It is with pain i am raising this complaint to consumer forum that support from JIO is below par and it is just eye wash in public. I had raised repeated requests for ONT/router shift from one location to another in the same house for better bandwidth. On both the occassions the reliance support team had closed the requests updating that the requests had been addressed and resolved. It is all false information to satisfy their internal SLA and to the outside world.

It is now now but it had been a a trend for JIO.

The JIO number is[protected]
The requests raised are SR 000012YORZ which has been opened as new
The older requests closed are SR000012TXHI, SR000011A12L. These were closed without any resolution

      On 16 nov I have done top up of Rs 555 in jio no [protected] by SBI transaction ID[protected] .But can not done sucessfully.

        Money Taken from me for an Additional SetTopBox(Rs.3999) but never installed and no responds to my calls now.

        I was very happy with jio fibre speed since last 6-8 months approx. since when I am using their services. I called one person named Nitin - +91-[protected] (Sales person who installed this at my place) to complain about my router getting hang multiple times a day, he gave me the tollfree no. to register service request for that and also told me that jio is now giving addtitional TV pack at cost of Rs.3999 for the Set Top Box and I should get it as its a good offering. So I registered service request for both i.e. internet issues and Additional STB on 26th October 2020 - Request ID - SR000012OZDG and SR000012OLQ3. The executive told me that a service person would come the same day and resolve my problems but no one came. I again called them and to my surprise they told me my requests are shown as resolved, I don't know what monitoring mechanism they are using for customer complaints, maybe they are very proud of their workforce and trust them blindly. Then I called that person Nitin again when he gave me no. of my local area customer service person Rahul - +91-[protected]. I tried calling him and he assured me to send technician soon to my place.
        After continuously calling for next one week and again opening my service requests, they came on 3rd November 2020 finally. Name of the technician was Anil - +91-[protected]. He did a reset on my router for the internet issue. And brought a new STB for installation. It took him atleast an hour to understand how to connect this STB to my account and in this time he was continuously on call with another Rahul Katyal or Kagar - +91-[protected] who a is senior person as told by the technician Anil. He asked me to pay Rs.3999 via Paytm for the STB and this technician din't even know what is UPI payment or may be he was lying. I added money to my paytm wallet account and he took money from my account by adding my Paytm scan code on his phone. Then he waited the box to be added to my account but nothing happened. He told me payment is stuck with Paytm and will be returned back soon then we will do a retry. He waited for next 2 hours at my place (total 3 hours) saying payment will come back but it did not. I sensed something fishy here so I raised a complaint with Paytm that my payment is stuck and please refund that payment so that I can repay. Paytm people replied within 30 min that payment was successful and can not be returned. I should ask the complany to hand over my purchased device. After telling the paytm message this guy Anil made me talk to that Rahul Kagar or Katyal who made me believe that this is a normal practise and many people were facing payment issues that day and it will be reutrned by next day and the person will make a revisit for installation. Now this person took the box with him and never returned. After continuously calling both Rahuls, Rahul Kagar atlast picked up the call after 2 days and said my payment is still stuck and will be returned within 7 working days so what I can do is that I can again make a payment and get the box and the old payment will be automatically returned after 7 days. Still trusting jio as a company I said yes and he should send a person for the same. This time magically another person came within next 2 hours and asked me to make the payment. I asked him to let me talk to one senior person to enquire when will my payment come. He did not give my any no. but made me talk to some Rajesh who as per him is the boss to both Rahuls. This person Rajesh told me the old stuck payment will come in 14 days time and I should make the payment again. This time I sent that person back telling him now I will first wait for my payment to be returned as I doubt these people totally now. Nothing again happened and my service requests were getting resolved by magic as earlier, my money is still not returned to me.
        These people stopped picking up my calls totally or sometimes they will pickup and will not say anything. I am finally registering complaint here in order to seek justice, get my money back and punish these people in some way which they deserve. They are only worried about themselves and do not care for time and money for other people.

          I have logged a request for shifting the connection to my new address 10 days back but after lot many calls and multiple communication over mail, haven’t find a positive response and constantly asking multiple document without giving proper clarification on what’s wrong in the document submitted by me. My gas connection which is a govt body is also not demanding so many document while processing shifting of connection.
          Request to help in pulling 100# refund of last pre paid bill along with setup box charges which they have taken while installation.
          You are my last hope in this matter.

            I have been facing slow network issue with high ping and sudden disconnection of interenet during watching YouTube video at 144P resolution.i have been facing this issue for every 2-3 months since a year.i lodged a complaint with 199 customer service on 13 Nov 2020, no use.please provide good, speedy internet with low ping for long time.

              I have taken 799 plus postpaid plan on 24th Oct 2020 with two child plan then I want to add my two child no but they are connecting with plan and they are taking separate charges and every time giving only assurance that we are working on it I will provide solution very soon, but more than 25 days has gone, not provided any solution yet.

                I have been trying to download invoice for mobile no[protected] which was recharged on 23/9/2020 time 17:14 Transaction id: BR00058CU60I through jio pos lite but even after complain customer care thrice the problem is still not solved.Invoice can not downloaded by my jio app nor by website, the screenshot is attached below.

                    I have purchase jio mobile on oct 2017 of rs 1500, company has given guarantee taht rs 1500 will be refunded after 3 yearjs. I have visited many jio gallary but non one is given refund.

                    Today i recieved called from jio that your number will be deactivated if i will not do recharge of rs 125.

                    I told them i cant deactivate jio number till i received refund from jio.

