app . In the store i was informed, provision is not there, I called the customer care they told me to try another store, which i did i visited Antop hill branch of the jio store, there as well they told me its not possible, i cqlled customer care from there itself from both sion store and antop hill store, and they argued but the issue was not resolved . so i contact the appellate email id and contact number, at first i was told to go to Dadar Ranade road store there they are transferrign it i went there as well and they told me its not available now the back end team is working on it and asked me to contact them after one week, after one week i was told its not yet updated, so i contacted the appellate number, now he told me, that option is not available, i explained him its mentioned in the app and read it out to him, he informed me that feature is not available now and suggested to transfer to some other service provider . this is really shocking if you App mentions ownership rights transfer is available for blood relative, why its not being done at the stores . Can you help or at least delete it from the app, i wasted four months following up for this . its highly unprofessional on the part of JIO mobile .
