Hello My name is Golla Ashwanth on Aug 18/2021 i’ve done a recharge using G-pay the money got deducted and reached jio account but my recharge of 999/- was not done, I work from home and company only provides 1500/- for my Wifi and power already i’ve spent on recharge and bizzare thing is jio not responding on such low transaction

    Jio pole installing people erected jio pole touching.to my property they didn't maintain minimum distance and the wire will pass through my land which is not good. Please relocate the pole by providing minimum distance from my property. Thank you.

      I have requested for the recharge of 98 in my JIO number from My JIO App. I have paid for jio with PayTM but after paying suddenly My Jio app is closed automatically & when i open the app again to check that i get the recharge or not so I have seen that i didn't get the recharge & my amount is deducted from my PayTm Payment Bank. Please Refund My Amount As soon as possible. 2 days passed but I didn't get the recharge or refund so i recharged from a retail store again & recharge was done. But please refund my money that i have paid from PPBL(Paytm Payments Bank) Please Refund Amount of 98/- INR.

            I have migrated to reliance jio when jio entered market. Those days jio was issuing sim cards on biometric and aadhar card verification.
            I have an issue with my sim card now and dropped down to jio store at pincode 585101 area to collect esim with requisite documents. Jio store representatives without any concern of listening to the consumer denied to issue sim card because my date of birth in aadhar card is not matching. There was a discrepancies in my first aadhar issued, hence I have subsequently updated the details through government channel and I have been issued a new aadhar card by the Government of India which jio is not honouring. They are asking me to bring old aadhar card to issue a new sim card. Also, jio wants us to bring original hard copy of aadhar while the world is acknowledging smart and soft copies yet jio still wants us to present original and photocopy for issuing a sim card. My number [protected] is with me since 15+ years and all my bank and other services are linked with this particular contact number. Whether jio will compensate on all this for the losses I suffered for keeping my number under denial of service.

              Sir,
              My area located in mirzapur district, Uttar Pradesh.
              In my area All network issue, but in my village JIO and Airtel tower is working but last 10 days network condition is very bad. Mobile show that no network, we can't use internet nor call any person. My 1 year mobile recharge gone useless .
              Not any mobile customer help us. All jio tower operator are thief, when power cut in my area, network disappeared.

                  I'm asking a question about my data deduction when Mr. Arnab Roy unable to give me the details I said tranfer the call and he disconnect the call...I have to advise the jio team what is the behaviour of a advisor who is taking the salary to help the customer

                    Jio charges me 999 postpaid plus monthly amount inspite of not giving me data services for 3 numbers on a family account. Facing this problem since Sep 2020 and raised ever since then with Jio. All I get is complaint numbers from Jio and no solution to the Jio problem of data not available

                      I had terminated my JIO Fiber connection, the JIO team collected the sattop box and I recived a msg asking me to complete the bank details. I had provided the same and that was comfirm as I received an OTP. This process was done in the month of June 2021. Now it over one and half month I am contantly sending mail to process my refund but they simply asked me that bank datails are not matching and submit the details again. I have submitted the bank details along scanned copies of blank cheque and Pass Book five times but the matter is not yet resolved.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have been facing network issue in my city(Hingoli, Maharashtra)
                        since one month.. There's no network at all...
                        I want to also bring in to your notice that this is not the first time we have faced network failure..
                        Jio-network problem has become very common now a days..Even after the netwrok availability the range is very poor.

                        Who is responsible if we face any emergency in this zero range situation?
                        It's not at all ignorable.

                          I was facing internet interruptions in my Jio Fiber connection due to the damage in the service line from the pole. I raised a complaint through Customer care and informed Mr. Krishna Singh (Assistant Manager) Reliance Jio, Jodhpur, Rajasthan about the matter. And didn't get any positive response from their side. I clearly stated to him that the mainline (thick fiber line) is damaged and the whole pole connections are shut down. But he told (very rudely) that he is not responsible for that, and insisted to call customer care. I requested him to provide the details of the concerned area person, but he clearly denied it. He was the only person who came to my doorstep for providing me a new connection, and that's the reason I was contacting him.