                    Kindly give me refund of rs 1500

                      I had taken 599 postpaid plan of Jio after porting away from Airtel nos [protected] and [protected] on 8.11.2020. The phones were initiated on 11.11.2020 with [protected] as the primary number and [protected] as add on number.
                      2. The store from where I got the service done is at Jail road, Tilak Nagar pin code 110018.
                      3. There was no out going service on [protected] and I went to the store at about 8 PM on 11.11.2020. The person available there told me that it will take 12 hours for the service to start. I came back.
                      4. After the service did not start as told by the store people, I contacted the customer care on 199 today at about 1130 AM. I was guided to the system and after online adding the number [protected] to my primary number [protected], I have been told that the service will start from midnight today.
                      5. This thing could have been told to me by the store people when I visited them yesterday on 11.11.2020.
                      6. Jio store at pin 110018 is perhaps the worst. I have gone there in the past also. On 8.11.2020, I had complained to the person sitting on counter that there are 5 employees in the store with only customer ie. me and I am also made to wait. This is the general behaviour with the store people there.
                      7. The behaviour of the store people needs improvement and action by the company.

                        I have 2 Jio numbers--one primary which I use their 1.5GB/day plan and a secondary number which I want to port out of. Reasons for porting out are these:
                        1. Jio loses network coverage in some locations but other providers may work--so I like to have a backup.
                        2. Jio doesn't offer any low balance (top-up) plans that work unless there is also an additional active plan i.e. I need an active plan with minimum ₹150 in order to even send SMS/calls.

                        The second reason is being a headache now due to porting out as I cannot send SMS/make calls. I topped up ₹10 to my Jio in order to send the port out code but then I found out that I cannot send SMS and definitely need an active plan (min. 150) to even use this extra credit. I was not informed on this during the activation of the ₹20 and it doesn't even make sense. Why would you even offer top-up recharges when you can't use it without an active plan? You shouldn't even allow users to make this top-up then if there is not active plan but instead you took money and it can't be used by customer either. This is not right and as a customer I feel cheated because I'm unable to use this top-up balance to send out any SMS incl. port out. On top of that, when I contacted support, i was informed there is no provision by which they can initiate a port out and give me to UPC code from their end, which only makes things worse!

                          My jio fiber device was picked on 21 st October and still I do not get my refund . I called customer about 10 times and they always say that it will be done in 24 hours . It has been 21 days and i am not getting my refund. Same answer always, highly disappointed with jio this thing . Why jio is not refunding my money. My request id is SR000012SM9Q. Please refund my money . Worst experience with jio.

                            Hello,

                            On 1/11/2020, I raised a cancellation request for jiofiber. They closed the ticket stating wrongly that customer wants to continue, but I didn't received any call nor any sms. Then again I raised ticket on 7/11/2020, this also closed on without any call/sms to me. When I called to customer care, they say that I said to retain but the truth is I didn't received any call from anyone.

                            They are playing with me. Not returning my refund.

                            Below are the ticket numbers
                            1) SR000012QXIO - raised on 1/11/2020 (closed on 6/11/2020)
                            2) SR000012T22S - raised on 7/11/2020 (closed on 10/11/2020)

                            Both the above tickets are closed without any updates shared to me.

                            Kindly help me to get my refund.

                            Please find attached snapshot for your better reference.

                            They are such a PATHETIC AND AWFUL PEOPLE. A BIG LIAR'S.

                              I recharged my mobile Number on 26th August 2019 at 8:33 AM Rs. 399 through G-Pay

                              Please find UPI transaction id[protected]

                              Now when I call Bank of India first time on the same day they said that you will get credit same amount in 24 hours in the account. G-Pay is saying that as per the attached screenshot transaction is successful so, You have to take follow up with Bank of India for the same.

                              Bank of India is saying that transaction is successful so, We have transferred to G-Pay.

                              Now I am not able to understand that the amount is with whom.

                              JIO Is saying that we have not received the same amount and because of that they have not credited the same amount against my Number.

                              Can Bank of India and G-Pay send me complete transaction detail for the attached UPI transaction Id[protected], The money comes from where and went where.

                              Until that it will be blam game and I am going to suffer end of the day.

                              I called G-Pay 10 times and they are saying that complaint is under process and Bank of India is also not giving any reaction on the complaint.

                              Request you to please do needful and credit the amount in my account.

                              I have been complaining to Geo for the last one year and I have also talked to my bank. The bank has given me proof that your payment has been transferred to the viewer but your Geo has not provided you the service .And often mail from jio I have done at least 50 to 60 mails in the name of a year, but I do not have any solution. What should I do now? Give me any of your solutions.

                                  I have been using Jio Network from almost 4 years, but Jio network is very low and Sometimes the network disappears from my location, due to which there is a lot of problem in making calls and running the Internet, I Complained about the network regularly in 4 years, till now no issue has been solved, I lodged complaint in Appellate Authority with reference number-SR000012P8ZJ - on[protected]. He took 10 days time and said that the problem will be solved in 10 days.but now 10 days have passed but the problem has not been solved. Please take strict action on this matter, because it is cheating and betrayal of the customer, even after filing the complaint, the problem was not solved. Because of which, my mental balance is disturbed, reliance jio infocomm is responsible for this.

                                      I have done a recharge of Rs 599/- from Amazon pay for Jio SIM today 07/11/2020 and it was successful from Amazon but for some reason the recharge is not reflected in Jio SIM, In MyJio app there is no plan showing for rs 599.

                                        We are NOT getting Reliance Jio signal at all.

                                        There are as many as 20 Rice Mills located in this area and is a potential market to increase the consumer base as many floating public transit in the form of Vendors/Suppliers/Farmers/Customers. it will be a wise decision to address soon before other competitor takes it up and generate revenue out of it.

                                        and also there is every possibility that most of the Rice and Solvent Industries might opt for JioFiber to get Broadband access. Kindly explore and facilitate accordingly.
