        Dear team,
        I have recharged a work from home plan 151rs to 30 gb for one month validity.
        Because my current plan is 24 gb with 12 month validity. So for saving the data consuption from my current plan i have recharged one month data plan or wfh plan.

        But when i am using the internate now, the data is beeing consumed from my 12 month plans. That is wrong.

        As per basic rules the data should be consume from one moth validity pack or work from home pack. Other wise there is no value for me to recharge this plan.

        Please do need ful.

        I have also talked many times with your customer care person mamta and pooja but they are just passing their time. After hearing my complain they are not responded properly. Call discunnected again n again. I am not getting any help from them.

          I am a citizen of hyderabad, india and i had recharged 99 rupees on my jio number [protected] but found that, that recharge was only valid for jio phones. When i called the customer care at 198 at spoke to them within minutes of the recharge, they informed me that there was no resolution available even though the plan would be activated after a single whole day and not valid on my smartphone.
          The transaction id for the recharge of 99 rupees is br0004y1ycsf. This is ridiculous because wrong recharges take place and there should be countermeasures in place which the company does not offer to the common citizen. The customer care person i talked to mentioned his name as akhilesh and i am not sure if he took down the complaint or not because he told me there were no supervisors present at the moment and gave me a complaint number as mr0000suknw8 which makes me suspicious because no such complaint can be seen in my jio app. Please help me get my money back because i am a student and can't afford recharging my phone as i please.

            In recent times i have seen a odd behaviour in my jiofi.
            Even without using all the daily limit is getting exhausted as soon as device is turned on and to connected to my phone which has "jiocall" app... Please look at this issue... It's quite annoying.

              I failed to get any resolution from jio fiber care even after repeated complaints since 16th december 2019. They collected from me one year annual charges based on 100 mbps speed. Now after seven months they are writing to me advising that i should not complain if i am getting 20 mbps speed!!!
              As per the information given by jio service people themselves, this one fifth speed is done deliberately through an outdated modem installed at my home which is infected by some chinese virus. Probably this is done deliberately by the company to give only 20% speed to the customers and charge them five times.
              Quote from email of [protected]@jio.com as follows:-
              Quote “if your download speed is than 20mbps @ wifi, you should not face any inconvenience while browsing or watching videos.
              If speeds are lower than 20mbps @wifi, do revert and we will reach out to you to resolve this issue.

                  When i am studying at 8:00 am on 18 july 2020, there was a call from ([protected]) on my no. and i've received that call, and he is talking about my google pay account, he is asking my account no. and bank detail, but i have not given, then suddenly he had started using abuse words, PLEASE TAKE AN IMMEDIATE ACTION ON HIM

                    I am using wifi and my mobile internet connection is off.
                    In the morning itself it shows that i have used 50% of mobile data.
                    I have 2gb pack per day.
                    Where as in the security present in mi phones which mostly shows how data has been used by which app that one uses, in that also i am not able to see where i lost the the data
                    My auto sync was offf
                    My auto update was off

                      For the past 3 days inspite of min data used, jio dongle says 90% used in 50 minutes and 10% used in next 10 min.. How is that possible... Jio customer care also not working properly but previously it was working well. Even i have changed the user name and password of the dongle. Kindly let me know the solution for this.

                        We have taken the broadband connection from the jio company, the service man, provided us the service but due to construction work we have discharged the connections for some while, now when we are again asking them to re install the services and set the connection of broadband then they are refusing and not receiving our calls. We have complained to the jio service many a time but their is no response. We have all the machines set top box, wires but they are not responding.

                          Hello,

                          I signed up for jio fiber preview offer in march 2019 after paying the required security deposit of inr 4500/-. I was availing the preview offer until they contacted me in april end, informing me that the preview offer has ended and i would need to buy a recharge to have continuous services with them.

                          I recharged my account on 04/05/2020 for silver plan on a quarterly basis. I have had no internet services on my connection since 04/06/2020. When my wife calls up the customer center, they were unwilling to lodge a complaint due to the lockdown. I accepted that, hence i logged a complaint on 15/06/2020 after restrictions were partially lifted in mumbai. The engineer came after a few days and informed us that the line is damaged, they do not have resources to fix it.

                          The ticket sr000011c20d was closed by them on 15/06/2020, without resolution. After that numerous phone calls and emails were sent to the jio customer care team, with the same response that have patience, we will resolve. I had already pointed out to them that i have 2 young children who have to attend school via online classes conducted by the school.

                          Until 04/07/2020, they did not do anything to get my internet issue resolved. Until then the only replies i got from them for my status enquiry was hope you are in "pink of health" and it is with the necessary department.

                          Out of sheer frustration and also keeping in mind that my children have missed a month of education, because jio infocomm could not be bothered to resolve my problem, i moved my provider to another company.

                          Upon request of cancellation of servies, they are now telling me that they will not refund my money to me. I have pointed out to them, that out of the 3 months paid service, i have only received services for one month. I haqve given them ample time to resolve my issue and after that when there was no response from them and my children's education being affected, i have asked for cancellation.

                          They are now not accepting my cancellation request, by pleading with my wife to keep their services which have still not been restored after 40 days and denying me a refund of my security deposit of inr 4500/- and also a pro rata refund of inr 2000 for services which they have not been able to provide.

                          Out of sheer frustration with the companies malpractice and harassment i am approaching yourselves to help me get my refund.

                          Can they put a price on my children's lost education. Please help.

                              I have yet to receive the security deposit refund for my account. The otp sent for account detail verification for refund contained wrong details for my account. Two digits were interchanged both in ifsc and account number.
                              I tried to reach out to my poc multiple times but he is not responding and i am unable to reach out to any authority or jio care representative also because my account is disabled

                                  I recahrged my jio number with a paln that us not compatible with my smartphone i recharged the number with 549 plan rather than the 555 plan plz can u either refund the money or change the plan on my account to the 555 plan

                                    On 13th of july 2020, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.