                          Later (after 26hrs. of No service), my mother talked to him to solve the issue ASAP, but instead of providing the solution he misbehaved with my mother and talked very rudely to Her, which is not at all tolerable and I have call recording for the same. I request higher authorities to take necessary disciplinary action against him, this disrespectful behavior with a customer and especially a lady is not at all tolerable.

                            I am facing very poor internet speed from last two years but when I told my problem to customer care they said that he will resolve this problem soon.

                            But they did nothing, only they are lying .
                            Speed of jio 4G is not really 4G is 2G.

                              I have jio Fiber connection at my place and the router is down from the 10 th Aug I have raised a complain also for that. Nothing is resolve yet this is pathetic service I am unable to do my office work this is not acceptable. The SR number was SR[protected]V .
                              Worst service…. From 10 th of August I am struggling to get a update of my issue and it’s not yet solve . Are you guys not understanding the importance of this issue. Is it a joke. Ridiculous.. Disgusted with the service… After that I had a talk with Mr. Vinay Kumar at 3.30 Pm he said that executive will visit the place and resolve with in 1/2 and 1 hrs now I am calling that person to get the update so he is intentionally not picking up my phone and when I am calling from another number he is receiving the call and after hearing my name disconnecting the call. This is the standard of your CUSTOMER service. You guys are 3rd class I am unable to doing my office work from the last 2 days and you guys are playing with me. Pathetic. Ridiculous unprofessional behavior.

                              ### unprofessional employees you guys are hiring those who don’t have any credibility transparency and ability. Even your phone officers too. Shame on you guys.. i don’t have any words to say you more. They are not picking up my phone even now.

                                I recharged My jio number [protected] with Rs. 597 pack, it has a validity of 90 days and it will expire on Nov 3 2021 and it gives a data of 75 GB. Then I recharged my number with another Rs. 151 plan which gives 30gb data and will expire on Sep 10, 2021. Now my 30gb plan is not getting used and the 75gb data is draining. After 30 days my 30gb plan will expire without being used because the 75gb data will be in use unless it is exhausted completely and my money of Rs.151 will be completely wasted. I demand that the data pack with less validity should be used first or to remove such silly recharge plans because in this case its the consumer only who is facing loss and not the company.
                                I called the customer care, it took almost 10 minutes just to get someone on call and in short he said I am writing down this issue and we MIGHT be able to help you. No complaint was note down by the company and no complain number or anything like that was shared with me.

                                    The Broadband CONNECTION NUMBER [protected] is down for over 24 hours. We see constant Red Light on the Router. Have Tried to raise the matter. A complaint number is given, yet no one bother to contact us. The Chat service is horrible. The phone has only options to go to chat.
                                    Very horrible experience. Please fix it ASAP. We plan to drop Jio service for good and get riddance if this is the treatment to the customers at the time of poor service.

                                      I have raised the complaint on 20 July 2021 to take the JIO fiber device and Refund the amount repeatedly to CUSTOMER care and the service engineer Anil RAO [protected] and Sampangi Madhu [protected] but no response. you can track the calls mady by me to jio fiber CUSTOMER care by [protected] no. myJio Fiber no. is [protected]. till date there is no device pick up and no refund. please find the snaps for proof.

                                      Worst n ### service engineers no response . I raised for cancelation on 20 July 2021 till date the service engineer dint come n collect the devices, WHT the hell is doing? Service engineer n CUSTOMER care ppl make false promises.

                                        On August 8th, 2021, Reliance Jio local contractor dig a really big hole around 4.5 feet deep 3x3 size in front of my house and started installing pole for fibre cable without informing and taking permission from us.
                                        Requested them to install pole exactly behind the already installed electric pole or run the cable through electric pole instead of blocking more pathway.
                                        Local contractor came with 7-8 goons and started threating me.

                                        Request to take action against them and install pole exactly behind the already installed electric pole or run the cable through electric pole.
