I want to cancel my recharged jio pack rs.153 on date -13th july 2020. Because this plan does not work on my jiofi device. So it is requested to you that either u refund my money back or change my jio plan.

On 13th of july 2020, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately....

Today very early morning 12.30 am i did jio recharge with 297+100 for 0.5 gb pack for 84 days. I wasn't aware that it will only work on jio phone. I tried calling customer care the denied converting that plan to some usable plan on my smartphone or refund the amount so i can use some other plan. They simply implied nothing will be done and my money will be wasted if i dont have jiophone.
