Hello, i am rutul, i accidentally recharged wrong number so plz cancle and credit my money back, i recharged of total 555/- rs.

    Hello,

    I have recharged my number [protected] with a wrong recharge plan instead of the right plan via paytm, using my jio apps. The plan can be used only for jio phone and not for smart phone.

    I have recharged the ₹301 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right pack.

      Respected sir/ma'am
      Please hear my case and tell me why i should still pursue services from jio.
      This is the first time that i'm opting for a connection from jio and i seem to already be regretting it.
      Your attractive packages did catch my interest but your sad services and worse work staff are pushing my interest in taking a connection from jio.
      I applied for a connection and your sales staff (Minavijay-[protected]) did not leave any tables unturned to explain the ease and benefits of jio. The highlight being that it will be installed the next day after i register for it. The registration took 3 days thanks to miscommunication from your staff misinforming me on the charges for the package that i wanted to buy.
      I got an appointment message for the next day (Screenshot attached below), but nobody turned up and neither was i given a status update. I called up the sales staff and he told me there was no port available here and it will take 7-10 days. I somehow digest the fact that i have been made a fool of.
      Now after one week someone from the technical team contacted me for the same and to my amazement he told me something i was already aware of, "there isn't a port available here and i have informed the team" (Rakesh yadav-[protected]). And to my further amusement this person had no clue as to when or how long this issue will be taken care of. Sad pathetic. # disrespectful services.
      So for one whole week i've been waiting for jio to take care of my connection and that's what i'm served with: zero reliance, no responsibility, taking the customer for granted, inadequate, disappointing.

              Network coverage problem in dharuki village frusted due to network coverage plz registered network coverage complaint for 39 days

              I m recharging but jio appellate department doesn't bother about my concern many times complaint registered but no help from appellate department

              In our village no network we are facing huge problem while contacting doctor, ambulance, and other issue who is responsible for out complaint and concern

              So registered appellate complaint for 39 days and resolve on high priority basis

                        I had recharged my jio number [[protected]]for the 599 rs plan
                        On 4th of june 2020 through freecharge. I have received sms from jio confirming the recharge. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.599 is fcva[protected] and operator i'd is fcva[protected]. I'm unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it.
                        Please resolve immediately.

                        The customer service personnel called me and he is asking my atm number saying I need to pay 1000 rupees. I'm really disappointed with their attitude.why do I need to pay 1000 I have recharged and I have received confirmation about recharge but my recharge plan is not activated. Is this my problem? Why do I need to pay him? Furthermore he is threatening me about my complaint. I had problem with their service so filed a complaint. Is this not a consumer right?? Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                          Jio prepaid no.[protected], i did my recharge on 31.03.2020 for 399 but not successful, so i paid twice.
                          I was so busy i did not raise any complain, but my money was not refunded till date.
                          Same thing happened in 25.05.2020, did recharge of 555, but not getting through, i thought they would do some refund so i waited, all in vain, again i did new recharge on 01.06.2020.
                          My credit card no. Is 4377 xxx 9432 9466, the transaction itself is not at all highlighted in jio app.

                              I am a consumer of jio. My jio number is -[protected]. I recharged my prepaid number amount of 199. I feel very trouble because of my 4 g data is automatically deduct from my daily quota. I can' t imagine when my data is off and when i use data for a minute i get sms from jio. It shows that i have used 50 percent of data from my daily quota. Show i kindly request to jio please help me.

                                Hi,

                                I have disconnected jiofiber and the box has been collected by jio service personnel on 20th feb 2020 and cheque details has been provided for refund.
                                So far i didn't receive any refund or any id to track the status.

                                      Dear sir/mam,
                                      This is for your kind information that there is no network coverage at my place. I had been using jio for the past 2 - 3 years, though i was using the network outside location of my home. Now its been lock down i am away from network coverage area and the recharges made on my jio number is going waste. I had informed the jio officials through telephonic conversation and through emails, but nothing has been done from jio to raise a tower in my home location.
                                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest to connect my location with jio network.

                                        Hello sir/mam,
                                        At my location i'm faceing network issue from couple of month for jio network operator. Initially i chat with their jiochat services and they said follow some setting and you'll get resolve. It won't work i contacted to thier complain number and said deatil. Earlier normally network will go for couple of hours when light go. From recently it was going day by sometime 12-16 hours. I contact them many time so finally they file my compalint on 15 may "sr0000114zrf" but next day i get messege that it was resolved but it won't.

                                        I contact them again and again regarding the status they said it will be updated in maximum 48 hours. Again i wait and but iisue not resovle even it going worse day by day.

                                        They take complaint again on 20 may with complain no "sr00002268jm" still said it will be updated in 48 hours but till yet not resolved.

                                        Even i call them and they responding inappropriate and giving unsatisfactory response. Jio customer care services providing me mentally.

                                        Issue was for all my building users as i contacted them limited due to covid'19 and forward message to jio service provider but still they not resolving anything.
