On 9 may 2021 I applied on reliancejiosmsjobs.co.in for work from home job .
on 10 may 2021 I got text message from [protected] texting as-
"please text me on whatsapp, i send job details on your whatsapp.
regards
team jio"
on 10 may - i texted on whatsapp to [protected]
got reply stating -
We provide you jobs like Data Entry, SMS sending jobs, Marketing and Training Jobs,

As we know Reliance Jio is a telecom company and we are working for this company, Reliance jio maintains certain changes and some stability in its offer, Reliance Jio is offering employment under Digital India, For which no examination or interview is needed, You can only work on merit basis.

For which you will have to submit some documents through mail or Watsaap number, documents required are:

10th Markssheed

One Id proof like ( Aadhar card, Voter Id card, Pan Card or Driving licence).

3. One passport size photo.

Resume.

Reliance Jio SMS jobs will give you a system to get this job, which is a Laptop, a Mobile and a SIM card along with a document in which details regarding you work will be mentioned through mail. You will be paid in 2 different ways,

1. Rupees 17, 800/- to 40, 000/- INR

2. Rupees 5 INR per SMS.

The salary will be sent to your bank account directly on monthly basis.

To get job in Reliance Jio SMS Jobs you will have to pay a registration charge of Rs. 3, 100 INR directly in our company account, After successful payment and document verification our team will contact you for training….

On same day called them to ask about the procedure and genuinity of the job
they said its genuine job, on submission of your documents we will first provide you employee id card, appointment letter and then you have to pay if you want to proceed further.

i did the same.
sent them my documents.

on 11 may they provided me id card, appointment letter
i thought that these documents are company oriented and are genuine thats you deposited 3100rs as M.charges.

after the deposite, i asked them for further procedure so that i can start my job with them.

after that they said that code of machine which we have to allot you is not matching with the code allotted to you thats why you have to deposite rs 9550/- after which we will allot you new machine.

on this stage i told them that i cant pay more. so you just refund me my amount rs 3100/-

he said ok i will refund your amount within 2 3 days please provide me your account details.
i provided my details next day but still got no refund.
i am trying to call them and messaing them for my refund they are not even responding my messages.

please do favour un this
and make some solutions.

    Recharged for Rs. 329.00 on May 15, 2021 on Myjio app for Jio number [protected]. Got confirmation from my bank that money has been successfully deducted from my account. But jio sent a message saying that recharge was unsuccessful.
    Kindly refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

      To bring into your notice that yesterday i.e. 14may, I did a primary recharge of jiofiber for which payment deducted from my account however didn't receive any notification for recharge successful. Then did a secondary one so as to further not hamper my business hours, it was done. So now I want my primary recharge refund asap

          I have Taken a JioFiber connection on my mobile number with the Service ID[protected] in August 2019. Paid 2500 as a security deposit. In December 2019 I requested them for the deactivate the connection. The connection was deactivated after 10 days & they have collected WiFi router taken my bank details for processing the refund. But till now the refund not happened. I called customer care multiple times, also submitted the cancelled cheque and bank details online/mails but no response. Whenever I gave call to customer care there are giving new a ticket for reference.

            I canceled my Jio Postpaid connection "[protected]"on February 21th 2021. When I applied for the connection I was asked to pay a security deposit of total rupees 500 which was said will be refunded after connection is closed. When I asked to close my connection on February 21th 2021 the jio customer service said it would take 90 days for the refund process then after 90 days I checked and complained to customer service they said they have Raised a ticket which will take a 15 days the after 15 days again I contacted them they said it will take 7 days the amount has been initiated then after more than 7 days I contacted then again as I didn't receive any Amount now they are saying you will receive the amount earliest. It has already been till now 4 months but still I did got any refund and not any reply from them I just want to when ever customer don't pay a 1 month due 100 rupees fine is applied now jio is not give our money back then how much fine we should put on jio. Please requesting to give my money back customer has to beg for his own money.

