I am a Jio user. My customer id is [protected]. Now I am experiencing connectivity issues frequently. Sometimes the signal strength is found very low but sometimes even when the signal strength is sufficient, browsing speed will be very low or no connectivity at all. Even though I filed complaints, no response was received. I hope necessary action will be taken in response to my complaint.

    My JIO number re-issued to someone else

    I tried using my Jio number after a gap of 4-5 months and also did a recharge which went through successfully. I was not getting the Jio signal and later when I visited the Jio store I was told my number has been re-issued to someone without keeping me informed. Jio store staff said that it is an automated process and the number will get assigned to someone else if a subscriber does not re-charge the number in time. How can Jio assign my...

    I have been using Jio Network from almost 4 years, but Jio network is very low and Sometimes the network disappears from my location, due to which there is a lot of problem in making calls and running the Internet,
    I Complained about the network regularly in 4 years, till now no issue has been solved, There is no any jio site within two km on my location, I am badly cheated by jio.they saying from four years that the network will be fixed in the future but they not doing well
    Network of Jio is decreasing day by day. due to lack of proper network, my mobile recharge money is being wasted. a lot of money has been wasted for the last 4 years. I also lodged complaint in Appellate Authority with reference number SR000011E270 on[protected].
    He took three months time and said that the problem will be solved by installing a new site within three months.but now 4 months have passed but the problem has not been resolved.
    Please take strict action on this matter, because it is cheating and betrayal of the customer, even after filing the complaint, the problem was not solved. Because of which, my mental balance is disturbed, reliance jio infocomm is responsible for this.

        But my security and bal amount not refund.
        Many time i visited jio store they replying me refund will come in ur account soon. I logged a complain jio nothing reply on this issue .

          Call not connecting from Jio to Any Number Neither Jio not Non Jio.Not eve to 198 .Snail speed slow internet works Jio care troubleshooting shows everything good. Other Network SIM in my phone works fine.

          * Also unable to receive calls To caller it tells out of network.
          Problem since 2-3 days (today 24 Oct 2020)

          198 not connecting and Advisor on chat not available.

          "Valid Active Recharge Plan. Also Other network calling blance available more than 2000 mins"

              Hi, I filed a complaint on 19 Oct as my fiber cable broke due to a heavy loaded vehicle was passing by our home.. and I immediately registered a complaint..for two days they kept on saying it will be do e by evening.. but no service engineer arrived .when my brother went to the local jio office the guy said he received no complain.. .these are difficult times and we need internet for work purposes..I have been facing a loss at work..so I registered for cancellation of service yet no response..no resolution given..then I get a call from them yet no resolution was given..

                  I have been raising complaints since 1 yr for my Signal and Call dropping issues. Though they have accepted that there is an issue at my area, there isn't a single attempt to fix.

                  Issue is with the entire and not just the my apartment.

                  I tried to port to other network, but it was rejected twice with message "Spoke to Customer. Issue resolved". Though no one reached out to me for my confirmation

                  I have sent emails to Nodal Officer and left with no response

                  I am told by executive that issue will be resolved in 6 Hrs. but the issue persists since 12 + months in this area

                            Hi want to complaint about a recharge I have done on 13 oct 2020, of 499₹. I have recharge this pack by mistake . I wanted to recharge for 444₹ actually. How can I cancel the first order ? Jio customer care said it's not possible to cancel and to get refund . But It's waste of my money . Please get me a cancellation of my first order.

                              Jio fiber services

                              I am using Jio fiber services and facing multiple problems with its set top box. I tried to reach out them multiple times but their automated chats either tell to watch a video do various steps but I am not getting any solution, infact I tried yesterday also but at last they said they will connect me to their support guys but I never got connected to them neither yesterday or ever in the history....

                              Jio fibre pole was installed in front of my house which break the water pipeline and now the pole is lying in front of my house blocking large area and creating problem regarding parking and driving vehicles from last 2 months.                                 Last week i purchased a device Jio Fi from Jio center near me at Charthawal, Muzaffarnagar but they its not working fine and I am unable to use internet.
                                When I talked about this at that center they didn't reply in right way and didn't provide me any solution.

                                Also when I bought this they haven't provide me its bill by saying that at this time we don't have bill later we will provide but now they are denying.

                                  I had activated jio postpaid plus plan of Rs1499/- which says unlimited voice and data in UAE. But now during billing time they are saying only 300minutes of voice call and 1GBdata can be used in UAE which was not informed to me during activation of SIM or during mail chats with the Jio care team or on their advertisemen

                                  I had paid Rs1899/- as deposit amount and the receipt for the same is attached.

                                  I don't want to continue with this plan as they are cheating by saying unlimited.

                                  I would like to raise a complaint on them seeking compensation of Rs 10000/- for cheating customer and providing proper information.

                                  On 5th of Oct i raised a cancellation request to them but they assured me saying unlimited voice & data will be available soon (Kindly refer mail dated 6th Oct 2020).

                                  I trust ICC forum will help me on this issue.
