Hi, i am new jio user. Getting recommendations about this jio network i decided to give it a try, but i doesn't seem to be worth. Jio has been unduly exhausting my data. Checking up on my DATA USAGE setting it clearly shows 900MB has been used out of 2GB . While CONTRARILY i get messages of being used my 90 % of data . Now i need a clarification of this happening. Or SWITCHING to other networks is always a better pick.🚫

    Esteemed Sir With due respect that we are the Residents of A-230, Rajpark sultanpuri Delhi-110086 Our neighbour has installed some MOBILE TOWER on their roof top. The said Building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, I suppose According to the Mcd Guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas . Also as we all know that It Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s Radiation is very harmful for all. So please Sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. Thanking you - You’re truly. Residents A Block Rajpark sultanpuri

      Jio customer care is refusing to raise a ticket for my issue. When I asked him why, he disconnected the call. I tried emailing through the contact form as well but it asks me to use the chat bot, where my issue isn't listed.

      I had taken a Jio Fiber connection last month. The registration was done in Sep and the installation team came on 30th Sep.

      First, the installation team did not install the connection properly and it caused connectivity issues for quite some time. They had told us that they would come immediately if there was any issue, but they don't answer our calls.

      Second, when I raised a ticket to send an engineer, they kept delaying it as he "did not have time". When i told customer care that I want to terminate the service, only then did the engineer actually come. But he tried to pin the blame on us that it was a voltage issue. He asked us to plug it to a direct power source to fix the issue. He also fixed something in cable box outside our house. When i asked him what it was, he brushed it off. Our router is still plugged in the surge protector but the connectivity is fine now after the engineer fixed the cable box.

      Now comes the issue with the referral. The installation team had told us that apart from the first trial month, we will get an extra free month as our neighbour in the same building had referred us. When we asked him why the expiry date in the Jio app shows as Oct end, he said to not worry and that the second free month will start after Oct end. This free month is also not reflecting for our neighbour who referred us. On calling customer care, they say that they can't do anything about it and refuse to register our complaint.

        Network issue and no resolution

        I have ported from Airtel to Jio in Jan 2021 due to network issues post that till July 2021, there was no issue in Jio. From Aug 2021, there is so much of disturbances in the calls, frequent call drops, wrong messages as out of network coverage or switched off.

        I have raised the complaint of poor reachability and network in my locality & cross talks (vide ref M40000YO3CM dt 24/09/2021)- No action taken

        In our locality jio network service is very bad . due to some complaints to jio care they can't resolve the problem. And also do not increase the freaquency of tower.

          No network of jio when there is no electricity in our village.

          I think this is the issue from the tower of jio where they might not have Inverter when there is no light.

          Kindly resolve this issue of my village

            Reliance Jio is clearly cheating on the mobile data. Currently, I am on the 2GB/day data plan. The mobile data is supposed to reset at 12:00 A.M. everyday. I was doing nothing on my phone at or after 12:00 A.M. But all of a sudden, at 12:03 A.M., I received a message that I have exhausted 50% of my daily quota — that is, 1GB data was gone in just 3 minutes, even though my phone had been untouched. I checked my Jio account on MyJio app and it showed the same — that I had only 990 MB data left!!

            My auto-updates, auto-sync etc. were turned off — I cross-checked. Moreover, no other app was running in the background. I have a data tracker on my phone as well which tells me that only 10 MB data was used between 12:00—12:03 A.M.

            This is clearly a case of cheating the customers!!

              I am using jio sim card in my smarrtphone since last 4 years.The data speed was good to use and browse any website. but since last 15 days I am facing very dull condition of this telecom service. So I have decided to port the telecom company .

                Recently applied and got jiofiber connection and this is the no +91-[protected]

                Installation team did not do proper Installation and with temporary connection setup they ran away. No response on call

                Raised complaint ticket for improper installation and waiting 3 days

                Finally asked them to disconnect my connection and refund my deposit

                This is at chennai, think about service in other cities.

                    Our security deposit of Jio FIBER was supposed to be returned within 14days after pick up of Jio FIBER device (10th September 2021) but it has been a month since then. I even called the customer care 4 -5 times and didn’t get any satisfactory response. I was told refund has been initiated but without any success….

                      Sir, My mobile number[protected] recharged twice - by me and my mrs. 597/- and 555/- each ON 15/10/21 in the evening using phone pe. However the amt is not been credited so far. FUrther Jio voice call says that your phone doesnt have sufficient balance hence unable to make calls.

                      Tried to reach support. No use.
                      Please help.

                            Got Jio Fiber Wifi and cable connection disconnected 3-4 months back but didn't receive refund amount yet.Had mailed and called Jio Customer care thousands of times but they say that the issue had been escalated everytime.Had given them my permission to change my bank details from their end and initiate the refund to new bank account in my name as I am unable to update my new bank details, the link provided by Jio Customer care says "Refund Not Applicable".No action has been taken by the higher authority and they are not refunding my money.Please help and return my money back (Rs.2500).

                                It’s been 6 days since I registered for jiofibre and paid Rs 2500 for jiofibre and set top box.I keep getting daily appointment for visits by service engineers but they do not visit and keep delaying.                                     It is to inform you that, i am a reliance jio user from last 4 to 5 years, but i never get satisfactory internet service from reliance jio. Even i do complaint about the poor internet service with the service provider itself but everytime they just give lame reasons and answers. I have got no solution to my problem till date. I now get totally fed up from my service provider.please get my problem a solution, I am hopeful that necessary steps would be taken by you. Thank you.

                                      I have installed jio fibre on 02.10.2021. It has stopped working the very next day i.e. 3rd october. In the last 4 days, I have used ebery possible way to connect to jio fibre support team . However, neither the complaint is registered nor any response is given to the complaint. I have already paid 6 months advance. I have been told that I can discontinue in the firat month, which would be trial period. I have faced sooo much trouble in the firat week itself. Nobody from the jio fibre team is coming to resolve the issue.
