I paid for jio fiber on 4th sept, from 4th sept I am getting mails your installation will be done next day. It's been 10th sept already a week.

The executive who came for documentation and payment he doesn't receive calls either.

    Jio speed is too slow max speed is 150kbps only when i complain about it to customer care he/she said the problem will solved in some days but still this problem persist.
    First i complain about it in 2017 but still happens and no improvement shown.
    They said too many users in your area. When the network has limited capacity why you're adding too many customers to the network, you should improve your network fast otherwise don't add new customer.
    You put us in to a jail to bind for 3 months by these recharges and stay in the worst network

    Only in my jio number speed is only 70-100kpbs i checked another jio number speed is good but mine is capping.
    I tried to insert my sim in another smartphone and there is also the same problem 70-100kbps which is too low even i cant browse anything on internet.
    That's why i'm going to port my number to Airtel telecom which is very good in my area internet speed is 40mbps which is very good regarding jio.

      I have made a payment for silver1 m plan on 29th dec2019 for my jio number [protected] through myjio app.

      The first transaction was failed, and second transaction was successfully done through my jio app, however rs. 1001.82 was paid to jio two times from icici bank with transaction id upi/[protected] and upi/[protected]. The same was also confirmed by bank which i already communicated to jio team many times.

      In spite of so many mail to jio since last one year, my issue is not yet resolved and i did not get my money back. Earlier also, it happened many time that without getting proper resolution, my request was closed without any result by jio.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Jio Broadband Internet

        The issue that I have experienced was: 4th September I recharged my JIO FIBRE broadband data plan to Diamond TRruly Unlimited ( 300 Mbps ) .

        However, upon checking via a speed testing application, I noticed the speed to be only 30 Mbps upload and download approx.
        I raised a complaint regarding the same. Then the router started showing green light and I could not access the internet.

        I was told on 4th September 2020 ( Service request no: SR0000125OTB) that on 5th September 2020 an executive would visit my place between[protected] hrs. They didn't.

        The second complaint raised on 8th September 2020. SERVICE REQUEST NO: SR[protected] )

        An apology was given and assurity given that this time the executive would definitely reach. Again today he did not reach.

        When I again called the helpline no they had the same excuse and reply. I asked to speak to the Floor manager or senior executive but was simply denied saying that wasn't possible.
        The goirl on the line was arrogant too.

        It occurred on : 4/09/2020

        I want to be compensated for the time when the internet speed was below mentioned in the plan. They can extend the validity period or refund the amount for those days.

        I want them to resolve the issue at the earliest. (Priority)

        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

            I am using jio network since when jio has launched. But i have faced this issue for quite a lot of times that jio is deducting data balance unnecessarily. My jio number is - [protected]. This happened a lot of times that jio data automatically gets exhausted by light browsing.in few minutes of browsing 50% data getting consumed and again within few more minutes entire 100% data gets exhausted. Today around 11 am i turned on the mobile data of my phone and started using internet of light browsing. Surprisingly at around 11.30 am jio sent message that 100% mobile data is exhausted. I don't understand how within half an hour my entire 2 gb mobile data is totally gets exhausted for a light browsing. The statement generated is also showing inappropriate/fake report as my mobile data was turned off entire night before the day i started browsing. Another major concern is, the customer service of jio. Every time i tried reaching out to them for my concern regarding their service, they left me with either unanswered call or their unnecessary advice which is of no help. I have a recharge plan with jio for 2 gb per day for 84 days which costs 599 rs which is quite a bigger amount for me. But it's worthwhile untill i get the appropriate service for which i am paying for. Please take necessary steps regarding this issue where money is involved but adequate service is not served.

              pole removal

              Hello,

              A pole has been erected by reliance in front of my plot, exactly in the centre. This was constructed without any permissions, i request you to relocate this pole as it hinders my construction plans by blocking the path for trucks and boring machines to go inside.                 Please refund the amount or transfer the plan to other plans which is popular one like rs. 555 or more.
                Sir please do the needful. And consider my mistake as its a huge amount for me and there is no talk time or voice call benefit due to lack of proper recharge

                      I am the Engineering student from 'sahaspura village district hapur uttarpradesh' I am very very big network problem during this pandemic I am not doing my online classes due to network ishue.there is large network problem even calling network is not also good .we can not call to someone if we are inside the village.when we goes out 200 meters from village then the network will little bit good.due to the network connectivity many people are port their sim. So, my humble request to you please take steps as much as possible.and I want to tell you also before one one newly born child has died due to non contact with ambulance because of poor network connection.please help us 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

                        I am disappointed and dissatisfied by false information provided by relaince jio regarding data usage.Without using data services they deduct the balance and exhaust the daily limit.

