Dear concern
I visited jio gallery nagpada branch,
The staff made us wait for 45 minutes. They closed the gallery to do some banking work.
After making us wait for more than 45 minutes your staff named mr. Ashar taken a porting customer who just came and breaks the queue, i went inside and asked him why he allowed this customer, who broke the queue and went inside. Your staff replied he has taken appointment, when i asked him show me where is the system of taking appointment he fumbled and then replied he is a policeman (The man was not in his uniform) i told him so what, first of all, he is not on duty, he should respect other who are waiting outside for 45 minutes or more, then he again fumbled and replied he came yesterday also that's why we first allowed him.
I asked the manager's number, i spoke to the gallery manager who said we don't have an appointment system and also we don't have any priority system.
I request you take strick action against your staff.
If such behaviour continue, you will lose your customers.
Because of this im planning to port my number to other operator.
