I ported from jio to airtel last month for poor network issue in my area after that i received a bill for 105/- from jio, i tried to make the payments in different options it was not possible i was getting the message as no out standing, but i am getting call and sms on m alternative number to make payment, i tried to make payment from near by jio store even that also failed as the account number does not exit, how to make this payment ???,...

I have booked the JioFiber connection is NO0000F7SR0G on the date 27.9.2020 but the scheduled date for installation and activation was 1.10.20 but still the activation is lacking behind again and again sales person Saroj Kumar and area manager Mr.Negi were requested but the activation is still not done. They also don't tell any fixed date due to this I am mentally disturbed neither my office work can be done nor my children online classes...

I applied for jio fibre connection on 11.09.2020 by making advance payment of Rs. 1500. I was told that it will be installed very next day. But even after lapse of 2 weeks nobody came and I was told to cancel the application from my side by giving lame excuse of wrong location id . My Jio Fiber service was activated on 09th Sep 2020, Due to network issue I couldn't use the Jio fiber net and I raised complaints to customer care and haven't resolved.
So I decided to cancel the service and I requested for JioFiber cancellation on 16th September 2020. The and I received only Rs 500 as the refund instead of Rs 1500 as per trial period terms and conditions.

I have taken jio internet plan of rs599 providing 2gb data every day which is said to be reset at night. Since last 2 days my allotted data is getting consumed in the without actual use. I contacted complaint call centre at 1991 which was giving only prerecorded guidance on its own, ultimately making me to go for a top up plan of rs555...

I have taken jio fiber connection in the month of august and during that time based on the introductory offer if i take silver plan i will get multiple ott access like hotstar, zee5, voot etc. For 3 months.
Out of that i got all the access except voot and when i tried to enquire it, they told me as the jio plan changed in september so now you have to recharge for gold plan then you will get ott access.
This is just not acceptable...

Every time there is a power cut in my locality, my jio network vanishes. Sometimes the power goes off for 4 -6 hrs and i have to stay without internet and phone calls. The network comes back few minutes after the power....

Even after getting mail for attending test, in my jio career app test is not scheduling now a days before one month i attend test for some designation i am not able to get the results so please kindly accept this complaint and please sort out for me i want join jio company for the work please help me out this problem kindly reply me about this as quick as possible please...

I got suspicious and asked them more details about them and they started abusing me. Please lodge a complaint against this number and kindly block this number.

My son is using Jio [protected] where there is network availabilty issues in their simcard. It frequently goes off/ON and then permanently stopped working. When u dial u will get a message '' mobile switched off or out of network area'' both fasle messages when u work from Home these days.

I got my jio fibre connection revoked a month back since I didn't need it anymore.i had raised several request for the setup to be picked from my address.Yet it has been over a month the whole setup is just lying there with me.The customer care people just raise a ticket and it is marked as done without any representative coming to pick it up.

I have a base plan of rs 599 with a data booster recharge of rs 21.. But after my daily data gets exhausted my data booster doesn't gets activated.. I tried to contact customer service but they are soo rude nd did not solve my problem..please help asap...

I'm not getting required speed from Reliance Jio internet. I have raised complaint twice but there is no proper resolution from Jio Engineers. Everytime they come & make some lame excuses & suggest to upgrade the plan.

As per my plan I'm eligible to 150 MBS ( confirmed by jio customer care). Actual speed I'm getting in the range of 30-40 MBS only....
