Sir, in our area network is very low, in day network connection or internet connection is good but in night internet working very slow, so it is very difficult to check or search or play at night because of poor internet, please provide us a very good team of your member and check our service and towers, at first time your service is good now a days it's going worst....

We have been facing network problem of jio since one month. The name of this area is - town-sarthebari, ward no-2, pin -781307.in our town we are unable to use 4g data due to lack of good network. We have been complaining this problem to jio customer services since 1 month but they are not willing to solve our problems. What is the reason that jio is cheating us? Please investigate this matter as soon as possible....

I am being harassed again and again from following numbers [protected] (Calling continuously day and night since 19th feb 2020 also dropping messages), [protected] (Many calls intermittently but last call was on 16 feb 2020). I guess he is the same guy and using different numbers to call and harass. I want you to insect this and block his sim and number or at least block him from calling my number....

I have cancelled my jiofiber and they have taken the device from my address and i have not received my refund amount that is 2500. They keep telling me to wait for 60 days 90 days. They are not giving proper information. When the engineer has taken my device they told me i will get the refund within 10 working days and till now i have not received my refund money....

My name is nagendra singh and my jio number is [protected]. From last 15 days i am facing issue in internet speed. I am getting very slow speed. Sometime it gets ping on 0.1 kbps to 10 kbps. I had called the customer care but they are not raising my complaint. Every time they said that it will get up to the mark. Kindly do something about this matter. Otherwise i am going to change the service provider....

I have recharged my jio number through my jio app using phonepe. On phonepe it is shown that transaction successful. 349 rupees is deducted from my bank account through phonepe. But jio is not recharged. Please help me. Refund my balance. 349 rupees is paid to reliance jio infocomm. I called phonepe customer care, they said to talk with jio. I tried to contact with jio customer care but they didn't give any answer....

I have been loyal customer of jio for couple of years. However, i have surprised the way customer care members attended the call.
Today morning i made recharge of rs. 297/- for internet data. After recharge, i was checking for the network. Then i realized it was wrong recharge called jio phone pack. Then i called customer care & told them resolve this issue by virtue of paying extra money from my side to get the right plan for my smartphone...

I purchased an almost year long plan of ₹1776 for 2gb per day at 4g speeds. But since past 4days i. E. From 13th february 2020, my network is weak and exhaustingly slow.
I have called the customer care where i do not get any satisfying answer.

On 6th dec 2019 i had disconnected my jio fiber and on 8th dec the engineer took the router and it almost 2 months i have not received any refund and i had call jio customer care many times but they only say that we have raised issue and they only give me the service request number pls see to it as company says in its website thta refund is processed in 45 days but here it is almost 60+days over...

I had to recharge for my jio phone no. [protected] for amount 75 but instead recharge was done for my jiofi no. [protected]. Also i had already recharged my jiofi with 251 plan. So currently internet is not working properly through my jiofi due to wrong plan activation.
Please resolve the issue and refund for the wrong recharge done so that my actual data plan would work on my device....

I complaint jio team via email 2months ago regarding poor internet connectivity in my area.
The internet connectivity is so poor that you can't even view youtube videos in more than 360p and if you have to download something from play store like of 30mb file it will take 5minutes.
It's not issue with me but in my home i have 3jio numbers and all in different model experiencing same problem in every device.
I am doubtful...

Made so many complaints but internet speed is pathetic. I switched from idea to JIo, and these people are ridiculous as well. Their online chat, their toll free number process is so much confusing, i am sick of these people

Solve it, or else i would put the same feedback on soical media as well.

My account distributor my payment fraud. But no slip my payment no information my jio account. Connect jio tem but no help my. Connect district manager not response my phone all disconnect. I am using a mobile sim from jio having a number 917xxxx467. My mobile location is baramunda housing board colony, one of the prime locations of the smart city bhubaneswar.

I have recharged rs 2020 scheme with jio 4g data service until january 2021 after hearing a promise from jio care that they are going to solve the slow internet speed issue soon.
