      I noticed from Last week jio Data consuming very fast even I set my settings on data saving mode and not using background app I cleared my all background app every second but still my 2 gb data finished at 6 pm daily I complained about it but they not giving any response now what to do about this fraud

          I have canceled my Jio mobile connection due to poor service and porter it to Airtel, and I have got a last bill of Rs. 858.24 which i have tried paying using the link provided but getting an error (see attached screenshot). I also went to the nearby store but they said they cant pull up my account and i also tried to contact Customer Service but couldn’t reach a representative. I am getting constant threats that my Airtel service will be canceled if i dont pay my Jio bill but this is not just frustrating but outright harassment to be asked to pay but not let you pay. Please call me at [protected] to resolve the matter immediately.

            I had JioFiber Service ID[protected] with fixed line number [protected]. I was promised that you will get the deposit amount once our executive pickup the router device. Pickup was done successfully and even after 1 year now I have not got my deposit back. Deposit was of INR. 4500.

            My Simple question: "Will I get my hard-earned deposit amount back which jio team have promised?"

              Alloted someone else number to me

              I am getting a lot of wrong number Calls on my jio number .So I just want to know that if this number was previously allotted to another customer? Because I am also receiving his /her personal bank details as well as calls.
              receiving someones else bank details may lead to a big crime . I am frustrated with calls and answering them that it is a wrong no. . Please help me with this.

              Jio doesn't care about someone's privacy. I receive even the bank details of that person to whom this no was previously allotted. I can't trust jio now.. In case if I change my no. I have to think that maybe someone would be receiving my personal details...

              This is very disappointing jio need to work on it..otherwise, jio users will loose their trust and users will start using other services.

              Jio services are Very irresponsible and they cannot assure integrity. I called on jio complaint number also (198) but it never gets connected. I want to talk to jio customer care agent I tried calling on[protected] tried every possible thing to get out of it. But still, there is no proper response regarding my concern.

              I mailed at [protected]@jio.com about everything I discussed above. but still, jio doesn't care about their users.

              strict action should be taken its very much frustratating to answer unknown calls i am continuously blocking unknown calls .please please please help me with this.

                My jio fiber internet not working from 03.05.21 (Monday) and i have raised a service request: SR000014TIMD on the same day. No one visited my home and problem not resolved but SR closed automatically on 06.05.21(Thursday).

                Again i have raised an SR on 07.05.21 and one of the service engineer named Mr.Yuvaraj called me and said me to move to some other ISP provider as we couldn't resolve the issue and harassed me.

                I'm hopeless and depressed due to this.

                    I am facing issue with my Jio fiber connection for the 7th day now. I have been calling the customer care everyday, and every time I have called, they said the service executive would visit my home and fix the issue and they never come. Today with disappointment I disconnected my connection.

                      I have been complaining about bad network of jio since 04 months. The customer care representatives and jio mobile app is saying the problem will be solved in some days. However, about 04 months passed, still i am suffering bad network quality. There is a girls hostel in my apartment where 50 girls are staying. They are also raised their voice against the bad network of jio. If the problem will not be solved in 5-10 days, we almost 60 customer of jio will jump to another network. Keeping in view of above, it is requested to take suitable action pleaase.

                              I have placed a request for disconnection of their Jio fiber connection and wanted them to pickup their router and refund the deposit amount that I have been charged at the time of taking the connection. It has been 4 months since the day I have placed the request. None of their executives turn up to come and collect their router. Everytime i call the customer care, they tell sorry and that they have escalated the matter. But all I get is an sms saying that their service engineer will come on some date. But that particular person never comes. At the end of the day i receive another sms saying that it has been rescheduled to some other date. This has been going on from more than 4 months. Their router is still with me and my deposit amount is locked up with them still. My jio fiber ID is[protected]. My account number is:[protected]. The complaint unmber is: CO00009WOAB2. I am attaching the screenshots of some of the sms that they have sent me. Kindly help me and see that my amount is refunded.

                                      Complain about jio fiber.Whenever there is power cut and when it come again, the jio fiber takes a long time about 10 minutes, to re-establish the internet.I am facing problems due to it.Light comes in 2 minute, but internet in 20 min.Please solve this issue as early as possible.
