I did my 4g voucher recharge of ₹21 two times and both the time it showed recharge as successful but it is not reflected on my phone and I didn't get any message too for the recharge being successful.

    Jio good Network is not for long, nor is it being cured, will we the people switch from Jio or Jio will take immediate action on this issue? We faced very bad network issues, we can't get a clear voice, also very very low internet speed, we are unable to open just Google, there is a very call drop problem.

      I recharged my jio no. With plan of 199 via my bank's official mobile app. Amount got secessfully deducted and also received message of deduction. But its been 4 day since then still haven't received my recharge contacted jio customer care via email but no response.

        Sir, i am using jio network connection. I am a tax practitioner. We have dead lines for submitting returns. I cannot submit my returns in time because of your bad service.

        Now i am complaining about your internet repairing services. I had registered 3 complaints within a period of 10 days. Attaching the details for your perusal. Yesterday i have tried your whatsapp number and also the tele call number for complaining. But it is not properly connected and i again complaint it today morning. I have lost so many man hours only becuase of you.

                We had esclated many complaint to jio department to appellate department, grievances department of jio but complaint is not resolved from u r end. Of documentation and network concern

                Jio had esclated to investigation department to clear root cause of complaint but still it has not resolved

                I m requesting to jio higher authorities please send the network team immmediately at my location to clear the issue of my complaint

                Forward to jalna network team to invesgate the matter of my concern on immmediately basis allready it is too late of investigation

                Registered new appellate complaint again and send network jalna team to do the investigation allready my documents they are not accepting i m expecting new investigation from jio appellate team

                  I want jio giga fibre connection at my residence...the jio fibre wire is came to my side building siddesh tower... I have logged for jio fibre since December 2019 ...but nobody is coming to my residence ...have called almost 100 times.. I had talk to vishal Singh manager of jio thane but no response from them... plz help ..me otherwise I will go up...plz help...I need internet at home but nobody coming...and telling again and again there is no construction team..or telling we will come soon .there is any time limits ?? plz revert quickly otherwise I will go up for jio giga fibre connection.. plz revert..

                    It has been almost a year since i have complained several times to jio service provider authorities that internet speed which i get mostly is 50kbps to 100kbps. At first they used to say signal coverage in my area was poor but now the coverage has become good since few months but the speed remains unchanged, it annoys me a lot who is a hardcore internet user.
                    The promised internet speed is never reached, i want this issue to be fixed soon, i will be very grateful.

                        - Full Description of Incident : Recharge of rs 399 was done on 07/08/2020 from "My Jio App" for the mobile number [protected] and payment mode was "PhonePe".Amount has been deducted and recharge got unsuccessful.As shown in Photo1 attached below.

                        According to Image2 the refund of above amount has not been done till now.

                        I made two calls with customer care but not positive response i got and they said it is a fault of "PhonePe" so please call to phone pe for refund.

                        Its your responsibility to solve my issue as i used your plateform "My Jio App" and it offered me payment mode "PhonePe" so how "PhonePe" is responsible for that and why i should contact with "PhonePe".

                        My money not get refunded till now as Image2 told to refund my amount within 3 to 10 days.

                        - Desirable solution of my complaint - Its my humble request to you to refund my deducted amount of Rs 399 as soon as possible. i would be very thankful to you.

                        Image2 के अनुसार उपरोक्त राशि का रिफंड अब तक नहीं किया गया है।

                        मैंने ग्राहक देखभाल के साथ दो कॉल किए, लेकिन सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया नहीं मिली और उन्होंने कहा कि यह "PhonePe" की गलती है इसलिए कृपया रिफंड के लिए फोन पे को कॉल करें।

                        मेरी समस्या को हल करने की आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है क्योंकि मैंने आपके प्लेटफ़ॉर्म "My Jio App" का उपयोग किया है और इसने मुझे भुगतान मोड "PhonePe" की पेशकश की है, इसलिए "PhonePe" कैसे इसके लिए ज़िम्मेदार है और मुझे "PhonePe" से संपर्क क्यों करना चाहिए।

                              My number is [protected]. It was disconnected on my request. But now I'm standing in the middle of the road. I had requested customer care to issue the number to me again but they refused. I need that number on a urgent basis, without which I'll suffer a lot. I request jio to take this as special request and provide me the number. Please don't say no as I'm completely lost and help less.please help me. There is no hope.

                                I would like to bring it to your notice that My set top box remote has malfunctioned since 23rd May 2020. I have complained at [protected] and brought it to the notice of your service engineer Mr Modal -+[protected] on 25th May. Have tried to contact him several times to no avail. Recently on 12/8/2020 your service engineer(MR. Rahul - [protected]) visited my premises for installation /changinging of Router from Black to Blue wherein I complained /brought the matter up to him. As i could not provide him with service number he assured me that he will be visiting again for replacement of the device and that i will be getting service request no within half an hour.

                                As such I have not received any service request no till date ie from 12th Aug - till 17th Aug. Meanwhile I have contacted/requested him on three times for the repairs but he has promised a visit soon apart from that nothing has been done.

                                I have tried to lodge a complaint[protected] on 17th Aug 2020 at 6:38 PM but as this number was not from the fiber connection complaint no person on the line could not register a complaint.

                                Tried [protected] and after listening to all the necessary validity, recharges, plan validity etc etc(which lasted 5:56 Min )i was connected to somebody who refused to register my complaint as I have not called from My registered Mobile NO, told the person that I will provide her with all details necessary - like my registered Mob no, service ID, linked Addhar No etc, Address etc but she has refused to book my complaint solely on the fact that it is not my registered mob NO.

                                After recharging My registered mobile no i contacted[protected] who advised my to write but refused to book my complaint.

                                There fore I humbly request you to look into the matter and expediate the process of repairing/ replacing the set top box.

                                  I am calling to jio customer care from september 2019 regarding slow internet connection but they are only lodge my complain and they do not take any action against my complain and when i ask too much questions then their representative mute my call then after cut my call after few second later.
                                  Recently i asked to their representative to give me my complain number if you have lodge my complain but she didn't give me my complain number. I told her to kindly tell me my complain number i will write down it on a paper but she didn't give me my complain number and she muted my call then she cut my call.

I am a student of 11th and beacuse of bad internet speed i am not able to attend live classes. I had joint iit coaching and paid a lot of fee but bad internet condition makes all null. Me and my friends had tried to contact customer care 1000 times but the issue was not solved.

                                      Recently i have been exposed to jiofi device since we are doing work from home. One day i was normally checking the box and the labels and shocked with sar value mentioned in box.. Which is 1.78 w/kg.. Have you seen this?
                                      This is too bad, as per the indian standards, it should be 1.6 w/kg.
                                      Yes.. I have done a lot of analysis on this and verified official indian telecom websites and other research on the radiation limit part.
                                      Please take a required action on jio and save indians from heavy radiation.

                                        i am not received invoice of recharge to the jio fiber net of 1 month bronze plan

                                        I was made recharge for one month plan but invoice was not provided for 824.84 rupees (1 month recharge amount) and i was contacted to customer care they also not provided they advising to me to check my end in my jio application i have tried but no use,

                                        I am not able understand one thing is, why they cant provide invoice of amount paid by customer to them....
