    This is extremely dissapointing...i ask your delivery guy to cancel my sim card home delivery, he ask me for the code so i gave it to him..but instead of cancelling the sim the guy is trying to port my number to that sim...when I look at jio app order section..i am shock to see all was left was tele verification...i haven't even verify my documents yet...please solve this issue, cancel the sim immediately..the order Id was 25028818

          I'm a customer of Jio Fiber for more than a year now. When Jio fiber plans were introduced last year, new plans with OTT subscriptions as additional benefits were introduced. There was no communication in any marketing material (or) plan subscription confirmation notifications to customers that, any of the OTT subscription is only an introductory offer and it is timebound.

          Now, after an year, Prime subscription is cancelled, with a new communication that it was an introductory offer and customers need to pay Rs.1499 to renew Prime membership by their own!

          This is a very cheap marketing trick from Jio. This restricted 1year alone free subscription to Prime was never clearly mentioned while recharging or in any marketing material last year. Now, suddenly after the first year is over, this is coming out of the blue.

          Even now, Jio site says Prime membership is applicable for 1 year, but doesn't say anything about it not being valid for existing customers who are more than 1year with Jiofiber = "Bundled Amazon Prime Video subscription is valid for 1 year. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions here for details of Amazon Prime Subscription" (link given takes to Disney Hotstar terms & conditions!!)

          It looks like Jio is simply reneging on their original contract with customers when OTT apps were promoted; now, adding some new terms & conditions without proper notification.

                It very important to see this concern as jio reliance is not following trai rules

                It is not porting out sim to other (bsnl)
                My first UPC code is generated on 6 jan 2022 but jio doesn't proceed it further, as i contacted to both companies donor and accepter that is bsnl
                In bsnl office everything done fine, the had done their work nicely
                But jio is jot processing further and not following trai rule for mnp

                Again i send second UPC request again it delays

                Please help me out it is over 13 days
                But trai fixed 7 days and not more than that

                  Hello, I have booked the jio phone as stated on the website under the jio phone offer 2021 and opted for a 1-year plan for the same plan they are overcharging me in 1999 both by the delivery agent and the jio store located at the website. Upon confirming with customer care I was assured not to charge more than 1499. but to my sadness, the delivery agent is cancelling my order.. please do the needful.

                    I have tried registering my a complaint for service of my jio fiber from 13th january 2021 and today on 16th January 2021, they still say that the engineer would come but there is nobody from their end who is responsible for their negligence act. They aren't fixing the issue and just keep on saying that the engineer would visit.

                    Because of their negligence act, the damage is causing to me. I am unable to work for my office from last three days, I am unable to study properly.
                    This is just a pathetic service from the end of jio fiber and they shall compensate for this behaviour.

