I've been using Jio Sim from the beginning but in last couple of month I've been notified that my Daily Data is exhausting much much earlier than I expect. At the beginning I thought it's "background app" consuming data . I disable all (most) app from data using in background. I turned the data Saver on every app that has option . But yes still Jio data exhausting.

This is clearly a serious issue . Almost as cheating millions...

I have taken Jio fiber connection for 399 plan and paid amount of 2824.92/- on[protected]. And appointed inatallation date on[protected] at 20:45, on next morning service engineer visited and he has no idea how to give connection and he told another person will come for installation and he left. I requested new jio fiber connection and the Jio person arrived and explained the plans finally collected money as well. Just received the order number and he said installation will be done in 2 days but for the 15days I'm following up with them they don't even care for providing installation. He don't pickup my calls nowadays and he responding in messages that he will do installation today. Same response I received for past 10 days....

While trying to recharge my Jiofibre account using Jio application on 9th Jul 2021, the transaction was showing as failed on Jio app. So I tried to recharge again and it was successful only with third time. But, the recharge amount was deducted from my account for initial 2 recharge attempts as well, even though the jio app was showing as 'transaction failed'. After some time jio app was showing 1 plan as active and 2 recharge plans as queued...

I bought jio postpaid on dec 2020 and changed into prepaid on March 2021. After 60 days didn't got my security deposit refund so I raised a complaint in jio customer service lots of time they simply raise a complaint and asked to me wait for 10 working days. I am using JioFi dongle and facing issue with that. I don't know why suddenly it shows your 2GB data exhausted without using. I am facing this problem many times. It is not at all complaint it is just my fault. Actually I recharged 2 times for the wrong number of 151 and 149 plans to this number [protected] of order IDs CICAgOCsobveNG and CICAgOCs4dnBJQ respectively. Please if possible cancel the order and refund my money....

We have a plot in chandanagar shantinagar, Hyderbad Telengana and while we starting the construction we have observed that the jio fibre pole is erected in between the pathway of our plot and now the construction vehicles are facing problem to enter my plot for construction purpose.

I request to relocate the pole to corner or edge of the plot so that construction work can continue without flaw and in future...

We decided to get Jio Fiber for Internet connection, I guess that’s where we got wrong.
The registration guy came and took 1500 and got us registered. That’s it. He went and never came back . Our installation is still pending.
He was taking my call till yesterday. But now he isn’t doing that either.
All I want is to get my money back.

I recharged my Jio Fiber broadband registered for my number[protected] twice by mistake today 2/07/2021

One with 399 plan -total amount paid after tax-- INR 470.82
One with 699 plan -total amount paid after tax-- INR 824.25

Only one can be activated at one time and both will expire after one month. So I would like to keep plan with amount 824 and would like another one 470 to be refund back...
