Sir six sim close Karna hai

Its more than a month now when i deposited my router and services were discontinued almost 45 days ago.

Still i haven't received my security deposit back which should have been transferred 15 days ago or before that.

I am continuously chasing jio fiber team and they haven't done anything yet.

My back details are correct which they earlier confirmed.

I did the recharge on 23rd October 2021 for RS 149 in my Jio number but even after 2hrs didn’t got the recharge amount activated on my number. I verified my bank account through which recharge was done and money seems deducted. Till today I haven’t got the refund for my deducted amount of Rs 149 in my bank account. Finally I did another recharge of same amount and that seems done.
There’s no way we can contact jio customer service and talk to them about issues. There’s only a help chat which has pre defined answers for the customer issues.
I expect refund of my money in my bank account asap as this is not a way to deal and snatch your customers money.

I have complaint many time in jio customer care but they did not do any think we are face slow internet issue in my are since last 4 to 5 month we all are students and we have to take online classes.

I had applied for jio fiber connection on 16/10/21 and jio representative came within 1hour to collect money and i paid him Rs 2475, and received Order No NO0000J1J9MW and aince then continous rescheduling appointment messages has been sent by jio, feeling cheated because jio representative said that it will be installed today, now no one is responding or even picking up call. Such a fraud company, please provide me with some solution.

Sir my name is bhanu pratap I have got an call from ruhi verma about this job she had taken my interview for the post of store incharge. after selection she pitch on call to pay 850rupees for offer letter and I paid 850rupees in account no.[protected] IFSC code-sbin0011174 according to her for getting this job. After that she transferred my call to tara Kashyap she told me you have to pay 2100rupees security ammount for getting joining letter from reliance jio infocomm Ltd. Company and she also said the company will provide you joining kit like mobile phone, laptop, dress and shoes for work with reliance jio at your home address in 2 days. According to tara Kashyap I paid 2100 rupees again in same account of company after receiving joining letter.after that I called to manager chahat khanna I had got her contact number from joining letter now she is telling me you have to pay 4500rupees for your 3 days training and for your courier also that you got from company's given address in the joining letter. After hearing about 4500rupees payment for training I deny to pay again and request for refund my total paid ammount of rupees 2950. Now she is telling me you have to do an email to our company's reliance jio infocomm limited website for refund your total amount of 2950 rupees.
Please help me to refund my total paid ammount of rupees 2950. And if they are fraud then take immediate action to against them for using reliance jio company's name to fraud with me or anyone else. I am sending you ruhi verma's Identity Card back side that she's given me on whatsapp n also sending you ruhi verma, tara Kashyap and chahat Khanna's contact number.

So many times Jio team booked an uninstallation appointment, but no one visited to resolve this issue.

Jio fiber is available at my neighbors building but note to me why is this comparison. They are saying vendor is not ready to work their then how you gaved connection to my neighbor. It's not fair.

This is to state that I recharged for Rs 2399 through My jio app to a wrong number .kindly refund as soon as possible.

Every time there is power cut in my area I lose jio internet after 30 minutes.

Since when did phone and net connection became electricity dependent?

Why only Reliance Jio has this problem. I have alternate connection with Vodafone and their net is seamless.

I have asked for sim replacement for my deceased mother, its been 3 months since i asked for it. And everytime i call jio office Bhopal they delay it saying it will be done in 3-4 days and they forget. I am in urgent need for sim. I am not gonna go there each day and beg for the same. Jio office bhopal people are just lazy.

Hi, i am new jio user. Getting recommendations about this jio network i decided to give it a try, but i doesn't seem to be worth. Jio has been unduly exhausting my data. Checking up on my DATA USAGE setting it clearly shows 900MB has been used out of 2GB . While CONTRARILY i get messages of being used my 90 % of data . Now i need a clarification of this happening. Or SWITCHING to other networks is always a better pick.🚫

The said Building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, I suppose According to the Mcd Guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas . Also as we all know that It Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. Jio customer care is refusing to raise a ticket for my issue. When I asked him why, he disconnected the call. I tried emailing through the contact form as well but it asks me to use the chat bot, where my issue isn't listed.

I had taken a Jio Fiber connection last month. The registration was done in Sep and the installation team came on 30th Sep.

First, the installation team did not install the connection properly and it caused connectivity issues for quite some time. They had told us that they would come immediately if there was any issue, but they don't answer our calls.

Second, when I raised a ticket to send an engineer, they kept delaying it as he "did not have time". When i told customer care that I want to terminate the service, only then did the engineer actually come. But he tried to pin the blame on us that it was a voltage issue. He asked us to plug it to a direct power source to fix the issue. He also fixed something in cable box outside our house. When i asked him what it was, he brushed it off. Our router is still plugged in the surge protector but the connectivity is fine now after the engineer fixed the cable box.

Now comes the issue with the referral. The installation team had told us that apart from the first trial month, we will get an extra free month as our neighbour in the same building had referred us. When we asked him why the expiry date in the Jio app shows as Oct end, he said to not worry and that the second free month will start after Oct end. This free month is also not reflecting for our neighbour who referred us. On calling customer care, they say that they can't do anything about it and refuse to register our complaint.

In our locality jio network service is very bad . due to some complaints to jio care they can't resolve the problem. And also do not increase the freaquency of tower.

No network of jio when there is no electricity in our village.

I think this is the issue from the tower of jio where they might not have Inverter when there is no light.

Reliance Jio is clearly cheating on the mobile data. Currently, I am on the 2GB/day data plan. The mobile data is supposed to reset at 12:00 A.M. everyday. I was doing nothing on my phone at or after 12:00 A.M. But all of a sudden, at 12:03 A.M., I received a message that I have exhausted 50% of my daily quota — that is, 1GB data was gone in just 3 minutes, even though my phone had been untouched. I checked my Jio account on MyJio app and it showed the same — that I had only 990 MB data left!!

My auto-updates, auto-sync etc. were turned off — I cross-checked. Moreover, no other app was running in the background. I have a data tracker on my phone as well which tells me that only 10 MB data was used between 12:00—12:03 A.M.

This is clearly a case of cheating the customers!!

I am using jio sim card in my smarrtphone since last 4 years.The data speed was good to use and browse any website. but since last 15 days I am facing very dull condition of this telecom service. So I have decided to port the telecom company .

Recently applied and got jiofiber connection and this is the no +91-[protected]

Installation team did not do proper Installation and with temporary connection setup they ran away. No response on call

Raised complaint ticket for improper installation and waiting 3 days

Finally asked them to disconnect my connection and refund my deposit

This is at chennai, think about service in other cities.