              With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am a customer of jio.my jio number is-[protected].I noticed from Last week jio's Data consuming very fast even I set my settings on data saving mode and not using background app. I cleared my all background app every second but still my 1.5 gb data finished at 6 pm daily I complained about it but they not giving any response now what to do about this fraud.

                I have proper recharge of my jio sim but at my home I am not able to call or use internet services. I have complained multiple times to jio but not getting growth on ground except false promises.

                My Jio Mobile number is [protected]
                Jio last complained number is SR000014XM6J

                I want my refund if jio can't give me proper services.

                I have attachment screenshot of Internet speed tested by well known TRAI Speed testing App in which added my location as Longitude and Latitude with respect to time and date.

                Please do it fast otherwise due lockdown and delay and disturbance in my work from home, I might be jobless.
                I am very disappointed, please help me.

                  Attempted recharge on 2nd dec 2020 for the number [protected] but failed for the value rs 777.00, all attempts made to recover the amount towards failed recharge.

                  Actually payment recieved on next day as per credit card departmnet of axis bank and they have given transaction number as '[protected]'.

                      on 14th of May2021, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                        I recharge a Rs 51 yesterday for number [protected] (transaction id:[protected],
                        I recieved the message and the recharge is showing in recharge history of my jio app, still it is not showing in my plans at my jio app.

                        Hence, i hasn't get and used my recharge even after recharging it. Please solve this.

                          I have been harrassed by this company. Buying jio fiber connection was a mistake. I took jio fiber connection on 25 march on 30 days trial base period...and the requested to cancel the fiber connection on 19 april( within trial period)...as of poor speed and but they didn't cancel the connection but the cancelled my cancellation request and asked me to raise another request after the trial period and told they can't refund my money as i have raised request after the period. After that i called there customer care which was of no use and then they told me if i don't recharge on there jiofiber my account will be deactivated..so i asked there call attendent how can i reactivate my account..he said by just recharging...now they send me msg that my account will be deactivated within 4 days...so i called there customer service who told me that i can't activate my account after deactivation and have to buy another...If i could i would go back in tine h just don't joi this company...

                            Yesterday I was recharging my JIO plan from MY JIO app. When I made payment of 599/-, I received online message in app that transaction is fail. After that I recharged again through Amazon Pay app and it was successfully recharged. But as I completed my recharge, I received a message that 599/- recharge done( this is failed transaction). Now my Money deducted 2 times and when I called customer care they are saying that we can't refund 599/- and when this recharge period finishes then you don't have to pay as you have already recharged 2 times. I said it was not my fault and then they said we can't do anything. Please help in getting refund

                                  In My Jio app it is clear shown that if a recharge of Rs. 399 or more is done using Mobikwik, flat Rs. 100 would be given as cashback. Lured by such a promise, I did a recharge of Rs. 555 in the hope of getting the cashback. But after doing the recharge, I didn't get the cashback as was promised.
                                  This is a clear case o[censored]nfair Trade Practices. If they don't want to fulfil what they have committed then I would also like to get the transaction to be reverted. I did the recharge only because of the promised cashback.

                                    On behalf of the residents of Kherwadi, as an apprehension to the life of residents living in hazardous situation, we are compelled to lodge a complaint regarding a Cell Tower in middle of residential area next to my house at a height of just 20 feet above ground.

                                    Certain aspects we shall put forth for your kind reference:

                                    1. As a general rule, Mobile Tower Station has to be installed at least 150-300 meters...

                                    Have logged written email complaint with Jio on 28th March regarding the number [protected] as use it with WIFI and was facing a call drops and internet issue since quite some time and as having work from home module now need a stable internet connection so after chasing several emails and following all the procedures still they were not able to resolve the issue and i had to send email marking Appellate authority in the email still the issue not resolved and the out come was there are several users using service in my location which is the reason am facing the poor reception and coverage issue.

                                    As a customer i recharge 4G top up every month and have purchased there WIFI device with a hope that will be able to use the internet for working from home but they are unable to resolve the issue and finally today i had to escalate to consumer complaints as no action taken to resolve.

                                    Need the compensation for pathetic service and lethargic customer service and the issue to be resolved on priority.
