I have a query regarding the subjected service ID.
I had requested an uninstallation of my JioFibre device.
Scheduled order number was : CO0000DASNJM
Device was picked up on 16th Aug 2021
Engineer visited my location, picked my device and requested for OTP.
I checked my registered number for OTP, but found some issues with my Information.
My name was wrongly spelled as Rajan Sharmabr...

We have three Jio numbers in my home in Vyttila, Ernakulam. But no range inside home in any of the room and very feeble range outside room. Kindly resolve the issue. Pin-682019....

I have not received jio fiber refund amount from last 2months.
I have returned instrument on 2nd July.I have not received amount.

I have recharged jio sim for Rs 149 24days Plan through google pay. Money has been deducted from my account. The payment was also successful. However I have not got the recharge. No confirmation message received. Attaching the screenshot and id. Kindly rectify at the earliest....

I recharged Rs. 555/- in my jio phone no. [protected] on 23/06/2021 at 10: 00 pm through my jio app and used sbi netbanking via inb avenue but amount deducted and recharge was not successful. SBI told that they have done transaction successfully but jio told that no money is received this transaction was unsuccessful. 3 months gone and I am not getting my money back...

I am recharged my jio mo no. [protected] at 9 am today with Rs 149. But till at evening 8 pm my phone is not recharged. Please recharged hurrily, otherwise I will go to consumer court for Rs 149 plan....

I would like to inform you that I am Abdul Shamad and my Jio number is [protected]. I have paid 199 rs. for internet on 30/08/2021 at around 10 O' clock. My recharge was not successfully and in my phonepe it is showing recharge successful. Kindly do the needful....

I have made payment for jio recharge through Google pay for Rs 555
Amount have been debited but recharge is not done
I request for refund of money...

Complete misrepresentation of facts
My Jio postpaid number was cancelled by Jio on 27-Aug without any prior consent nor intimation by your customer or Jio.
Infact, my Jio postpaid was retained on 18-Aug with the retention confirmation given to the customer and a promise of resolving all pending issues.
None of the pending issues raised for more than 1 month repeatedly have been resolved...

Hello,

I have recharged a wrong number [[protected]] instead of the right number [[protected]] via Amazon, reference number is [[protected]].

I have recharged the ₹599 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

I am jio consumer from jio started last 7 days its speed is too bad in my locality, in my house their is very duel downloading speed i can share with you, i called on toll free jio customer care but they refused to note my complaint that their is complaint in whole uttar pradesh

I done recharge of 598 on 27th august 2021 transaction is successful... amount got deducted but jio app not showing this recharge ...transaction reference number[protected]...

By mistake I chose a wrong plan and recharged for an amount of 1299, which is not yet activated. In order to cancel the same and get refund, called their customer service and everyone rerouting the call with different number and I am not getting the result. I need a refund by cancelling the plan.

Now it's like jio team forcing customer to use whatever they did by mistake and recharge again for using the correct one and be patient...

I have discontinued my gigafiber service and applied for the refund but due to mismatch in the bank details refund got cancelled and msg has been sent with the link for updating the bank details but at the time of the entering registered mobile number for generating otp its shows refund not applicable and i am unable to update my bank details...

These people are so mean i am calling regularly to their executive and they don't want to move an inch they want me to travel 10 km and submit the box and fiber...
