I have applied for a jio fibre and jio fixed voice connection on 16th september 2020 at mulund, mumbai. Order number: no0000f42qj7

The registration was done by their service person and payment was done immediately for the jio fibre gold plan. I was informed that the engineer would come and complete the setup withing maximum 48 hours.

This has not happened. The service person directs me to contact the call center number to check the status and most of the times does not respond to my calls. The call center person tells me that the profile has not yet been created in the system and that the service person needs to add some details in the system. Both the call center person and service person have been redirecting me to each other and not providing a solution. I have expressed my concern that i needed the internet connection urgently to work from home.

Desired resolution: need the installation and internet set up to be completed.

    Issues : network bars shows full. But as soon as any call is made or start using the internet, network drop to only 1 bar or no service (Many times).

    Current situation : internet speed is like opening google.com takes 5 to 10 minutes. (Average). Sending simple & short whatsapp messages may take 10 to 30 minutes.

    Issue since :
    Past 1 year.
    With last july-sept (2019) youtube video @ quality of 240p was not playing continuously.
    Oct-dec (2019), internet started being even slower day by day.
    Jan-apr (2020), call drops started.
    May-june (2020), "no service" very frequently for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
    July-aug (2020), "no service" very frequently for 5 minutes to 2.5 hours.

    Already tried following solutions (Multiple times) (Suggested by jio care) :
    1). Sim card in volte compatible handset on sim slot 1.
    2). Apn setting correct, device rebooted multiple times.
    3). Tried multiple handsets to verify if it's a handset issue. (No issue with handset. Problem persists on all devices).
    4). Contacted jio care chat - not much help. Refusal to create service requests on multiple occasions.
    5). Jio care : same pre-typed response that we're trying to provide better services to all the users. [ no action. ]

    Note :
    Issue reduces post 11:45 pm to 5:30 am. During which use case is not much.
    Also pointless to pay for these long durations of equivalent to quarters & years.
    For such a poor service & arrogant replies. And to mention denials of service request creation.

    Even appellate authority are taking no action.

      My jio internet connection is not working from few days. Whenever i call they says its temporarily problem we are working on it. After 2 calls my call is not connected to customer care they are not picking it up. Help please 🙏

        While recharging for a number, jio.com website auto-populated my (non-jiophone) Jio Sim number present in the smartphone, and I ended up recharging Rs. 75 jiophone recharge for my non-jiophone Jio Sim.
        Transaction ID: BR0004DJA1BX.
        When I raised a complaint to jio.com, they mentioned that recharge cannot be reversed, neither can it be added to my current balance. jio.com is fraud. Why are they cheating customers like this ? Why should jio.com website auto-populate Jio Sim number present inside the smartphone ? This is completely not acceptable. This is fraud. Please lodge a complaint against Reliance Jio for such malpractices.

        I ordered on 29th August 2020, got the delivery on 31st August 2020.
        But one item - Amul Milk Fat Spread 500g, Rs. 185.25 was missing in the order. The branch that delivered this order is Reliance Pallavaram branch. I complained to JioMart Cust care. Since 31st August I have raised 11 complaints and they are being closed without providing a resolution. On asking the cust care, they are saying the complaints are being closed due to technical issue. Till now I have not got the item, neither have I been provided a refund.

              I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 555 rs plan payment done by amazon upi on 17th of september 2020. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge and myjio app is not showing any recahrge done in history. The amazon upi transaction id for the payment of rs.555 is available. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                  Hey, there
                  I was using the jio set-top box form the last 6 months, but when suddenly remote of that set-top box stopped working jio is not trying to resolve my problem.
                  It's been 2 weeks there is no engineer visit till now, daily i'm calling in customer care for problem, they are saying that within 24hr engineer will visit but no one is coming, even their engineers are laying that they visited but no one was at home, while i'm doing work from home and my mom, sister, dad every one is at home only.

                    My Jio number has been getting a network problem for 5/6 months from today, whenever I call Jio customer care, they saying that we have big amount o[censored]sers they are also using internet thats why you are facing the problem.. If this is the case then when Jio first came, then there was no such problem, because today there are more users than when the Jio was giving internet for free. If my problem is not solved, I need 50% money of my recharge and I also do not need JIO connection as there is no shortage of ISP in the market. Today, after reaching the customer care on phone, I told them to transfer the call to the supervisor or give the proper solution. But they have the same answer that we have big amount of internet user thats why you are facing this problem..and they said that our supervisor is busy with other work.. after that they cut the phone. What is this..?????????

