I recharged my jio for 98 rupees yesterday sep- 14 from another number. But it is not activated until now sep-15... I didnt get any messages from the network provider too...

I took new connection on 7th sep 2021 with 1500 rs and it never worked since installation, even after lot of requests and pain, service was not provided to me. Now I raised a request to close the connection which is not being addressed. I want the connection to be terminated as soon as possible and provide my refund.

Today I recharge the jio mobile [protected] for Rs399 but it can't recharge .you deducted the amount Rs405. but not get conformation message for recharge.. kindly rectify the problem very soon.....

I got my jio fiber installed on 30-June-2021 and the internet speed was slow, so I decided to return the item. The return was initiated on 17-July-2021 and jio fiber took all their belongings on 25-July-2021. The jio fiber team said that if you cancel the plan within 30 days, all of your money will be refunded. I've been calling them since 17-July-2021, and every time I would call them, they say that my refund would be credited in 1-4 days....

I had recharged my JIO number for Rs 98 plan (1.5GB data/day) on 12th September 2021 via phonepe. Despite receiving the message that transaction was successful and also despite the money being deducted from my account, THE SERVICE HAS STILL NOT YET BEEN ACTIVATED and I am unable to use the mobile data. Please resolve the issue immediately

They even don't hesitate to lie on customer support talk. The technician on call says i have registered your complaint. I waited for 1 day and not received any text message or mail regarding it. During the installation on 15th September 2020 the Jio team charged me 1500 rupees as a security deposit in accordance with the installation policy. After the installation I asked the team if there were any hidden charges or any extras that needs to be paid. I have been facing connectivity issues since 30th of august. I have raised a service ticket 6 times so far and your technical/engineer has never visited or even contacted me even once since 30th of August. I have contacted Jio more than 30 times in the last one week- both on chat and on call! I understand the pandemic situation and the least I expect is a 48 hour resolution but not at the cost of a lying engineer.

I have opened my data on 6:02 am and after 2 minute i got the message of 50% usage then after 2 minute later I got 90% uasge message and then all of sudden I got message of 100% message . How can i usage my 1.5gb without using this is ridiculous I m using jio from 5 years. That's how you satisfy your customers. You have to restore my data or i have to use my rights by going to consumer court and defame your policies.....

I am constantly facing network issue in my area and have made multiple complaints regarding the same, but not even single time have I received satisfactory answer. This is within the heart of the city and not some outskirts where network issue should happen. Dear Sir/Madam,

I cancelled my Jio fiber connection on the 17th July 2021. Their people came to my house to pick up the modem and set top box on the 25th July 2021 for which I even got a OTP from this scam company to verify my bank account details. They told me in 7-14 working days i would get my refund.
It has been more than 30 working days, in other words a month and a half and no one in this company seems to want...
