      Respected Head of the Department,

      Myself C Venkata Raja Reddy, Aged about 80 years residing at door # 216, 2nd main road, Singayanapalya, Mahadevapura post, Bangalore 560048 write this complaint with regards to an installation of Jio Tower by Mr. B S Reddy in our neighborhood. The installation is being fixed on the 6th Floor of his building which is in and around other residential properties including mine.

      I have the following concerns:

      - There is no approval grant from BBMP.
      - The residential area is exposed to high radiation from the tower and harmful to me all the residents staying in and around.
      - Also during heavy rain / storm we fear the tower might crash into neighboring building one of it is owned by me.

      I request you to kindly help investigate this at the earliest and help to avoid the installation of the tower in a residential area. Supporting images attached for your reference.

          I apply for a job for Loss Prevention Manager before month .When I clear written test now when I give interview in jio career app it shows Jio career app stopped when I confirm for that job they said me some one has joined the job how it is possible they have to call me for interview then they have to select suitable candidate for the job sir look into matter because in future there will be fair selection

            I requested for a cancellation of services on 12th dec and
            I have been unable to return the jio device - modem, 4th, adapter etc till date - 21 dec.
            As neither the service engineer comes to collect it nor am i suggested a jio store near my place to visit and return. It has been more than a week.

            Every time a call/mail comes, there is a standard message, "sorry for the inconvenience caused."

            After shifting my residence, i requested for the disconnection of jio services. - as relocation request was not attended to.

            Every time i get the uninstallation appointment message from jio (Attached sms snapshot), i go to my old residence and wait for the service engineer but no one turns up. After i reach home, i get the message "you were not available to be contacted so please reschedule." (Attached one of the sms snapshot)

            They are not ready to collect from my new location also.

            This has happened multiple times.

            Resolution requested:

            I am not sure how to return the device, which is abs of no use to me.
            And i would like my deposit amt to be refunded.

              wrongly recharged done to Mobile Number:[protected]

              Recharged Amount: Rs.301
              Transcation No: BR00070D4DOY
              Date of transaction: december 18

              I have contacted JIO Customer support. They are not helping with this issue.

              I have Spoken with customer care but no proper response or willingness to help.

              The recharge is for work from home pack
              Refusing to reverse the charge affecting my work.

              Finding very difficult to work.

              Please understand my Situation and reverse the payment.

              I am Jio Customer for last 4 years.

              I am trusting the Jio.

              Hope I will get my refund of my hard earned money which will be of waste if not reversed

              Please check and reverse the payment.

                I recharged today of rupees 229 before the expiration of previous recharge. But I didn't received any sms and also the history doesn't exist on jio. Com. So please solve this issue

                  Dear HDFC Bank,
                  There is showing the amount rupees 1233.90 on hold i.e. related to mirevenue hold through GEFU.. can you explain in details for what kind of this amount has been deducted from my amount without any confirmation. Kindly help to get total deducted amount back to my amount respectively.Thank you.

                    Hi, Due to error at their website my post paid number got recharged when i was recharging my pre-paid number, recharge happened on [protected].

                      We recharge or pay for 4G internet speed and get worse than 2G. I complaint about it several time from the month of July but its December but till now no improvement.

                      Please wake up and do something about it 🙏🙏🙏🙏

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        With reference to the subject matter we would like to bring into your notice that our JIO POSTPAID connection No:[protected] was ported out from JIO on 6th, DEC 2021, which already had a security deposit of Rs.250 under its account.

                        We were assured by JIO representatives that we would receive a link via sms/email to share our Bank Details in order to get the refund of security Deposit and the Link was to be received within a week of disconnection.

                        But 7days have passed and we haven't received any link from their end.
                        Upon contacting customer care they just keep repeating the same thing that you will get the link soon but they are just making false promises.

                        We request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                          I recharged my jio number for the 239₹ plan. Even though I got the message in my mobile confirming the plan and jio app showing my new plan, the data connection is not activated. Please correct this immediately. I am a work from home IT professional, I need this plan. So help me please.

                            My complain is regarding network disconnection Jio. I tried to reach them through there Jio app and try to talk but they are responding like the issue will resolve in 24 hours. As there is a JIO internet issue, I had raised tickets
                            SR000017TZRH and SR000017UR80 with help of JIO support team.
                            JIO technician Mr. Sarvesh (+91-[protected]) visited the location demanded Bribe to fix the issue, as I had refused to give an amount so they might be closing tickets as resolved.
                            It has been more than 72 hours since the issue was not resolved but the ticket status is showing as closed.
                            As I have raised request " SR000017V1B2" for cancellation and no one contacted me from JIO support.
                            It has been more than 48 hours since the issue was not resolved.
                            It's been almost 4 days I have been facing the problem and trying to reach them but no response

                                I paid Jio Security deposite amount of Rs. 750 when I joined Jio in Jan 2021 and on 31st Oct my number was converted from Postpaid to Prepaid on my request at that time I paid outstanding due amount (429.77 Rs.) at Jio store and then they promised me that Security deposite Refund will be given to account so on 3rd Dec they only provided the Security deposit Refund of 317.93 Rs. Out of 750 Rs. Now I have sent many mails to them, no satisfactory answer is coming from their end, please help me for getting full refund from Jio.

                                    Hi,
                                    Today a technician from Jio visited my ground-floor neighbour to fix their connection. The way to terrace goes from inside my house, so I allowed him to go upstairs and fix but just after he left I checked that he broke my internet connection instead. I took his contact number from the neighbour and called him ASAP but the technician just disconnected and stopped picking up my call.

                                    On raising a complaint at 2:00 pm on 9/12/21 I was promised a technician visit by 8:00 pm same day. Later I had to take leave from office for the rest of the day because of broken internet.

                                    By the evening, I came to know that the technician now will visit next day at 4:30 pm on 10/12/21 instead. Means I need to take another leave for whole day.

                                    This is pure irresponsible behaviour by the technicians and the company as well.

                                    I am so much agitated right now, which internet connection to pick.
                                    All are the same and irresponsible.

                                      I got a message from [protected] telling me that my kyc documents submitted for jio phone connection has expired .when i called the above mentioned number i was asked to install teamviewer so that they can help me with resubmission of kyc documents.i refused to do so and then he started abusing me .kindly look into the issue so that other people do not fall prey to such frauds.

                                        I am facing major problem with my internet connection poor/ loses connection no connectivity at all. I am facing this problem for last 4-5 days. I am a software professional so most of my work is online, for that, I require a good internet connection. Based on my current plan, this problem should not even exist.