                          The Jio fiber cable got cut due to some vehicles on the road . I have raised the complaint to Jio . This is the complaint reference number SR0000124F6N.
                          They confirmed appointment between 10 Am to 12 PM on September 2 .
                          When I called at 10, they said it got rescheduled between 2:45 pm and 3:45 PM . But no service engineer has come and visited the place .
                          Again I called the Jio fiber care and they said the service engineer is not available and they don't know when the issue will be resolved .
                          This is really bad in the time of corona where people are more depending on internet to work and kids are attending online classes on internet .

                            Hi,

                            This is to bring in notice for you that, i have taken the connection of jio fibernet in meerut, uttar pradesh, india. I work in bangalore for kpit technologies in bangalore, but i am working from home due to covid pandemic. Hence i had installed a jio fibernet connection on 14th august.

                            Since i stay in rent and was about to shift on 27th of august. Hence while i was buying the connection, i asked the jio sales person - anshul chaudhary about the relocation after 10-15 days. They promised me it will be done within 2 days once will raise the incident.

                            Hence i raised a relocation request on 24th of august, but there was no response from the jio team till 31st of august.

                            On 31st, when i called them they informed me that it will done on same day but there was no response and action from them and hanged me for all day without any updates.

                            I got the techinical enginner contact number name keshav who works at meerut, mangal pandey nagar location and when i tried to contact he was just giving me some lame excuses such as:

                            1) server is down
                            2) engineer is not available
                            3) con call is going on so engineers are not available and so on.

                            Further when i escalated the complaint, he was not ready to talk to me started ignoring call. I have tried multiple times but he does'not pick the call.
                            Later in the evening when i called him he had left for the day from office and didnt answered my complaint.

                            Since there was no call, i some how managed keshav's higher authority contact whose name is gaurav bhardwaj, i tried calling me but he also never picked the call.

                            After that i pinged a message to him, he read the messages but did'
                            Not repond in message as well.

                            On 2nd august, i tried calling to all the employess, the field engineer abhishek pandit, techinal engineer keshav, technical engineer supervisor gaurav bhardwaj but no one had picked the call and gave me updates.

                            Later i tried to contact anshul and when he picked the call he mentioned engineer is on the way and it will be installed by 9 am

                            Since 24th they are promising all the time that it will be done within due time but all are fake promises and the worst part is their non response on calls.

                            This has literally impacted my work and i am getting audited from my company.

                            I request you to please raise the complaint on the above issue and take an actions on the employees of jio like keshav and gaurav bhardwaj, abhishek pandit
                            .

                            These kind of employeed are literally spoiling the status, culture, trust of jio reliance.

                            I had never expected a mukesh ambani's organisation would be having this kind of customer service.

                                I have full network speed data in my account with recharge pack 399 (1.5gb/day) but till network speed is very low (About 20 kbps). When i was asked them they are saying more users using network.
                                So my complent against reliance jio ithey should provide me full speed internate

                                    My jio fibre connection with landline number[protected], is not working since 21st August. Inspite of repeated complaints no engineer has come forward to do the service restoration. I have paid for an advance plan for 6 months, a total sum of rs 7500. As a result ofvthe above i have not been able to access my internet, incurring losses everyday. Kindly help and do the needful.

                                      Hi I have purchased jio fiber last year for 2500(fully refundable) and they have given me a old router of 2.4ghz so I requested the jio for 5 GHz router as I am using a 100mbps plan but the company is not even responding to my queriy the after sale team is worst and now I contacted sales person who gave connection to me says return the connection you will get full refund and now again purchase it for 2500(non refundable) very bad
