I applied a jon in quicker and i got an confirmation message from jio which they assured as a telecaller post. They asked me to send my bio data in a particular number. After i send my resume, they asked me to pay 1000/-as registration fee. It will be refunded in 24 hrs. ( my 2 friends also registered and they also paid the same amount total 3000/-).and they ask me to send an screenshot of payment and then they give an joining letter. When i tried to open the letter it consist of passwords which the company knows. When i inform about the password they said that we have to pay an amount of 3000/- each (total 9000) and here also they assured that these amount also refunded within 40 mits. They give an identity as confirmation(they provide an photo id name Mandeep which is framed in jio cover). Thus we believe and snd the money(now totally 12000/- credited to their a/c). After that we ask for our password, but they told that they will give only @ night. We continuously called and messaged them but they didn't answer and they switched off their phones. Always they were saying to wait only. It's been 2 days then also they didn't refund our money till yet. Then we again pressurize them, they tell to wait 3 to 5 days and after that they didnt answer to the calls & messages. They compelled us bot to call them.
We hope that our money (12000/-) will be refunded after considering this complaint

    Disney + hotstar subscription not visible

    I had recharge my mobile no. for annual of Rs. 2599/- before expire of my existing plan. That annual plan includes Jio services as well as Disney + Hotstar subscription. now my exiting plan expired and recharged plan activated but that not showing Disney + Hotstar membership.
    I already complaint registered to jio team but they said that
    "It is sad to know that you are unable to view your Disney+ Hotstar subscription. We regret...

    I'm recharged 249 (per day 2GB ) Plan, but it was renewed every day 12.40 PM. Actually this plan should renew morning but it renews every day afternoon. Due to this issue unable to use plan. Poor support
    Multiple times contacted jio customer service regards my issues there is no solution available with them.

    Someone called me from [protected] he said he is from jio customer service. He asked me to share my mobile screen through anydesk. After sharing he asked me to open myjio app and recharge. I think it's spam call. After I'm asking few questions he cut the call.

      I have complaint many time in jio customer care but they did not solve my problem they always says its normla issue i hava recharge my all 4 jio sim and now we are facing network issue

        My payment is successful but recharge is not reflected. It's been two days but no response from jio. I do have any access to reach customer support. Please help to resolve this issue. I have attached the screenshot of the transaction (transaction id is mentioned) and it is successfully credited to jio yesbank account.

        The attached screenshot gives clear view that amount is credited to jio yes bank account. There is no medium to reach jio customer support to address the issue.

        Kindly check and help to resolve it.

              I call to Jio customer care service to know about ISD pack information, but not received good response from their customer care executive also received text message from jio that thanks for calling to Jio and my call disconnected automatically without any resolutions

                  I have recharged my JIO number on 26th september 2021 for Rs, 251 which has 50GB quota for a validity of 28 days but it says it's in queue. I'm clearly dependent on the network since 'm doing work from home cause of pandemic situations. I tried to reach JIO customer service through various modes but everytime it reached the IVR.. I launched email complaints as well but no response from the concerned mobile network. Cause of this i'm deeply stressed out and it created a bad impression on me in my organization.. I need compensation for my mental stress and for the amount i recharged which is still not reflecting in my account even after 2 days... The details are attached and also can provide the call recordings which reached IVR no matter whatever option i select..

                                Today I am using 281 MB data only but my jio apps fraudly say that I am using 510 MB data and and deduct my MB.And this happen with me from last 6 days regularly I'm not using my whole mobile data but they deduct my all data daily.i want my money back and don't dare to do this again with me.

                                  I've requested to disconnect my Jio Fiber connection ([protected]) which is my name Kartik Bhaskaran. The request was processed on 18th August but nobody has attended it yet. I've followed up with various complaints but no luck so far. I will have to force to break the Jio Box if I don't get a proper resolution.

                                      I'm complaining about no network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village. Whatever support you required we will provide you. We want network installation.
