I had done payment to jio on 07 November 2020 at 19 hours 14 minutes which was behalf of mobile recharge of no. [protected] of rupees Rs 2121 by using my upi id of google pay . Money had been deducted from my account but recharge not confirmed. I had raise dispute on google pay. There is no action taken against this so i file a complaint on online site o[censored]bi. Please help me..

      I am having 1499 Plan of jiofiber Stb which promises for Subscription of 15 OTT Apps. But I am allowed to see free and limited content only of apps like Discovery+, etc. It was not giving full information earlier in any terms. I will seek consumer court if I didn't get any reply

        Get jio fibre connection installed on 2nd of November 2020 today is 30th of November 2020. I want to get my jio fibre connection cancelled but jio customer support email where I can cancel my jio fibre request.
        Also I have found that heavy number of other people have been facing the same problem with jio fibre cancellation number of jio connections get cancelled. This seems to be purposefully done by jio and in a way it is like cheating their customers. Please resolve this issue so that many others like me can get their money back.

        Their email id has auto bot response setup which is of no use, thier app does not have any option to cancel the connection, the customer support number also doesn't have any option to cancel jio fiber connection. Hence cancellation process is a hassle.

          My JIO fiber request was cancelled by the company on 26 November 2020 as there was no coordination between the executive and the company engineers. The executive who completed the KYC and took the installation charges said that the connection will be done on the same day (25 November 2020) but the engineers came the next day (26 November 2020) for the connection in the afternoon at around 3 p.m. despite of calling me in the morning confirming to visit at 10:30 am. Well at least they came and left our place without informing us that they are unable to find a nearby connection. We had to call and ask if they are still working on our connection is when we got to know that they had already left. Brilliant professionalism, I must say! This would be in your code of conduct I believe. After multiple calls and follow ups, our request was cancelled by your executive (without asking us off course) and the refund was initiated.

          On the same day in the evening, we called another executive (who has apparently installed JIO connection in our neighbours house). He visited our house today morning (27 November 2020) and told us that the same engineers will be here again to install. We received the call from the engineers again at around 12 p.m. in the afternoon confirming that they will visit our place in less than 15 minutes and they did not come per usual.

          Is this how JIO claims to be one of the best service providers in the country by fooling the customers and looting them with their time? Instead of making tall claims, teach your employees some professionalism and stop making fool out of people.

            I recharged my jio number from Google Pay on 26/11/2020 and the money was sent to RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM... money was deducted from my account but I didn't receive any recharge

              Did a Jio Phone recharge of 185rs on a sim used in smartphone by mistake at 2:00 PM IST. Want to cancel and recharge with the appropriate plan but there is no way. Unable to reach the customer care. there seems to be no resolution for this on their automated customer reply service.

                      While taking post paid connection on my existing jio number [protected], i was told by vendor that in rs 999 plan netflix, amazon prime and hotstar will be subscribed for free, but i received a bill of Rs1628.88 for month of november. Please refund overcharged amount . If these are not free, please unsubscribe me from paid subscription immediately. I do not find any method to do it on my jio app.

                            It is with pain i am raising this complaint to consumer forum that support from JIO is below par and it is just eye wash in public. I had raised repeated requests for ONT/router shift from one location to another in the same house for better bandwidth. On both the occassions the reliance support team had closed the requests updating that the requests had been addressed and resolved. It is all false information to satisfy their internal SLA and to the outside world.

                            It is now now but it had been a a trend for JIO.

                            The JIO number is[protected]
                            The requests raised are SR 000012YORZ which has been opened as new
                            The older requests closed are SR000012TXHI, SR000011A12L. These were closed without any resolution

                                  Money Taken from me for an Additional SetTopBox(Rs.3999) but never installed and no responds to my calls now.

                                  I was very happy with jio fibre speed since last 6-8 months approx. since when I am using their services. I called one person named Nitin - +91-[protected] (Sales person who installed this at my place) to complain about my router getting hang multiple times a day, he gave me the tollfree no. to register service request for that and also told me that jio is now giving addtitional TV pack at cost of Rs.3999 for the Set Top Box and I should get it as its a good offering. So I registered service request for both i.e. internet issues and Additional STB on 26th October 2020 - Request ID - SR000012OZDG and SR000012OLQ3. The executive told me that a service person would come the same day and resolve my problems but no one came. I again called them and to my surprise they told me my requests are shown as resolved, I don't know what monitoring mechanism they are using for customer complaints, maybe they are very proud of their workforce and trust them blindly. Then I called that person Nitin again when he gave me no. of my local area customer service person Rahul - +91-[protected]. I tried calling him and he assured me to send technician soon to my place.
                                  After continuously calling for next one week and again opening my service requests, they came on 3rd November 2020 finally. Name of the technician was Anil - +91-[protected]. He did a reset on my router for the internet issue. And brought a new STB for installation. It took him atleast an hour to understand how to connect this STB to my account and in this time he was continuously on call with another Rahul Katyal or Kagar - +91-[protected] who a is senior person as told by the technician Anil. He asked me to pay Rs.3999 via Paytm for the STB and this technician din't even know what is UPI payment or may be he was lying. I added money to my paytm wallet account and he took money from my account by adding my Paytm scan code on his phone. Then he waited the box to be added to my account but nothing happened. He told me payment is stuck with Paytm and will be returned back soon then we will do a retry. He waited for next 2 hours at my place (total 3 hours) saying payment will come back but it did not. I sensed something fishy here so I raised a complaint with Paytm that my payment is stuck and please refund that payment so that I can repay. Paytm people replied within 30 min that payment was successful and can not be returned. I should ask the complany to hand over my purchased device. After telling the paytm message this guy Anil made me talk to that Rahul Kagar or Katyal who made me believe that this is a normal practise and many people were facing payment issues that day and it will be reutrned by next day and the person will make a revisit for installation. Now this person took the box with him and never returned. After continuously calling both Rahuls, Rahul Kagar atlast picked up the call after 2 days and said my payment is still stuck and will be returned within 7 working days so what I can do is that I can again make a payment and get the box and the old payment will be automatically returned after 7 days. Still trusting jio as a company I said yes and he should send a person for the same. This time magically another person came within next 2 hours and asked me to make the payment. I asked him to let me talk to one senior person to enquire when will my payment come. He did not give my any no. but made me talk to some Rajesh who as per him is the boss to both Rahuls. This person Rajesh told me the old stuck payment will come in 14 days time and I should make the payment again. This time I sent that person back telling him now I will first wait for my payment to be returned as I doubt these people totally now. Nothing again happened and my service requests were getting resolved by magic as earlier, my money is still not returned to me.
                                  These people stopped picking up my calls totally or sometimes they will pickup and will not say anything. I am finally registering complaint here in order to seek justice, get my money back and punish these people in some way which they deserve. They are only worried about themselves and do not care for time and money for other people.

                                    I have logged a request for shifting the connection to my new address 10 days back but after lot many calls and multiple communication over mail, haven’t find a positive response and constantly asking multiple document without giving proper clarification on what’s wrong in the document submitted by me. My gas connection which is a govt body is also not demanding so many document while processing shifting of connection.
                                    Request to help in pulling 100# refund of last pre paid bill along with setup box charges which they have taken while installation.
                                    You are my last hope in this matter.

                                      I have been facing slow network issue with high ping and sudden disconnection of interenet during watching YouTube video at 144P resolution.i have been facing this issue for every 2-3 months since a year.i lodged a complaint with 199 customer service on 13 Nov 2020, no use.please provide good, speedy internet with low ping for long time.
