I have installed jio fibre on 02.10.2021. It has stopped working the very next day i.e. 3rd october. In the last 4 days, I have used ebery possible way to connect to jio fibre support team . However, neither the complaint is registered nor any response is given to the complaint. I have already paid 6 months advance. I have been told that I can discontinue in the firat month, which would be trial period. I have faced sooo much trouble in the firat week itself. Nobody from the jio fibre team is coming to resolve the issue.