                      I am Shibly Meeran using the network of Jio from mobile number [protected]. The complaint is about that I couldn't receive any incoming calls from 06/01/22. Everything was working fine untill 06/01/22. On 06th of January by 10.15am there was a problem that i couldn't receive any incoming calls from any numbers or any network. Hence i called Jio customer care to raise a complaint regarding this issue. Nevertheless they are bothered about the complaint, they often disconnected my call while speaking to them. I somehow managed to raise the complaint by calling customer care repeatedly. They made a service request with service request no. SR00001890N6. After an hour at 2.30pm on06/01/22 when i checked the status of complaint it was showing 'resolved'. So i called my friends to call back to my number to check whether incoming calls are received. They checked and texted me that calls are not reachable to me. Then again i called customer care to escalate this issue. They never bothered about this issue and for name sake they reopened the complaint. The service request was to be resolved on 08/01/22. But till now nothing happened. If i call the customer care they have blocked me in reaching them. As this is my primary number i am helpless that i couldn't receive any incoming calls for the past four days. Such a worse behavioral attitude i experienced with jio. I could'nt port to other network as i have recharge plans pending for about 4500INR. Then i requested for esim change. As i couldn't receive any incoming calls hence the IVR automated calls are not reachable to me. So again on 09/01/22 i called jio customer care to raise service request to cancel the esim request so that i could get a physical sim from jio store. Nevertheless they are bothered about the issue. Till now i couldnt get proper answers. And also they have blocked me from calling to their customer support toll free number also from the numbers which i used to call them. My issue is not resolved yet. If i ask them they are blaming on my handset. If my handset is a problem, i have changed the sim and checked it with four other different handsets but the issue persists. And also they are telling that there is no issue with their network. If there is no issue on their network, how could I receive a call from other numbers on 10.01.2022 at 12.07am and be blocked to receive incoming calls at a later stage on 10.01.22. They are not accepting their technical glitches. Unwantedly they blame a customer who is in their network for the past five years. As per their statement, they say that there is a VoLTE issue in my handset. If VoLTE is an issue, i have checked the sim with different handsets but nothing worked out. The behavioural attitude of customer support representative are horrible. They have also rejected my service request no: SR00001890N6 stating that there is no issue on their network. If i ask to reopen the issue they deny it and are lethargic to solve an issue for a customer who is suffering for a week without receiving incoming calls. I kindly request to take necessary action on jio to get back the money i have spent for recharges as i would better port to other network to get uninterrupted calls to my number. Still I couldn't receive any proper resolution even after complaining to customer support representative and i also escalated the complaint but everything is in vain. I need the compensation from jio as per TRAI rules. A network disruption issue must be solved within 3 days as per TRAI rules and regulations. But the customer support of Jio is highly lethargic. Kindly do the needful. Entirely frauds are sitting in Jio as appellate authority and also as customer service representative. I raised three service request from Jan6th for unable to receive calls. None has been answered or resolved yet and all request are closed stating that their network is functioning properly and there is no technical issues on them. I request TRAI to take immediate action on this and get a proper resolution for me and I have also approached the consumer court for the losses I’m facing. If TRAI fails to do, I’ll include even TRAI as respondent in the case. I even purchased a new physical sim card on 15th Jan 2022 and also changed the handset as per Jio's high level of stupidity ideas but same problem persists. For reference i registered three service request to jio SR000018BU8P-SR00001890N6-SR000018CMCH which are closed without resolving the issue and stating a high level of stupidity resolution that to change the handset as i have already changed the handset a week ago.

                        This is my last option because i tried lots of time for this issue.
                        I belongs from a rural area name Devidhura distt- champawat, i don't know i choose correct platform for my complaint but i tried in customer care service for my problem every time the gives time for resolve but nothing happend. In current situation everything done in online platform like classes courses but i am not able to attend it properly. I only want if this consumer care can do anything regarding my problem that i will thankful for you.

                              I switched from jio prepaid to jio postpaid on 11th january 2022 my unbilled amount was showing on 14th january i called customer care at 13:52 pm, your employee was not able to give correct information, after that he Holding the call saying to transfer the call to the senior, after that nobody talk to me. After 46 minutes I had to disconnect the call after getting upset.

                                I've disconnected my Jio postpaid over a month ago & was assured that my refund would be processed with a week. Till date its been a month & I am still waiting for the refund & as per Customer care team the request is being validated for a month now. Please raise this concern with JIO & SR000017X7AJ.

                                    On October postpaid bill the amount of 847 was charged for 1yr Amazon prime. And prime was activated.next month bill was paid bit 2 days late.so Jio has disconnected prime also..After that the bill was cleared and asking the Jio team to activate the Amazon prime.they are telling to contact Amazon only..As spoke with Amazon, they require partner I'd from Jio to activate. It's Jio who has disconnected prime is neither providing partner id or activating prime. From December trying to contact but no one is responding. Kindly activate my prime or please refund my amount paid

                                      As a Common people of this country, we can not afford this kind of costly recharge per month.
                                      So for the welfare of Common indian citizen please minimize the recharge rate to old one.
