Hi,

My number is [protected]. It was disconnected on my request. But now I'm standing in the middle of the road. I had requested customer care to issue the number to me again but they refused. I need that number on a urgent basis, without which I'll suffer a lot. I request jio to take this as special request and provide me the number. Please don't say no as I'm completely lost and help less.please help me. There is no hope.

I would like to bring it to your notice that My set top box remote has malfunctioned since 23rd May 2020. I have complained at [protected] and brought it to the notice of your service engineer Mr Modal -+[protected] on 25th May. Have tried to contact him several times to no avail. Recently on 12/8/2020 your service engineer(MR. Rahul - [protected]) visited my premises for installation /changinging of Router from Black to Blue wherein I complained /brought the matter up to him. As i could not provide him with service number he assured me that he will be visiting again for replacement of the device and that i will be getting service request no within half an hour.

As such I have not received any service request no till date ie from 12th Aug - till 17th Aug. Meanwhile I have contacted/requested him on three times for the repairs but he has promised a visit soon apart from that nothing has been done.

I have tried to lodge a complaint[protected] on 17th Aug 2020 at 6:38 PM but as this number was not from the fiber connection complaint no person on the line could not register a complaint.

Tried [protected] and after listening to all the necessary validity, recharges, plan validity etc etc(which lasted 5:56 Min )i was connected to somebody who refused to register my complaint as I have not called from My registered Mobile NO, told the person that I will provide her with all details necessary - like my registered Mob no, service ID, linked Addhar No etc, Address etc but she has refused to book my complaint solely on the fact that it is not my registered mob NO.

After recharging My registered mobile no i contacted[protected] who advised my to write but refused to book my complaint.

There fore I humbly request you to look into the matter and expediate the process of repairing/ replacing the set top box.

I am calling to jio customer care from september 2019 regarding slow internet connection but they are only lodge my complain and they do not take any action against my complain and when i ask too much questions then their representative mute my call then after cut my call after few second later.
Recently i asked to their representative to give me my complain number if you have lodge my complain but she didn't give me my complain number. I told her to kindly tell me my complain number i will write down it on a paper but she didn't give me my complain number and she muted my call then she cut my call.

With this complaint i would like to state your attention towards jio netowork in my area. I am a student of 11th and beacuse of bad internet speed i am not able to attend live classes. I had joint iit coaching and paid a lot of fee but bad internet condition makes all null. Me and my friends had tried to contact customer care 1000 times but the issue was not solved.

Kindly requested you to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Recently i have been exposed to jiofi device since we are doing work from home. One day i was normally checking the box and the labels and shocked with sar value mentioned in box.. Which is 1.78 w/kg.. Have you seen this?
This is too bad, as per the indian standards, it should be 1.6 w/kg.
Yes.. I have done a lot of analysis on this and verified official indian telecom websites and other research on the radiation limit part.
Please take a required action on jio and save indians from heavy radiation.

I was made recharge for one month plan but invoice was not provided for 824.84 rupees (1 month recharge amount) and i was contacted to customer care they also not provided they advising to me to check my end in my jio application i have tried but no use,

I am not able understand one thing is, why they cant provide invoice of amount paid by customer to them....

Hi, this is sanjeeb here. I have been using my postpaid jio no [protected] since 1 year and never defaulted any billing cycle but from 13 august 2020 they have been barred my outgoing calls for -42paisa as unpaid amount shows for that i paid 155 rupees on 13th august 2020. How ridiculous. I have been making calls to their customer care service they are saying it will take 4 hours to resume my services but it's been 24 hours there is no response.

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is in regards with the recharge transaction done on wrong mobile number. The brief details is that I have recharged on my jio number of Rs. 555/- were in by mistakenly i have entered wrongly two digits of mobile number. I have complaint in the jio customer care about the same but they were failed to resolve my query. I have asked them to kindly reverse the amount recharged or else get the recharged with the same amount.

My transaction number is [protected] dated 1st August 2020. As the transaction got successful. I have tried to reach the wrong number but the number wasn't working, it was showing switched off.

Request you to kindly lookinto the matter and resolve as soon as possible.

I have been facing several issues regarding jio's internet services. They promise to provide 4g speeds but always provide very low speeds in my area. When i complain to them about the issue they simply state that my handset is at fault even though other isps provide better speeds. Also they promise to give us 1.5gb per day but the daily data limit is often exhausted way before we consume 1.5gb. This is getting worse day by day and they are simply looting customers.

Since 28th july i am facing slow internet problem while using internet through jio data pack, when i faced problem i called jio customer care on 198 and registered my complain but customer care said within the 3-4 hours your problem will be solved but today is 9th of august till now i am facing slow internet speed and my problem is not solved even almost everyday i use to call jio customer care to ask about what's the status of my complain but they reply the same thing within 3-4 hours problem will be solved but till now not solved my problem and my complain no. Is mr0000sz31p9. I have recharged with ₹ 199 in jio which have validity of 28 days and i have not used my internet as well as not able to make call properly for more than 11 days, not used there services then i should get refund for not using internet and call services for more than 11 days and i don't know when i will get stable internet to use. I want refund from jio. Now jio have blocked my call and now i can't contact customer care on 198, i try to call them but they don't provide option to talk to customer care executive to me. I have screenshot of internet speed test i will attach here as well as i have done speed test through trai app and send the speed test results to trai. This is my current location here i am facing problem using jio internet and calls services 26.213677, 84.967713. There is mobile tower of jio just near my house but still i face problem.

Have recharged my jio no [protected] with amount of rs.1299/- on 31st jul at 1820hrs in which balance deducted from my account and credited to merchants account but no concerned service activated for the same, neither any refund made to me till now. Payment made through phone pay, talked to customer care but not fruitulful.

I am a jio associate partner, my jio pos lite prm id is [protected]. I had done a transaction of 1000/- rupees for loading money in jio pos lite app on 11 may 2020, but from my bank account two transactions of 1000/- -1000/- rupees deducted with in second and only 1000/- rupees is credit in my jio pos lite app wallet.
