Sir i recharge my account with rs 129 but my recharge wes not successfull but the money was deducted from my account and trasferred to jio reliance infocomm.
Please refund my money asap

    I have complaint many times for audio mute automatically during call on either side after a minute of talk. It's is happening since 2-3 months. Qnd as i have noticed in my family we have two numbers another using by my wife. Same issue. 198 / 199 customer care never gets connected for complaint. We are facing really trouble of this audio mute. We can't complete our conversation. If i call other operator number also audio mute is happening. During a call we have to disconnect many times then connect to complete the conversation.

      Hiii reliance jio infocomm

      I am not using my data... And msg i have received u e r using jio data 50% completed... How to complaint 50% data... I totally my device is switch off... How to dedected my data... And data speed is to lowwwwwwww...Same problem arise i will file charge sheet...

          With due respect i have honour to inform you that in our place we have been facing huge problem due to lack jio's poor quality of network since 15 days. Is jio know that we are not consume jio service in free? Why you harrasment us by providing poor quality of network? You should admire airtel telecom network. I have a small request to jio please provide us better network otherwise you should close ur service.           I have honour to inform i am an inhabitants of town-sarthebari, pin-781307, dist-barpeta, state-assam.in our place jio is supply poor quality of network. I have a small request to jio please don't supply good quality of network in our place!! Please harrasment us by providing poor quality of network it's give enjoyment to jio. Please enjoy our plight it's give lots of satisfaction to jio.

            Sir,
            I am a customer of jio. I had a bought a new sim a day back in the sense that jio has a good network. but now I am thinking of buying an other sim due to the poor network. I am not able to even call the customer care. I was not able to attend my online classes due to this severe problem.so I would request you to please take action on this before tomorrow.

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Pre-Paid Plans

                The issue that I have experienced was: I have made recharge today morning for rs 109 instead of 129 by mistake. I can pay 20rs difference amount to provide me service. But they asking me to recharge entire 129 rs again, what kind of justice is this. Please help me

                Just change it 129 by charging 20 rs more from him. That's a great help

                  I have recharged successfully on my jio no [protected] for rs 349 but to my horror, jio is not allowing me to use internet but intead I get zero data on myjio number and whenver I call any customer service its useless because its not so helpful and also I get a message like you donot have a recharge plan for your jio number When clearly I have recharged successfully.
                  I have attached a screenshot of the recharge in case further details are required.
                  Please help me out if anyone is out there.
                  Customer service is hopeless and helpless.
                  Please help me, I would forever be in your debt.

                      On 2/6/20 i have remited rs 50 to jio mobile for top-up of my mobile no [protected] through kotak mahindra bank on line by debit to my sb
                      [protected] and transaction confirmed as successful. Tranfer id hga/
                      Poi2dd[protected] but inspite of several complaints neither the bank
                      Nor jio has returned the money nor credit in mobile recharge.
                      Though this is small amount why not responding to the complint'

                        I have a small village. There is absolutely no internet running here and not sending any message.
                        Right now the corona is running, so we cannot get out. That's why we are using the phone but the internet is not running. What do we do?

Jio should remember we are not consume jio service in free than why jio is supply poor quality of 4g network in our locality? I have a suggestions to jio if you don't provide better network in our locality than you should close your service in our locality. Why you harassment us?                                 I have recharged 594 plan without noticing it is for jio phone, as it was mentioned in the main page in jio app. I wanted it to be reversed to my account. Since, i don't have jio phone to use it. Jio should mention it in before recharge. Kindly cancel the recharge amount and revert it back

                                      This is to inform you that I had been facing serious internet speed issues in the month of May and June, for which I had raised the concern to customer care via call (Service ID : SR00001197OP). For such disruption, I was promised by the Customer Care executive on the call that I shall be duly compensated for such period of inconvenience by extending the validity of my plan by 15 days.

                                      So, kindly provide the promised extension of 15 days validity. Also, I would request the 15 days validity to be provided for Gold Plan as I've decided to upgrade my plan for better speed and data volume, from this month onwards. Please do the needful at the earliest and inform me. Do feel free to call in case of any query.

I request you to please cancel the recharge and refund the amount. The orn number is [protected]. The recharge was done on 22 june 2020 around 10 am.