                      In my area there is a problem which is suffered by Jio sim card user that network speed is too low. Only few apps or web sites can be opened other than we are facing this problem from a long long time ago.
                      I have complained so many times to customer care service they replied that we will solve the problem because it is temporary due high connections in your area. But this problem is not solved.
                      They are charging high rate for their services.

They give me offer letter and training letter again they demand we have open salary account so you can give rs.400/-. You please give return back my amt.

                          Then why appellate department is not forwarding to network team of jalna

                          Please forward my feedback to jalna department regarding network coverage feasibility

                          We are facing huge problem can't communicate everyone, can't our children learn education through mobile, can't contact emergency help to doctor and ambulance

                          Frusted we are recharging but not getting help from reliance jio it is very bad from from out recharge all salaries and wages getting to jio employees and from our recharge all taxes are getting to india... But the main person who is backbone of everyone is customer is not satisfied and appellate employees also ignoring such customer...

                          Sometime we feel that we are not requesting to appellate department for help we are begging for help... Very bad from higher authorities

                            I bought the jio router wireless and it is giving problems since the beginning. I took it to the service centre and there was only the security guard whom i could speak to. There was reliance jio official or technician i could speak there was no place of sitting or no drinking water facility. The security guard sad i shud tell him all my problems and he will note it down. The next day when i went to collect the router, the security guard said that the router was repaired. There was no way checking whether it was repaired or not as the router completely discharged. There was no plug or socket to charge the router in the dirty basement office of reliance jio. Anyway i had to bring ti home and it is still giving problems like before. The range is not even 2 feet and the speed is just about 3-4 mbps. Never buy this useless router.

                                I contacted jio fiber for installation to internet services at my residence. Amount of 1500 was paid on tuesday 8th sept 20 and till date no installation has been done. I have been receiving stupid msg that technical team is assigned but no benefit.

                                It appears jio fiber is cheating the subscribers and does not believe in quality services and offer value for money.

                                    They have dug a deep hole between the road and the wall of our house. They have not filled it up since three days, it can be dangerous in the time of rain as the soil-bed will collapse. Therefore, it will damage the road as well our house.

                                      I have applied for jiofibre connection on 1st september 2020. Then jio representative came and scan my document and i made payment and everything i get the confirmation message"thank you for choosing jiofiber.
                                      The order number for your jiofiber connection is no0000eyoacj". They told on next day my installation will be done on 2nd september but nobody came. Then i call he told on 3rd it will be done, like this on 3rd also nobody come....

                                      Firstly, there is no option or proper information on the jio portal or myjio app to cancel a jio fiber subscription. Through some forums i got the information and raised a request for cancellation over email. By default and without asking me they set up an engineer visit on a random date. I'm getting the sms that visit is scheduled, however no one is visiting or calling me.
                                      There is no option to re-schedule the visit as:
                                      1. Customer care number is not connecting
                                      2. Email response is an auto-reply and of no use
                                      3. Chat option does not works
                                      4. Complaint is not even visible in app or on portal
                                      As the engineer is not visiting the site to take down the connection, i'm unable to get back my deposit refund.
                                      It seems that this is some form of a strategy to not let people get back their refund. If you express interest in getting a connection, they'll call you 2 times a day but there is literally no option to get the existing connection cancelled. Highly disappointed with the lack of response and options available!

                                      I am unable to cancel my Jio fibre connection through CC and Whasapp no. My old Jiofibre connection is [protected]. There is no provision to select and cancel the old connection. Jio is just interested in new booking only. This is a serious fraud and not refunding customers money!!! Poor show.
                                      Same goes for me, now that I'm trying to discontinue my connection, the person who did my KYC is telling me to call JioFiber customer care and talk to one of the executive. But there is no option on call, whatsapp, or MyJio app. This is literally a fraud.
                                      I am spending all my energy to disconnect and get my deposit baek but.they take request but nobody comes to pick up. How do we complaint.and where against this jlo mafia scam. is there some one to help to sue them for this Cheating
                                      Pathetic customer care... They first have a long wait with stupid options to speak to customer care. Then they will irritate you why do u want to cancel the connection. After all this, they don't turn up and you will get multiple calls from ivr on we missed their calls...
                                      I don't understand what are these guys up to. they are literally taking "duniya in there muthi" and not helping their customers.
