Today 27may2021 I recharged for 599rs for my jio number through Google pay. The money was paid but recharge isn't done yet and it says WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION.

    Hello there!
    This is Javid Sofi from shadipora, drugmulla, kupwara, Kashmir. I've been making complaints to jio for poor connectivity for months now but to no avail. In my area, jio has a tower which doesn't function for hours a day. Just few days back, fire broke out in the neighborhood and jio tower as usual wasn't functioning and we couldn't call for help. Poor network and denial of access to internet is badly hurting students. Even after numerous complaints, jio doesn't isn't paying any heed to it. Please do look into it and hold them accountable.

          I am taken Jio policy for last 6 years as it has been promoted to us saying JIO for being a facilitator for this highly beneficial Group Mediclaim Policy for social upliftment of Community for Jain people.

          But I come across other side of coin when I submitted my first claim after 6 years and submitted hard copy of all the requirement documents but they are just making excuses and does not reimburse the payment so far.

            मै प्रवीण पांडे, छत्तीसगढ़, दुर्ग जिले से हूँ l मेरे पास shine.com के द्वारा पलक चौहान नाम की एक lady का call आया था... उन्होंने मूझे रिलायंस jio मे सुपरवाइजर के पद पर नौकरी दिलवाने की बात कही और फिर उन्होंने दूसरी lady ज़ीनत कुरैशी से इंटरव्यू के लिए बात कराया l इंटरव्यू के बाद मूझे सिक्योरिटी डिपाजिट हेतु 850रू ट्रांसफर करने के लिए कहा गया l उपरोक्त अमाउंट ट्रांसफर करने के बाद मूझे मेल पर offer letter भेजा गया एवं dress इत्यादि कूरियर हेतु कूरियर चार्ज के लिए 2100रू ट्रांसफर करने के लिए कहा गया l उपरोक्त अमाउंट मेरे द्वारा आज 24 may 2021 को ट्रांसफर किया गया है l

            परन्तु मूझे शक है कि ये फ़्रॉड है... उपरोक्त दोनों lady का mob no अभी on है l जो मै नीचे शेयर कर रहा हूँ l और साथ ही ट्रांसफर किया गया bank acc का डिटेल भी send कर रहा हूँ l

                On 24 May 2021, I had recharged my jio number with the Rs.199 plan (28 days) which gives 1.5GB per day. My debit card was used for the transaction and the app(MyJio) showed that the transaction was successful. However, my plan has not been activated yet. Please resolve the issue

                  Why in all over our country India who ever use this Jio sim, why network is always bad but we have to pay a lot for the recharge which doesn't even last long. If we pay for the billing recharge then why not gives us a proper internet connection. Some people are students who has to write and have an online test, class and exams too and some o[censored]s work most of the time using internet who doesn't have an wifi connection are getting a great lost because of Jio. Please set up as soon as possible and let the network connect work in best way like before of not stop the company and band this Jio completely cause its creates lots of lost among the men and accross the country.

                      I have tried email and in-app complaint but still no representative takes the matter seriously .I had recharged with 30 mbps plan and it is barely giving 11 at max .Seriously pathetic complaint management system by jio fiber (only for name fiber).

                              On 9 may 2021 I applied on reliancejiosmsjobs.co.in for work from home job .
                              on 10 may 2021 I got text message from [protected] texting as-
                              "please text me on whatsapp, i send job details on your whatsapp.
                              regards

                              on 10 may - i texted on whatsapp to [protected]
                              got reply stating -
                              We provide you jobs like Data Entry, SMS sending jobs, Marketing and Training Jobs,

                              As we know Reliance Jio is a telecom company and we are working for this company, Reliance jio maintains certain changes and some stability in its offer, Reliance Jio is offering employment under Digital India, For which no examination or interview is needed, You can only work on merit basis.

                              For which you will have to submit some documents through mail or Watsaap number, documents required are:

                              10th Markssheed

                              One Id proof like ( Aadhar card, Voter Id card, Pan Card or Driving licence).

                              3. One passport size photo.

                              Resume.

                              Reliance Jio SMS jobs will give you a system to get this job, which is a Laptop, a Mobile and a SIM card along with a document in which details regarding you work will be mentioned through mail. You will be paid in 2 different ways,

                              1. Rupees 17, 800/- to 40, 000/- INR

                              2. Rupees 5 INR per SMS.

                              The salary will be sent to your bank account directly on monthly basis.

                              On same day called them to ask about the procedure and genuinity of the job
                              they said its genuine job, on submission of your documents we will first provide you employee id card, appointment letter and then you have to pay if you want to proceed further.

                              i did the same.
                              sent them my documents.

                              on 11 may they provided me id card, appointment letter
                              i thought that these documents are company oriented and are genuine thats you deposited 3100rs as M.charges.

                              after the deposite, i asked them for further procedure so that i can start my job with them.

                              after that they said that code of machine which we have to allot you is not matching with the code allotted to you thats why you have to deposite rs 9550/- after which we will allot you new machine.

                              on this stage i told them that i cant pay more. so you just refund me my amount rs 3100/-

                              he said ok i will refund your amount within 2 3 days please provide me your account details.
                              i provided my details next day but still got no refund.
                              i am trying to call them and messaing them for my refund they are not even responding my messages.

                              please do favour un this
                              and make some solutions.

                                Recharged for Rs. 329.00 on May 15, 2021 on Myjio app for Jio number [protected]. Got confirmation from my bank that money has been successfully deducted from my account. But jio sent a message saying that recharge was unsuccessful.
                                Kindly refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

                                  To bring into your notice that yesterday i.e. 14may, I did a primary recharge of jiofiber for which payment deducted from my account however didn't receive any notification for recharge successful. Then did a secondary one so as to further not hamper my business hours, it was done. So now I want my primary recharge refund asap

                                      I have Taken a JioFiber connection on my mobile number with the Service ID[protected] in August 2019. Paid 2500 as a security deposit. In December 2019 I requested them for the deactivate the connection. The connection was deactivated after 10 days & they have collected WiFi router taken my bank details for processing the refund. But till now the refund not happened. I called customer care multiple times, also submitted the cancelled cheque and bank details online/mails but no response. Whenever I gave call to customer care there are giving new a ticket for reference.

                                        I canceled my Jio Postpaid connection "[protected]"on February 21th 2021. When I applied for the connection I was asked to pay a security deposit of total rupees 500 which was said will be refunded after connection is closed. When I asked to close my connection on February 21th 2021 the jio customer service said it would take 90 days for the refund process then after 90 days I checked and complained to customer service they said they have Raised a ticket which will take a 15 days the after 15 days again I contacted them they said it will take 7 days the amount has been initiated then after more than 7 days I contacted then again as I didn't receive any Amount now they are saying you will receive the amount earliest. It has already been till now 4 months but still I did got any refund and not any reply from them I just want to when ever customer don't pay a 1 month due 100 rupees fine is applied now jio is not give our money back then how much fine we should put on jio. Please requesting to give my money back customer has to beg for his own money.
