Got Jio Fiber Wifi and cable connection disconnected 3-4 months back but didn't receive refund amount yet.Had mailed and called Jio Customer care thousands of times but they say that the issue had been escalated everytime.Had given them my permission to change my bank details from their end and initiate the refund to new bank account in my name as I am unable to update my new bank details, the link provided by Jio Customer care says "Refund Not Applicable".No action has been taken by the higher authority and they are not refunding my money.Please help and return my money back (Rs.2500).

      It’s been 6 days since I registered for jiofibre and paid Rs 2500 for jiofibre and set top box.I keep getting daily appointment for visits by service engineers but they do not visit and keep delaying. When I called them, they keep making excuses saying we will install it in next half hour and so and they do not visit. My order ID is NO0000IWR9OO, registered on[protected] ; 11:06 am

        I have done my jio fiber recharge of ₹1178 on 7th October through my Paytm payment bank. Amount has been deducted from my paytm payment bank but jio is saying that they haven’t received any amount.

          It is to inform you that, i am a reliance jio user from last 4 to 5 years, but i never get satisfactory internet service from reliance jio. Even i do complaint about the poor internet service with the service provider itself but everytime they just give lame reasons and answers. I have got no solution to my problem till date. I now get totally fed up from my service provider.please get my problem a solution, I am hopeful that necessary steps would be taken by you. Thank you.

            I have installed jio fibre on 02.10.2021. It has stopped working the very next day i.e. 3rd october. In the last 4 days, I have used ebery possible way to connect to jio fibre support team . However, neither the complaint is registered nor any response is given to the complaint. I have already paid 6 months advance. I have been told that I can discontinue in the firat month, which would be trial period. I have faced sooo much trouble in the firat week itself. Nobody from the jio fibre team is coming to resolve the issue.

              On 4th of October, at 11:34pm, I tried recharging my jio number Rs.149 using PhonePe. PhonePe confirmed that the number was recharged successfully but it didn't get reflected on my Jio account. I talked with Jio CC and they said they never received any recharge request for that number from PhonePe at that said period. Now both of the companies is juggling me and no one is ready to solve my issue

                Sir hamne jio company se 3 mahine ka daily 2 gb ka net pack dalwaya tha..par company wale hame daily ka 2 gb data nahi date hai..ir upara se hamara data jaldi khatam kar dete hai..ham 10 mint net chalate hai to company wale massage bhej dete hai ki "apne apna daily 2 gb main se 50% use kar liya hai" or uske adhe ghante baad massage ata hai ki "apne apna 90% dat use kar liya hai" jo ki bilkul jhuth hai..ham itna net bhi nahi chlate hai..jitna ye jio wale hamse kaat rahe hai...hamari ap se benti hai ki aap jio valo ko sakhti se pesh aye or hamara jo 1 saal se jo daily ka nuksan ho raha hai uski bharpayi ki jaye

                  I an raju. I have taken a jio fiber connection in january 2021. I have paid rs.1500 as security deposit, which they told me that they will refund it at the time of disconnecting. I have disconnected the jio fiber recently and the technician picked up router and other installed material. He asked me the bank details for refund my deposit and i gave to him. But, I received only rs.500 as refund instead of rs.1500. Please direct them to refund my amount.

                  I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY REPLY FROM THE RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM TILL.
                  According to company’s policy you get full refund only when you file the return request within 30 days of installation, after that you receive only 500 RS

                      I have done a recharge of Rs 98 through phonepe in my jio no . Phonepe Coutomer care told that " Jio has confirmed that the plan is successfully applied" But jio Coutomer care told that they haven't received any such request. Please resolve my solution asap.

                        I had done the recharge for rs 599 on 4th October 2021 for the jio number [protected] through phonepe for which transaction was successful transactionid:NX21100423512503252390621. I did not receive any message regarding the activation of the plan and the present status is inactive. I want this issue to be solved immediately

                          I had recharged my Jio number two dies prior to it's current plans expiry with Rs 349.
                          When it did not give me internet, I recharged it again on the day of expiry for Rs 349(This time with Rs 50 voucher).
                          On both times I got a message from SBI that the payment has been done.
                          But it still shows that I haven't recharged.
                          Please resolve this.

                                  I have recharged my jio number:[protected] with (251 DATA ADD ON PACK) in Oct 4, 11:29 with phonepe wallet but still I not received any benifits on it but in phonepe help support they says jio ha successfully recharged but I didn't received any of it

                                    On 04/10/2021 I recharged my jio number [protected] with rs 149 offer with Phone. The transaction was successful and the transaction I'd is NX21100423371928340636831, but I didn't get any sms of successful recharge. And the recharge is not reflecting on my account yet even after 12+ hours. I tried calling jio customer care but no response from there.What should I do please guide me

                                      Recharge successful but not received

                                      I recharged my Jio number [protected] on 5th of October 2021, 00:15am through paytm app. I recharged of ₹199 plan for 28days, aftwr few minutes the recharge was successful and money was debited from my account but I didn't receive the recharge on the same number. Jio is the worst....

                                      I applied a jon in quicker and i got an confirmation message from jio which they assured as a telecaller post. They asked me to send my bio data in a particular number. After i send my resume, they asked me to pay 1000/-as registration fee. It will be refunded in 24 hrs. ( my 2 friends also registered and they also paid the same amount total 3000/-).and they ask me to send an screenshot of payment and then they give an joining letter. When i tried to open the letter it consist of passwords which the company knows. When i inform about the password they said that we have to pay an amount of 3000/- each (total 9000) and here also they assured that these amount also refunded within 40 mits. They give an identity as confirmation(they provide an photo id name Mandeep which is framed in jio cover). Thus we believe and snd the money(now totally 12000/- credited to their a/c). After that we ask for our password, but they told that they will give only @ night. We continuously called and messaged them but they didn't answer and they switched off their phones. Always they were saying to wait only. It's been 2 days then also they didn't refund our money till yet. Then we again pressurize them, they tell to wait 3 to 5 days and after that they didnt answer to the calls & messages. They compelled us bot to call them.
                                      We hope that our money (12000/-) will be refunded after considering this complaint
