My younger brother did recharge of rupees 1002 by mistake via paytm.
I dont want to make that recharge as i already have subscribed for a plan. Please give me a refund please!!!...

I am using the jio connection at least 2 year. I have a complain for jio network. My jio sim is fully recharged with a valid plan but my Internet connection speed is very slow and this problem is facing many jio users in my area.I already inform this issue on jio customer care but there is a no solution for me.They tell me plaease wait for few days and they tell me they have limited network at this area and they solve...

My closed jio mob no.[protected] which already stopped by even after personally visited

I was confused since longtime regarding the immediate lapse of my mobile data without any usage in my jio phone [protected]. To substantiate the same, while i was sleeping at midnight, i surprisingly got text message at 12:47 am stating that 50% data has been consumed.
I am deeply shocked over this fraudulent consumption of data when my internet data is getting finished without being actually used.
Kindly look into the matter...

I had recharged for the 599/- pack on 1st august through yono app. The plan is not yet activated and my call services was suspended. I had to recharge again through myjio app.
Kindly look into the problem and refund the deducted amount of 599/-...

I have recharged a plan of 129 instead of 199. So please cancel the 129 plan and i'll be benefited by this.

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 2599 rs plan on 31/07/2020, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge and it's not reflected in myjio app. I made the payment via amazon pay and the money is debited from my account. Please resolve immediately.

Actually i got call from a lady who is an employee of reliance jio infocomm limited. She provided me the form for joining but also taken money from me as a security amount....

I have recharged my jio number on 27/07/2020 for Rs.199 which gives 1.5Gb data at 4G speed for 28 days. I used jio servics for 2 days but from 29/07/2020 they are not allowing me access the service.When i chek my profile on jiofi login they are showing that i have not recharge.I am attching bank statement regarding payment which is done via net banking....

Jio has two standard answers for poor speed
1. you are in a poor coverage area even though your sim might be showing alll bars so your speed is low.

2.. you have good signal strength but there are more number o[censored]sers so the speed is low

There is no way they look into any issue it is like make do with whatever is available. if it works then fine if it does not just too bad.

I done transaction on 6th March 2020 with sbi credit card with rs 2643 double deduction of amount when I complaint sbi credit card they dispute the issue they are telling it is merchant fault they are telling me to pay the due and indicating that it is merchant fault I can send you the proof...

Due to low speed of 4g network we are unable see jio tv in our place and we are unable download film from internet.in our place if we download a hd film from internet it takes approximately 26 hours.
